But after several trips here and I go here more than I probably should but it's close to home but the service has gotten slower, it has gotten to be orders incorrect many times more often than not, and simple things like french fries one time it has absolutely no salt on them and the next time its like they drowned it in salt. I thought there was an automatic process for french fries so they get the same amount of salt all the time and they cook the same every time etc... Also the staff always seems to be confused or having something more important to do service customers. Is this location a new training facility? Does anybody know? That's the kind of feeling I get when I actually go in instead of the drive thru is that there is a lot of new trainees on and a lot of confusion and a lot of service problems. When I do go in I notice cleanliness is quite varied. Some days it seems really dirty inside and just filthy especially near the drink station. Windows should be cleaned a lot more often than they are. But on the other hand some days it does seem that the cleanliness is pretty decent. Like I said it's quite varied and quite spotty. For being a new build restaurant this place could be quite extraordinary especially being in that location but unfortunately it has fallen short.
