Went there and ordered lunch to go, drive 20 minutes to get it. They gave my order to someone else. Had to wait another 10 minutes, finally got our order, got back to office to eat it and was missing part of the order. We called the manager, who told us sorry, we'll send a gift certificate since we couldn't leave again to come down and pick up the messed up order number two! Very poor customer service. Terrible service, even manager. They don't understand measurements of pints, quarts, etc. Not knowledgeable of products, sizes, or how to take orders, nor know how to give good customer service. Plus the flavor of the day was only on the top inch of the pint. Good thing I like plain vanilla or this would of been an even worse rating. Will not be back. I love going to Culver's but this location in Stuart just does not have there stuff together. I ordered my food and was asked to pull up like usual and I was just waiting, I could see they were busy and two people pulled up after me. Well I continue to wait and the TWO people that pulled up AFTER me got their food BEFORE me, and their orders were bigger than mine.. I go to see what's going on and my food is just sitting there. Nobody would talk to me and there was 3 employees standing at the front desk. One of the employees is a manager named "Trish" and she didn't even try to handle the situation she ignored me and continued doing what she was doing. First, they have an excellent burger. Great taste and presented the way it was ordered and that is hard when you have customers a picky as me LOL. I am a bit torn on this place though because they are relatively slow and very expensive for what they give you. But if you want a great tasting burger go here, just don't be in a hurry. Apparently slowness is not a new problem. They actually have preprinted post-it note numbers so they can identify the cars that have parked waiting for orders. If you are so slow you have preprinted numbers, maybe you want to look at how your processing the orders. read more

I live in Stuart, Fl. and have been a fan of the Culvers here since it opened and I guess this is a corporate decision to skimp but I went to there recently and ordered a Double butter burger and the patties honestly were paper thin. The two patties together didn't even add up to one much less two. A perfect example of the watered down, gyp- ass society we live in. Culvers is now on the banned list. This place is amazing, it is always so clean which is a really nice to see in the food industry. Everyone has a great attitude that works there so it makes you want to be here. The food is quick comes out quick and the quality is amazing. Everything I have had here is delicious. Their Burgers drip of deliciousness and I mean it. We have been to Culver's a few times since it opened and the hamburgers and French fries were awesome. Once a month we drive through and treat ourselves to an ice cream. It's always been great except for tonight. The waffle cone was stale and the one scoop of ice cream was so soft and melting it was a total mess. Had to pull over to eat it. The last part of the ice cream was actually a warm liquid. I had flavor of the day. Husband had chocolate. Both were same below standard quality. Will try one more time then it's back to Dairy Queen. First time visiting and I am impressed. The clerk who took my order was a bit sheepish but the manager, Zee, is on the ball and is doing a great job. I got a value basket and a "concrete" which is soft ice cream mixed with two add ins. I chose vanilla for a base plus Crunch bar and strawberries. Extremely rich dessert. I ordered a shake to go with my burger, customer after me got their burger but mine didn't show up, went to talk to the manager about the shake and she argued about it coming, but I was already done with my food. I like Culver's food and custard. I had a coupon to get one scoop of the daily special custard. I was not real hungry so I was going to get a kiddie meal and my scoop of chocolate. I ordered it and the girl was taking my husband's order. Everything was good. One of the workers, a manager or assistant manager came up to our cashier and apparently told her that I had to get a meal to get the scoop of ice cream. So I looked at the special meals and there really was nothing I wanted. I really wanted a hamburger or patty melt. I finally ordered shrimp which I really didn't want. What irritated me was the assistant manager. She had to come up behind the girl and whisper in her ear about me having to get the special meal to get my lousy one scoop. Why didn't she just let me have the scoop and then tell the girl later. I've been in Culver's up North where they sometimes just offer you a free scoop. It was cheap and cheesy for the asst. manager to do that. It ruined my meal. I was pissed. Then the kid who took my receipt to give me the scoop kept the receipt so I couldn't fill it out to get a free scoop next time I came in. I'm not really a cheap person but I was waiting to get the Special of the Day and that woman spoiled my excitement about it. read more

Wish I could give this location 0 stars! Your Sunday day manager on 12/13/2020 is terrible. I think her name is Danielle but I couldn't see her name tag. She decided to make it her mission today to be the loudest rudest manager y'all ever hired. Our family of 5 moved 2 small tables together because there was no open tables. She came over and yelled at us to separate the tables. She didn't come over nicely asking, she came screaming! I understood where she was coming from and her reasoning, but not the way it was handled. So we moved them and she came back about 10 minutes later, being rude and screaming again how we hadn't moved the tables far enough apart. Mind you, she did not speak to the family who had left there child who was about 5 years old sitting alone at a 5 person table! He was sitting unsupervised while he ate and his parents ate at another table, which wasn't even in eye site. The manager at this location needs to be trained on how to speak with customers! This was unbelievable and we will never eat at this location again. read more

I've been to Culver's a few times now and each time it's been different. Sometimes the food is right and others I get the wrong order. When I do get the right order the food is actually really good, probably one of the best small fast food burger joints. Also I love the cheese curds and the Root Beer float is great. I definitely do prefer this over McDonald's and Burger King. read more

When our group arrived, they were about to close, they accommodated us,,we ordered what we wanted, no restrictions, and did not rush us. Excellent and excellent service. The food great. The burger was perfect. Staff super friendly. makes their burgers with 100% brisket and it is probably the most flavorful cut of beef there is. I got the double Burger with bacon, cheese and a fried egg on top. There is no substitute in this area, it is that good. I recommend you try it. I chose two stars because the staff was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. This was our first time at Culver's and we have no desire to go back. The cheeseburgers were so greasy that my paper was soaked, I went through quite a few napkins, and I couldn't even finish my burger because of the burning sensation caused by the grease in my esophagus every time I swallowed.
