After the renovation that this location just went through I thought things were going to be much better. But after several trips here and I go here more than I probably should but it's close to home but the service has gotten slower, it has gotten to be orders incorrect many times more often than not, and simple things like french fries one time it has absolutely no salt on them and the next time its like they drowned it in salt. I thought there was an automatic process for french fries so they get the same amount of salt all the time and they cook the same every time etc... Also the staff always seems to be confused or having something more important to do service customers. Is this location a new training facility? Does anybody know? That's the kind of feeling I get when I actually go in instead of the drive thru is that there is a lot of new trainees on and a lot of confusion and a lot of service problems. When I do go in I notice cleanliness is quite varied. Some days it seems really dirty inside and just filthy especially near the drink station. Windows should be cleaned a lot more often than they are. But on the other hand some days it does seem that the cleanliness is pretty decent. Like I said it's quite varied and quite spotty. For being a new build restaurant this place could be quite extraordinary especially being in that location but unfortunately it has fallen short. read more

This is the second time they have gotten my order wrong. I payed for 2 10 piece nuggets and got 2 two cheeseburgers meals. My kids were very upset and we were rushed. Do.not come here. read more

Picked up an order for my kids. The Big Mac had no meat in it and instead had a Chicken Patty. I wrote to them to let them know and they told me I was lying. The even stranger thing about it was they told me they have cameras that watch the employees in the kitchen and they re-watched the videos to see if someone truly put chicken in the Big Mac. Strange behavior. I'll never go there again. I just wanted to let them know. Instead, I was told I am a liar. Nice customer service. read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Prior Lake, Minnesota

I ordered a caramel frappe w/extra caramel and they brought out the drink without extra so he went back in and came out with just more caramel on top not how it's supposed to be I said so a manager had come to the window as she came out and asked quite rudely she asked us to pull up to the next window So the next window we went and waited. As the third try on the frappe came out there was barely any caramel throughout the whole drink. As you see in the picture I sent. After that I didn't even bother going back in they obviously don't know how to make one. So if you can avoid ordering frappes of any kind at the Prior Lake, Minnesota McDonald's read more

McDonald's - Meal bag - Burgers Near Me - Prior Lake, Minnesota

Actually ZERO. We were there in a Sunday (11:15 to be exact) for a breakfast Sammy and a shamrock shake!! Well... the shake machine needed 3 more hours to "warm up"... and actually, thank God. It was so dirty, I wouldn't have enjoyed the shake. Now the egg McMuffins. Meh.. cold.. and non-toasted muffins. Like they just pulled them from the bag. No crunch. Ick. Fries were warm, hash brown less than warm. And, just sayin, the entire restaurant was dirty. Very very very dirty. The drink machine.. ew! The crap all over the floor... ick! The machines behind the counter looked gross. Sorry! I love me some MACdonald's.... but I'll never go there again! read more

Hamburger was dry and overcooked and bun was old and dry; fries were cold and soggy. Will never go there again

I mean absolutely abysmal service around. It's beyond me how many times I have to ask for ranch around here. All that just for my food to taste like cardboard. Oh and don't they have the big ass spoons to mix the topping in the mcflurry because they sure done do that either. I had to do the ol fake cough to get a workers attention around here. read more

Absolute zero for a rating for this McDonalds. I use the app often, usually ordering for curbside. I did this again today and when I received my food order I was very polite, greeting the kid with a large Afro with a "Hello." He didn't even nod and handed me my food. I thanked him and received an eye roll as he walked away. Pure 100% crappy attitude. The fry's were cold and withered and the burger I ordered was hastily thrown together. The location did t have Powerade so I ordered bottled water which wasn't cold, as if it was held under the front counter. I'm not sure who the manager is, but you may want to retrain your employees. If nothing else, at least be kind and not totally rude to the very people who pay money for a simple service. read more

I just went through the Prior Lake McDonalds DriveThru and ordered an Egg McMuffin. After receiving my order and driving off property on my way to work, I opened my sandwich and discovered it consisted of only the English Muffin! There was nothing inside! The quality control at this place is terrible! I will be going back on my lunch break to complain and get a refund. It's the principle of the thing, you know? read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! took 20 minutes to get our food and when we finally did the order was wrong TWICE! Do not go to this McDonalds!

They are ridiculous is the Shakopee area!! The food is always wrong, I've gotten raw hamburger and very bad service at every location In Shakopee read more

Do yourself a favor and find a different McDonalds. The food was cold, fries obviously fried in old oil and most notably the kid helping me was extremely high. He could hardly function. Got our order wrong twice, told me they were out of something they weren't and couldn't quite figure out how to use the credit card machine (kept putting it in upside down and then backwards). This place has a terrible reputation and it's very deserved. read more

Good McDonalds. Burger, fries and shake. Fast drive through. Fries were hot. Quarter pounder with cheese. Chocolate shake.

Slow service as always at this location. Ordered on line via app. Waited ten minutes at curbside while I watched a stream of cars go through drive through. Then went to the drive thru where they directed me back to curbside. It's been 15 minutes. This location has always been poorly operated read more

McDonalds has been in this location for many years. Every time I've visited it's been friendly and efficient. I can see they do the best they can with such a high volume of people coming through. They work hard. I order a lot from them, and throughout the years I've always had smiles from the employees. Today I went and ordered a meal for my child and a sandwich for myself, unfortunately the meal did not have fries in the bag. Awww, I love the fries, I was going to grab a couple from her and she said she didn't get any. Oh well things happen. Prior Lake McDonalds, you're still good to me. (side note) I was working up in Sartell stopped at the Hwy 10 McDonalds to bring food to work with me. Got to work and ready to have my fish and the cardboard container was a bit on the light side. Took a peak and no fish. There was cheese and tartar sauce but no fish. I went online and let them know. The district manager called me in less than 10 minutes. She apologized and mailed me 6 free meal coupons. I enjoyed my fries and drink with a smile. Thank you district manager lady wherever you are! read more

This place is getting slower and slower every time we visit. Now don't get me wrong the food is good for "fast" food but ten minutes for two cheese burgers and a large fries? That is not fast at all. Also, before you leave make sure to check your order. Nine times in ten they forget something, mostly the extra ketchup or ranch packets that you order. Sometimes though they forget to give you the right number of items you order. Even though the place is new it seems like it never gets cleaned. There is food all over the floor, garbage left on the tables, and I counted at least five or six flies ( yes that is a peeve of mine) just at the order counter. The staff doesn't seem care. The guy at the burger station seemed to have an attitude and didn't like the fact that the person filling the orders asked about a burger that had been ordered ten minutes prior to her asking about it. This place has gone downhill so fast. I don't think that we will visit again for a long while. read more

Service at this location has been getting worse lately. The workers seem to be more concerned with talking to friends and coworkers than helping customers and it is always dirty, especially around the drink area. They have also scaled back their dollar menu much more than other stores. Sad to see such a new store run so badly. read more

Horrible experience here ... employees seemed very angry to be at work... after waiting a long time for food in the drive through line the employee handed me the bag and said "it's all there" ... the order was wrong ... missing slot of the order when we got home.... just a bad location read more

It's McDonald's, so yeah the standards are low but this place is horrendous. The hygiene in this place is absolutely disgusting- NO one washed there hands or used gloves. Literally watched a guy stick I'm his bare hands in the trash and then grabbed fries for an order with his bare hands. Staff was incredibly rude, swearing and extremely slow. Took 20 minutes to get a single McFlurry and we were the only ones waiting in the lobby. Also, massive hair found in McFlurry. read more

Newer McDonald's. drive thru is slow. Head in for faster service :)

Interestingly enough, the prices are higher here than at any other McDonald's in the area. Given the dismal service from the completely uninterested staff, that's hard to fathom. I've stopped by here at breakfast, lunch, and dinner time and have always been impressed by how poorly managed this staff is. They're loud, vulgar, and inattentive - clearly far more focused on talking about getting drunk and getting laid than paying the slightest attention to any customers who might be standing around waiting for their orders...and waiting...and waiting. read more

Service is so-so, and it's McDonald's, so let's be real, you get what you paid for, but works well in a pinch.

The two order lanes had cars in them and one was getting totally ignored, the lady was sitting there saying "hello" for a while. When my brother went to the first window to pay the young girl was super snotty and kinda rolled her eyes which i would never do at my job. But the second window lady was super nice! Business was slow like it normally is when i go to this location. read more

This place is absolutely terrible!! The workers in this place are rude and slow as molasses. The managers suck at scheduling because they can never get enough help to open the inside. And finally they're ICE CREAM IS ALWAYS BROKEN! Last place in prior lake I would recommend coming to! read more

Rude employees. More concerned with getting satellite tv to work vs getting orders out or taking new orders. When the cashier asked the employee in back where part of my order was, she shrugged her shoulders and went about full filling other orders. The woman in back looked up at me and proceeded to be rude. When I asked for a refund, the cashier went to the back and finished my order. I asked for a refund three times and was denied one. Never again. read more

I work nights so I drive past this location several times a week between midnight and 1 am. More times than not the lights are off outside and the tall "M" sign is off as early as 12:30 am even though the posted hours state the drive thru is open until 1 am. One night I drove into the parking at 12:50 am and saw an employee inside run toward the door to lock it. As I pulled up to the drive thru the lights turned off on the menu board, the drive up windows and the sign. If your hours are posted that you are open until 1 am then you should literally be open UNTIL 1 am!! read more

I have gone through this McDonalds twice having just moved here. Big mistake after the first disaster there of forgetting an item on a small order and in a kids meal. The second time around the girl that took my order, collected the money and handed the food out looked like she was in the most miserable place on Earth. Now, I work in fast food and we get salty at times but I'd NEVER show that to a customer. This girl never once attempted a feable smile, seemed completely annoyed we were there at all, talked monotone, handed part of the order out never saying the one cheeseburger I'd ordered is coming. I sat there until it did (about 2 minutes) she rolled her eyes upon handing it out and of course my daughter was missing her french fries AGAIN from her happy meal. I'll never again go to that location. Fellow fast food employees need to remember the customer is the reason they have a job, suck up their personal misery and at least feign that the customer is important. Awful. ....2 stars read more

Terrible service. Food was absolutely disgusting and the workers even more so. How many times does it take to get ONE order correct? The employees seem to care more about socializing with their fellow employees than doing their jobs. If you want to trash talk your customers then make sure they cannot hear you. Not to mention I physically witnessed an employee spitting on another patrons burger while he was cooking. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Would not recommend choosing this "restaurant" to eat at. read more

Was here for a quick meal & the young man taking the order DID NOT SPEAK THE ENTIRE TIME that he took our order. He didn't greet us but just stood there as I stood there to be acknowledged since the first worker that saw us just walked by, then he finally came up & WAVED me along as if to tell me that he's ready for me. When our order was ready he decided that he would proceed to wave me along from across the restaurant? That's low, even for McDonald's. read more

I recently went through the drive through at the McDonald's restaurant and was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a hamburger, medium plain fat free latte, and a vanilla cone. The cone was poorly made, dripping over the sides of the cone, and the latte was flavored (I specifically asked for no flavor). I was thinking so much about the cone dripping all over me that I didn't taste the latte until I ate the cone and hamburger, otherwise I would have driven through again to get the correct latte. They need more training on making cones and should listen better . read more
