Wow! Just wow! This ice cream & yo-cream shoppe has it all. When you first walk in you get to choose between cups that are flat rate pay or per oz. pay. We chose the oz. Now, I don't like to brag, but we bought $37 worth of ice cream and yo-cream in there today and there are only two of use. We ate all of it, every little sprinkle, m&m, nut, brownie chunk, chocolate rock, Andes' mint and gummy worm, cherry, chocolate, pineapple, vanilla swirl! We like to have died happily ever after today. It looked like a pink piglet silo inside, which I appreciated, because I felt like a little pink pig eating all that. LOVELOVE this place and location. been here quite a few times. lovelovelove the sorbet and a few of the other flavors. the original is alright. the interior of the place is sooo cute and pretty. loads of choices of toppings. its self serve! the girls that work there are sweet and friendly! esp the girl who rang me up! Meh. Ice cream with toppings. Stale cookies. Employees who don't really give a damn. The website says cookies, fudge filled brownies, decadent dessert bars and fresh baked apple and cherry pies. Hmmmm, nope. Like I said above, stir cookies, ice cream and employees who were very good at marking us feel very unwelcome. FYI, this was on the evening of August 1, 2021. The only good thing was they had ice cream made from Almond Milk so those of us who came for the baked good could have something lactose free. We are from out of town. We found that despite the Yelp description this place is not really a bakery or coffee shop. This is a cute mix-in frozen yogurt shop. They did have some cookies and brownies, but one of our cookies was very dry (stale?). The coffee machine was broken. The staff was sweet and helpful. People seemed to like their frozen treats. They have 5 flavors and 2 were out of service when we got there. The only good Flavors were "out of order" which I'm pretty sure meant staff was to lazy to fill it back up. Stuck with the terrible flavor "original tart" and thought I would just top with some fruit and call it a day since I grabbed a cup before I saw good flavors were out. Went to the front and they had terrible topping selection. Topped my shitty flavor with blueberries and left only to find out the original tart taste like frozen sour cream. I fell in love with this frozen yogurt place when visiting my sister in the Midwest. Sweet CeCe's is not only itself a super cute and girly yogurt spot, but it's located in a cool Western-themed shopping plaza that looks like a fun place to walk around on an evening out for dinner and dessert. When you walk into the store you're eyes are pleasantly assaulted by pink, flowers, glitter, girly furniture, and the sweet aroma of frozen yogurt. There are friendly staff available to give you a generous sample of flavors if you're unsure what to get, although my default is to go plain on the yogurt to really let the toppings shine. Did I mention the toppings in this place are amazing? There are so many self serve options available that you really could go crazy. First, there is the wall of treats ranging from waffle cones, to fruity candy, chocolate candy, etc. Second, they have the wet bar with options like fresh fruit, syrups, peanut butter, etc. My best advice is to stick to three toppings tops to create a flavor combination, and come back to try others in the future. I mean, you need a reason to come back don't you? I think so! I conned....errrr, I mean convinced my sister to take me twice while I was here, and I tried a vanilla yogurt-waffle cone-peanut butter cup-caramel sauce combo, and a vanilla yogurt-chocolate sprinkles-oreo cookie crumble-chocolate fudge combo. Both were delicious! A word to the wise...they do charge by weight, so don't be a pig and you'll avoid sticker shock. read more

I wish that I had a Sweet Cece's where I live in Pittsburgh! My parents had talked up this little yogurt establishment while I was visiting Peoria earlier this month, so we had to give it a try on a Sunday afternoon before my husband and I headed back home. The shop offers a number of tasty yogurt flavors (maybe 8-10 total?) with an amazing wall of toppings! I love how aesthetically pleasing the wall of toppings is and am surprised that I haven't seen this in other shops. The yogurt was tasty, and the seating area both inside and outside the shop was both pretty and spacious. I loved the variety of table sizes and heights and that even though there were quite a few people hanging out here, there was still plenty of seating for all. With such cute decor and available seating, this is one of the few yogurt shops where I could actually spend an extended period of time hanging out I can't wait to come back to Sweet Cece's when I visit my parents again! read more

I've been here a few times and overall they've all been good experiences. This is a self-serve place where you determine what to put into your cup/bowl. If it's you're first time here and are curious as to what a flavor might taste like, you can ask a staff member and they'll be more than happy to give you a sample. The interior of the space is very inviting with lots of color and pizzazz, but definitely on the girly side. The staff also make this place a great spot with their friendly greetings and enthusiastic manners. Although their frozen yogurt is delicious, the flavors a somewhat limited. It's rare that Sweet CeCe's will carry any exciting or exotic flavors. However, they sure make up for it with their vast selection of topping choices. You're bound to find one that pairs perfectly with your frozen treat. I recommend trying their Cupcake Batter with cookie dough and chocolate rocks toppings. I docked off a star because this place can get a bit pricey if you're not careful with your yogurt dispenser lever, since they charge based on weight. read more

Nothing spectacular, but far from terrible! The atmosphere was great, and the candy silo was certainly n interesting way of keeping half of their toppings corralled in one place. The biggest issue with this place had to be the selection of yogurt. Whereas TCBY has selections that could be used together and not taste weird, like Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana, and Strawberry, for example, this place had more exotic flavors like Root Beer, Watermelon, and Cotton Candy. Sadly, a Root Beer and Watermelon yogurt combo isn't as good as a Banana and Chocolate yogurt combo. This isn't to say the yogurt was bad: it was amazing! My only real request would be to have a better circulation of yogurts that went well together. read more

A definite spot to take your little girl for a special outing or to channel your inner princess :) Tonight was the "open house" with the grand opening to the public starting tomorrow at 11 a.m. As I recall, there were eight different flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from (flavors change weekly) and like a gazillion toppings! (Cereal toppings, candy, chocolate, nuts, fresh fruit, hot fudge, etc.) Here's how it works: You get a cup the size of your head, fill it with any combination of frozen yogurt and toppings that you want, weigh and pay. The price is $0.49/ounce and you can fill the cup with as much or as little frozen yogurt as your heart desires. For me, the yogurt was good, but nothing to rave home about. The real treat is the toppings bar and fun atmosphere. The danger is trying to reign in your "inner-greedy-child" and not fill up your cup with a ridiculous amount of "extras"! read more

I made my first trip to Sweet Cece's one pleasant Sunday afternoon after a nice long hike. I can't eat dairy any longer (lactose intolerant), but I did try just a bit of my husband's concoction of frozen yogurt with delicious toppings (there are so many to choose from). It was good! I think the atmosphere of this place is great. It's very cutesy and pink, which I actually love. I read another review which said they serve sorbet so I will have to go back to taste that. All in all, cute place to frequent when you want a semi healthier frozen treat. Thank god frozen yogurt madness made its way to Peoria! read more

I'm pretty stingy with my fifth star, but having been back to CeCe's several times and tried a few other yogurt places, both here and in Chicago, in the meantime, I'm gonna go ahead and give this one. The yogurt and sorbets here are truly great. The flavored yogurts don't have that tang you might be looking for (which I assume is present in the original tart), but the fact that the flavors are so vivid and natural might overshadow that fact for you. I do think the price point is a little high for Peoria (but not a whole lot), and I do want some damn mochi, but absolutely every concoction I've put together here has been delicious, because the yogurt here is just plain good. Going to CeCe's is always a great experience (despite the decor), and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone. read more

I have made 2 trips here, and it is decent. If you are just wanting a healthy alternative to ice cream, then this place will be great. BUT if you are craving wonderfully tart froyo, don't get your hopes up! I have been missing tart frozen yogurt since I moved here from a bigger city, and their original tart was so disappointing! It pretty much tastes like they took regular nonfat yogurt from the grocery store and stuck it in the freezer. It is also not quite right in consistency, as I thought it was too liquid. Another big bummer is the lack of mochi, which is (in my opinion) the best topping. On the up-side, the berry and mango sorbets were very tasty albeit a bit sweet, their fruit toppings were deliciously fresh, the interior is cute, and everyone is very friendly. I will visit again in the future for new flavors of sorbet, but will pass on the yogurt. read more

My two main complaints about this particular location are as follows: 1. The inside somehow perpetually smells like feces. It's an immediate turn-off for me as soon as I enter. 2. There is limited seating inside. While the place is decorated very nicely and the atmosphere is cute, they simply don't have a ton of seating. There is some outside seating, about 3-4 tables. If you like toppings and add-ons in your ice cream, this is the place to be. Otherwise, it can get pretty pricey (around $6-10 for ice cream). read more

This is the sweetest restaurant in Terre Haute! Not only is the staff incredibly friendly & accommodating, we couldn't help but having a fun conversation with the table next to us... 2 football coaches from Indiana State & their beautiful families! Our breakfast was really yummy! My only complaint, if you ask for blueberry pancakes, you get a thick blueberry topping... I'd ask for plain pancakes next time with our skillet. I believe this is the one in Junction City. If it is, they are amazing. I had to do an event where I was outside in 90 degree heat for several hours. They brought me some frozen yogurt.
