Absolutely horrible! We hardly ever eat any fast food and at home, the rare event happens at Culver's, so while traveling and needing something quick where we could sit outside with our pups, that's what we chose. Food was all cold, except the milkshake that was actually warm. It tasted like they had a chocolate milk shake sitting and when we ordered, they threw some Heath in it, that fell to the bottom. My burger was "special order" so you would think piping hot, right? Nope! So cold the cheese didn't melt. I took it back it to get looked at like I was stupid, then when telling the cooks what was needed, the guy got it wrong and had to be corrected by the cute lil girl standing beside him. The guy yelled back, "Make sure the cheese is melted!" I said, "OR make sure it's all hot!". It was not hot but the cheese was melted. I guess they weren't happy about the remake because they used prob 3x the amount of sauce on it than they were supposed to. It was a hot mess but I just wanted to get something in my stomach and get back on the road. Not impressed with this location and won't be going back, even with all our trips we have to make to MN from GA. Culver's has exceptional food, but when it comes to the look and style of the restaurant, one is left wanting. After sitting down and eating my meal I noticed a sign sitting on my table (shown below). The sign was nice, but had horrible grammar, and for a restaurant was very disappointing. Well service sucked and they messed up my order for the third time and when I called the girl picked up the phone addressed me and then the second I started explaining how they put cheese on a burger that was ordered with no cheese she hung up on me then proceeded to not answer the phone for 20 min. This restaurant is my favorite fast-food place. They make very good chicken tenders and the honey mustard is also very good. They also have very good chili. The custard is delicious and there is also the lemon ice. I love getting the lemon ice with strawberries on top and I love it every time. I especially like that it is allergy free, so people with a lot of allergies can still have the lemon ice. Too bad the lemon ice is only there during the summer. :( This is a good fast-food place. read more

You have to be from the South to really appreciate this place. People in the Midwest see another burger and frozen custard place and just shrug. For whatever reason, despite their reputation for all things high fat, southerners haven't embraced custard. It's so far superior to ice cream it's crazy. Throw in a large order of cheese curds--another Midwest exclusive--and I look forward to work trips just to eat at Culver's. The butter burgers are tops too. I don't see how anyone can not like this place. The service is friendly as hell and quick, even on a Sunday as the church crowd floods in. Finish it off with a root beer and I could eat here daily. Spend a few years living without the above delights and you'll relish places like this too! read more
