I always enjoy eating at Culver's but today was a different situation. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was not good. The breading was burnt and even separated from the chicken and you could see how the chicken tendons were burned as well. Why would you put this out for sale! The fries were also burnt. This Culver's is the one to go to. I live closer to the one on 135th but simply because the customer service is 100x better I will go out of my way to this one. Dinner time is always busy but you can still get of there in a timely manner. My ordered was messed up a couple times and the manager made sure it was fixed, apologized and gave me a couple of free combo meal cards. On 02/21/2025 at approximately 8:45pm, my husband was disrespected by a team member of this location at the drive thru window. After handing us our milkshakes, an employee with a very low hygiene appearance and pink hair told my husband to have a Happy Black History Month, then turned over to his white co-worker and stated "this is Uncle Tom right here". I found that comment to be rude, unprofessional, uncalled for, unnecessarily, racist and simply ignorant. Is this something new that this company is implementing now? Or is this particular employee targeting and making a mockery of African American people? Is this how Culver's employees are being trained to do? I called the store immediately and spoke to an individual by the name or Griffin who stated he was the manager. He refused to give me the pink hair employee's name and didn't even bothered to apologize for the incident. It's needless to say we won't be coming back and certainly will tell our friend and family to stay away from this location as well. What a disappointment. I order a peanut butter banana shake. The first few bites were good but it noticed something weird. I discovered there were no bananas in it but banana peelings!!! I contacted the store and voiced what happened. They offered me 2 coupons for value basket but I never received anything and no response to any emails. More like a 3 1/2 in all honesty. Culver's is a classic American drive thru with a little more to offer. Whether it's pretzel bites or concrete ice creams, their twist on the American classic had me interested to get a full meal here. So I ordered a double culver burger with bacon, chili cheese fries and a chocolate milkshake with Oreo. I know, I should be ashamed but it's my first time and I had big eyes. The burger has a very thin patty that has crispy edges. The challenge however is to cook it this way you need a fatty cheese to ooze into the nicks and corners to make sure you don't taste dried out meat. The cheese they should use is American but they use cheddar which if not on the grill long enough or steamed, just becomes a rubbery piece of cheese that isn't embedded into the meat. I felt the burger was dry and the bun was not toasted nor fresh. The chili cheese fries were better and it had a nice cheese sauce that went well with the meaty chili. Fries are wrinkle cut crap fries that are boring and can be found at any theme park. Now my desert was GOOD. I highly suggest treating yourself to a milkshake, specifically chocolate. Overall, Culver had that classic American feel but the lackluster burger and fries were typical. Like I mentioned, it's a 3 1/2 out of 5 and I think that's okay for them. read more

Excellent fast food with good old fashioned Midwest hospitality. Take a wide delicious fast food menu and pair it with chick-fil-a grade customer service and you have Culver's! Don't let the unassuming building deter you. They don't have the flashy external signs, but the food and service are top notch! I started to realize that you can tell a lot about a restaurant by the way they cut their fries. If they are proud of their sauces, they will let you know by using crinkle cut or waffle fries (more sauce to fry ratio). Culver's uses crinkle cut fries, and they definitely have great fries and sauces here! Food is made fresh when you order, so while it might take a couple more minutes, it's totally worth it! The service is fast with a number on tour side mirror and room for cars to pull ahead as they wait for their order. I had a shake for lunch everyday last week. I'll try food when I'm feeling better. My burger was cold, my pretzel bites were just warm and the lid to the cheese wasn't on correctly and it spilt everywhere and of course that was the only thing that was hot. On Jan 1st we decided to bring our kids to Culver's to celebrate the New Year as well as use our "Free Scoop" coupons we had saved! I asked if we could get a kids meal and combine the 2 coupons together to get a "Double Scoop" and they said that was no problem. Later when waiting to receive our order they forgot our ice cream, and when mentioned about the 2 scoops they said we now couldn't do that, but we had already given them the coupons we saved up and didn't receive them back. Sure, they've only got locations across half the states and haven't gone to the Northeast or West coast yet, but be assured that it's going to happen. Why? Having been here a handful of times now, my order has always been right and taken by someone who genuinely looked happy to be there. The staff does a great job of delivering food to the tables, or outside to your vehicle if you go through the drive-thru. Plus they're pretty good about coming by to ask and make sure that the food was good. They keep the restaurant pretty clean as well. The burgers are fresh, never frozen beef that just taste like high quality steak burgers. The crinkly cut fries are always flavorful (but it never hurts to add a dash of salt for good measure). When Lent is in gear, try the Walleye, as it's better than any fish you can get at any fast food place. If you have a sweet tooth, the custard is really really really good too. Staff is always top notch here. Never a bad attitude in all my visits. Never had a bad meal out of their drivethru either. Inside is pristine and always active and attentive staff. The food is the best you'll probably ever find in a franchise "fast food" burger place. They have such a good quality across all their meals, from burgers, to fish and chicken; I've only ever had a meal I didn't want to devour. Customer service is top quality too. The only time they had a mistake made on our order, Steve (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to correct a minor mistake and even carried the order out himself to apologize and ensure we were satisfied. So refreshing to see in the fast food industry. It's clear the good staff here is a result from a top down approach to good customer service. Great food and custard. But what a mess their drive through is with no one directing traffic. Heaven forbid you're ready to leave and the drive through lane is backed up and you're unable to leave through their only entrance/exit Terrible layout for a fast food restuarant. The line starts moving and I pull forward thinking the order board is a little further ahead of me. I realize I drove past the order board so I continued until I got to the window. I told the cashier I drove past the order board and didn't get a chance to order a dish of choc custard with heath bars on top. She said ok and leaves to make my order and Luke returns and says I'm sorry I can't take your order here. I asked if he could just ring it at one of the front registers and just deliver it to the window. Luke replies 'no'. You'll have to go back around and order through the drive through. I said I'm not going back and wait in line again as it wrapped around the store. He said I could park my car and come in and place the order. Wow! Luke did a great job of making this custard order more complicated than necessary. I asked Luke if he was really going to lose a sale rather that ring it at another register. Luke replied 'that's the way it is.' I drove off and Culver's lost a customer. Luke needs training in problem solving. I can't imagine him handling any major issue or crisis. read more
