Went for breakfast and they were out of biscuits so I substituted it with a sausage egg and cheese burrito that was absolutely horrible. Then to top it off the young girl never gave me back my credit card. I phoned and they stated yes they had it and I could come all the way back to get it, so when I did, two employees came to the drive through window to tell me "the next time you leave your card here announce yourself at the speaker before pulling up to the drive through window. I said I did not forget my card, rather the girl never gave it back. She followed it up by saying "yeah that happens sometimes". Quite rude in my opinion and the food was terrible. DO NOT GO HERE AVOID THIS STORE. This store has not only managed to mess up my order multiple times, but they even managed to mess up the same order twice. I ordered a biggie bag, and upon arriving home, realized that they COMPLETELY FORGOT the plain bacon cheeseburger (arguably the most important part). So naturally I drove back, ask them why they forgot the cheeseburger. None of the employees offered an apology, and acted as if I was annoying them for even bringing up that they fucked up. They had me a cheeseburger, and I drive home. When I got home, I realized that the burger they gave me was not plain as I had originally ordered, and that they had somehow managed to fuck up the same order twice. Naturally, I reach out to customer service, and they say that they will file a report with the store and someone will contact me. Great, now I get to play phone tag just to get a cheeseburger that I already paid for. The manager called me ONE time while I was at work (middle of the day) and left a message that was almost impossible to understand. After trying three different phone numbers (when she gave me her number in the message, it was almost impossible to understand), I finally get the right one. Not only does this incompetent ass manager not answer their phone, but their voicemail is full. I've since tried calling multiple times, and been sent straight to voicemail. If you want to get what you paid for, avoid this store. They will take your money and fuck your shit up multiple times, and then do absolutely nothing to make it right. Where's the beef? Or the chicken? We stopped in to this Wendy's expect to experience the best fast food and instead receive a spicy chicken sandwich that was more batter and spices then actual chicken. I have heard of cost saving but this was horrible compared to a school lunch. Very disappointed long term customer. read more

I stopped by Wendy's around 10:30pm, mind you they close at 11pm. They told us they were closed despite the sign saying open. My friend and I parked In the parking lot to decide what to eat. My car happened to be parked by a dark grey Chrysler on my right side. Didn't think anything of it until the employee walks out of Wendy's and angrily gets in the car that happened to be the Chrysler and when he opened his door he hits my car!!! It was so hard it bounced off my car! My friend and I were startled and I'm in shock that he would do that. He parked farther away and was starting to walk away and I called him out as to why he hit my car. Luckily it left no scar but who the hell does that? He was denying hitting my car and when I told him he did because I also had a witness he starting saying "why did you park next to my car?" Excuse me? I was parked correctly In the spot and no way going to hit his car but he was offended my car was near so he hit my car? No apology or anything and was very arrogant. I made sure I got his car info cuz I'll make sure this gets heard! read more

Open until 11:45 sat in the drive thru for 10min waiting to order and no one said anything to me. So I pulled around and saw people just standing there. I've worked in the restaurant world and when I was working even if someone shows up 5 till they still get served. Literally has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Have gone to the Savage store 3 times to get breakfast between 7 and 8 am and they are never open. I have seen commercials showing them serving breakfast but it looks like this store does not serve breakfast before 8 am. read more

Nice dining room, but stick to the drivein. Went with my boys inside and the girl who seemed to be new , messed up our order-not a big deal until we went back to the counter to ask for the bacon at or we didn't get and replace the double we ordered without cheese that had cheese. WELL, the cook gets all indignant and says"baconators come that way, if ypu don't want cheese you have to say so" To which I reply, "I did say so and it's not the bacon at or we don't want cheese on. "He ignores me, starts mumbling to his coworker. The girl who took the order just stands there saying nothing and the cook refused to listen so the order never did get corrected and we could hear the cook continuing to talk about us from across the dining room. I hate doing bad reviews, but I have called the store but there is no answer or vm. And I have scoured the internet for an email but to no avail. So I resort to a bad review on yelp. My son and I went to this Wendy's location (Savage, MN) when it opened at 10 but it wasn't open. We waited outside for 15 minutes as we saw two workers inside eating. They just looked at us and ignored us! There was another car also that tried the drive-thru while we waited but then drove off. I'm not sure who manages this store but opening on time seems like an essential part of doing business. read more

Ordered a burger and found that there was a long strand of hair. Called the store 10 times until they answered and told them about the issue and the manager didn't believe us! I recommend not coming here unless you want a piece of blue sponge, a hair, maybe even other inanimate objects in your food. So disgusting. read more

First of all anyone that finds at Wendy's review useful needs to get out more. This is an awesome place and the staff is fantastic.

We sat there waiting for close to 4 minutes waiting for them to speak, person in front kept saying "hello" until we both finally pulled up to the next window. Right as we pull up, someone is there and starts to try to open the window, he gets half way done taking the posters off and unlocking it but instead turned away and starts taking the order of the car behind us who just pulled up to the menu. We got frustrated so we pulled back around to order at the menu and there was a line of like 5 cars. What are they doing in there that they don't see a huge a&$ line of customers? Every time I visit this restaurant, I end up regretting the choice. Lunch service is abysmal. The woman working behind the counter is unpleasant and confused to the point of absurdity. Her manner is brusque and impatient, and her lack of courtesy is really appalling for someone employed in the service industry. If you don't have an immediate response to her stilted questions ("Sauce...?"), She gives you a chilly glare and a slight, sarcastic shake of the head. Once you get past this unpleasant start to your Wendy's experience, you get to watch a disorganized and incredibly slow team labor to assemble your order. I get that everything is made fresh at Wendy's, and that's one of the reasons I like eating there. But it is not unusual to wait a full 10 minutes for a simple order to be filled. That's unacceptable, and yet there is never a word of apology or a token gesture to make up for the time you've wasted waiting for your meal. Again, why is common courtesy so unattainable at this particular restaurant? Ultimately, it comes down to staffing, and this staff is as bad as it gets in this area. Even the truly atrocious nearby Burger King can put an order on the counter in a couple of minutes and offer their customers the occasional smile or kind word. That's worth a lot, particularly when you've been waiting 15 minutes for a simple order at Wendy's and have left in disgust and are looking for another place to eat. Never go on at night to get a frosty. I asked for a small chocolate and a medium vanilla and the guy said "a large vanilla and a medium chocolate." After I corrected him and pull up to the window I get handed a small vanilla and a medium chocolate. After I corrected him yet again, I get handed a medium vanilla and the small vanilla gets taken back. Shouldn't that small vanilla be mine to keep because he handed it to me to begin with? Tonight we tried using a coupon for two chicken sandwiches and two small fries for 7.99. Did not discover we were not given the correct discount until we got home. Decided to return for the money they overcharged. Only 1.60 but should not have happened. Cost us time and gas due to their mistake. Meal was also lukewarm. One star here. read more
