Love me some Culver's, but prices have gotten out of control. This particular location was ran well when first opened. Lately, I have to wait in the parking area for two scoops of custard. Two scoops shouldn't take 10 mins at 9 PM on a Tuesday with almost nobody inside or in the drive through. Ask for a hot fudge sundae and you may get more fudge than ice cream. This time I told them how to administer the fudge and they did well. However I asked about nuts. Well every scoop had 3 full sized walnuts in it (ughh). Food is good but these simple stupid things along with crazy pricing has me driving by more than stopping. read more

Best restaurant in Monee. Great customer service and great food, bathrooms and main lobby and dining area very clean, great place.

Again, I'm here quite a lot especially on the weekends after work, and after school. I probably dine in for the food on average of 6 times a month, and come through at night for a concrete mixer about twice a week. I have never once had an issue with the employees of the Monee location. The interior is always clean, and I always get to score my usual spot! I absolutely adore my Monee Culver's. Clean, organized & smell good Ordinarily the food is hot, fresh, reasonably priced & good Recently I had a bad experience: I ordered a grill chicken sandwich with only cheddar cheese, lettuce & pickle(extra) cut in half There were a couple of cashiers on their cell phones at the drive thru window The acting manager was having a short meeting with the staff about following instructions I got home only to find the mayo & tomatoes that usually come on it was also on the sandwich The fact that I said I Only want(lettuce, cheddar cheese & extra pickles) didn't mean anything I called & spoke w/Brianna, the Manager She was only concerned with me describing the cashier to her. We agreed that I would bring the sandwich back the next morning for a replacement only with the condiments that I want Make sure u have patience to deal with the cell phone staff users & check your food immediately!!! read more

Food was delicious! We went around 3:30 on a Sunday, and we were served by Nate Lowry I believe. And he was the kindest, nicest, most genuine guy! They made sure we were taken care of, and our order was promptly made. The music was a great volume, and the restaurant was clean and friendly. Plus the owner, we believe, was walking around with the store managers making sure everything was up to par. tried to order a flavor of the day mixer and the cashier in the drive through (khelani) had an attitude with me the entire time because I said the wring name when describing my mixer. Her attitude was over the top and unnecessary considering I never had an attitude with her and admitted that said the wrong name on my order and she still had an attitude I usually go to this location daily after work but I haven't been back since and won't be back again read more

We literally spend $40 or so a month eating at Culver's near our home in Carol Stream, so needless to say, we are fans. Occasionally we will stop at this one in Monee on our drive to drop off our son off at University of IL. I thought that it was nice that the cashier asked me if I wanted marinara or ranch to go with my cheese curds. Our usual Culver's never asked me that. I got the marinara rather than eating dry ones as usual. I wasn't a fan of the new spicy chicken sandwich. I think it might have been a Southwest chicken or something of that nature. The bun was huge, the pepper-jack cheese was cold (not melted) and it had some grisly-chewy parts in it that I wasn't fond of. My husband got a burger, and as always, it was delicious. I'm sure we will be back on our next trip to Champaign-Urbana, but I won't be getting a chicken sandwich next time. I should stick with the double cheddarburger that I love so much! read more

Went for a short chocolate concrete with snickers around 4:15pm. Got a vanilla concrete with snickers instead. That would have been ok if it wasn't so soft I could eat it with a straw. Waste of money honestly the order wasn't difficult and it wasn't busy. read more

This is by far the dirtiest Culver's that I have ever been in. The floors and tables were not clean, and the wastebasket in the men's room was overflowing. They even managed to screw up our order.
