Usually the service is top notch especially for a fast food restaurant. Today the girl running the drive thru gave poor service. My drink was over filled so I asked for a napkin. I was given attitude and an eye roll and she shut the window on me. It's not my fault you don't know where the fill line is on a cup. read more

We were on our way from Tucson to Holbrook and wanted to find a dining spot along the way. We normally don't opt for fast food chains on our travels but had never been to one before. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have seafood options. We ordered the 3 piece Atlantic Cod dinner and 10 piece fried shrimp dinner. We loved that the dinner options come with two sides and a roll. We each kept the coleslaw but one of us swapped out the fries for broccoli and the other swapped out fries for cheese curds. The cod and the shrimp were absolutely delicious and tasted fresh. The sides paired with the seafood perfectly. I can't wait to visit a Culver's at a location near home as our expectations were exceeded. The location was very clean and the staff was helpful/friendly. read more

Ordered the North Atlantic Cod Dinner - 2 pieces, and I substituted onion rings for the coleslaw and got an iced water to drink. The young ladies at the counter were very helpful, nice and are great workers! The food came out fast and was well-organized in a to-go bag. Not only did I get amazing service, I got amazing food! Fish was cooked crispy - perfect! The portion sizes are great for this dinner plate. Thank you Culver's, I will be back again for more and for ice cream!!! read more

It's fine for a quick bite to eat. The staff was friendly however, the food is just ok!

The service was great but the food was so bland. The only thing I could taste on my burger was the cheese and lettuce. I don't think there was any seasoning on the burger and the cheese curds I ordered were gross. They are breaded with two different types of cheese, they were dry and just bad overall. Excellent food & service. I ordered a burger, onion rings and a turtle sunday at drivethru. There was about five cars in front of me but they take orders very quickly. Keep in mind that everything is freshly made so it does take a bit longer than most fast food places. The food quality is worth the wait. Plus they gave me a free pint of ice cream for the 15 minute wait. I'm glad to have a new restaurant that offers quality food. Thank you Culver's! read more

4 burgers baskets ordered and all incorrectly made, plus was charged for doubles. Each Pepsi had maybe 2 ice cubes in the cup. For $61 I would expect better. Sorry, we may not be coming back. read more

Their food is very good but lately things have been missing from my orders. You now have to give up your coupon and am told they give you one in your order, well for the second time there was no coupons so once you give the one or two etc up you don't have anymore for the next visit. Can't get over how wonderful this burger is, living for the butter bun and customizable toppers . Definitely particular about eating meat and these burgers are cooked to perfection as well as juicy too . Tried some dessert it was excellent added with the mix-ins it was all creamy and delectable. We are at this new location twice during our stay on the mountain! Both times were excellent! It's the best tasting food we've had from any Culver's location we've tried! Staff friendly, organized and accommodating! Food fresh and delicious! We dined in and ordered via the drive though and both times the food was fresh, accurate and yummy. I have eaten at Culver's in Show Low and Payson MANY times. I love the food and the friendly staff! The owners have hired good managers! Why am I giving them one star?? I just called to see if the cooks wear face masks when preparing my food? I was told that it is not required to wear a mask. I understand that Costco and the airlines will require face masks. All people with common sense are wearing face masks. I am appalled that people who prepare food are not "required" to wear them! During this difficult time, I would think that restaurants would do everything possible to instill confidence in their customers that it is safe to eat their food. The food that has seen 165+ degrees is of no concern. However, pickles, buns , lettuce, tomatoes etc need to be protected from airborne viruses from the cooks !! Culver's...please train and require your cooks and staff to wear masks! I look forward to returning to both restaurants when this happens. read more
