I have always been a fan of this Culver's location. They have fast service, great food, and friendly employees. During my most recent trip to Culver's I encountered an employee working above and beyond. Garrick I believe was his name. He delivered our food, replaced a drink (the carbonation was off), and had the best attitude. Thanks bro! On top of this, they forgot my chicken tenders and when I came back around to let them know they were more than friendly and gave me double the order, as well as a coupon for a free meal for the inconvenience. Whenever we go to Streets, we are greeted upon arrival and seated quickly. Our servers are always friendly and answer any questions we have. The menu has a variety of items to choose from with a lunch special that's extremely reasonably priced! The food is served fresh with minimal wait time. They have the best tasting pizza crust!! I am updating to five stars - I'm totally new to Culver's. I have read the reviews and many complaints about employee attitude. I've been here twice and have had delightful service each time. In fact I tip here - I don't usually tip for fast food but I've always had good service. I love their drive thru system. You drive up, order, drive to window, pay, and then drive around to front and staff brings your order to your car. It is an efficient and effective system. They have also blocked off part of parking lot to safely expand outdoor seating- very nice and responsible. Now for the food. I love their tarter sauce - LOVE it. I had fish and chips and wasn't thrilled - it definitely was not bad, it just didn't do much for me. However, I returned with my mom who had heard about their walleye - she ordered walleye fish snd chips, which we didn't see on the menu and it was fantastic!! My father liked his butter burger and my mother enjoyed her pork loin sandwich. And we all really loved the special ice cream flavor that day - don't recall the name - midnight crunch or something- boy was that good! Well definitely be back! read more

The staff is excellent. Super friendly and on the ball. The place is clean even when it is packed. This was my first time at a Culver's and I gotta say, it was delicious. I would be frightened to see the nutrition chart though. I'm sure this is not the healthiest choice but if you want tasty fast food, here you go. The fries were delivered nice and hot. The cheese was adequately melted on the burger. The burger was just short of incredible. The custard was great too. I had the kids meal and it was just the right portion for a nice lunch. Well, if you want chicken and fries for dinner that taste like they were reheated in the microwave from lunch time, then this is the place for you! If you want to wait 20 minutes for your mediocre food to come out after you order only to have them screw it all up, I suggest you make dining reservations now. aaaabsolute waste of money. We ate at Culvers on Crismon Friday night and my husband ordered a DBL hamburger with everything and I had fish and chips but with Onion Rings in a basket. The hamburger came DBL burger but nothing on it and not even any french fries and mine came on a black slick dish not a basket that made the fish hard to eat and the onion rings were burnt and coldish. We were giving this place a second chance but there won't be a third. No adults just young untrained workers!! read more

Love those $2.50 Friday cheese curds. Yum! I really like the patty melts, I order mine "single" because I don't like too much meat. They're perfect. I also enjoy the delicious custard. Disappointed Had Culver's fish a couple weeks ago in Chandler and it was awesome. This fish was very overcooked as was the onion rings. Fries were cold. We would have sent it t back if it weren't for the fact that we needed to eat before our grandsons football game. Not sure if we will try again at a different location. Ordered thru the drive thru and paid for 2 each Culvers deluxe burgers, cheese curds and onion rings, Upon arrival at home 20 minutes away when opening the bag I received two single cheese burgers with bacon and 2 larges fries. Went to this location a few days ago and did not have the best experience. The food was amazing, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun due to an allergy, the young woman taking my order told me that the grilled chicken did not fit on the gluten free bun which I said would be fine since I could make it work. Shortly after I overheard her telling the other workers really nasty things such as being a "complicated bitch". If I remember correctly her name started with a T, very common, maybe Trisha or Trinity. I have never had a bad experience at this store and I frequently visit but this experience was belittling since its not my fault I have an allergy. Employees should respect the customers even if their orders are a little more complicated. Not happy about it to say the least. read more

I went to Culver's on Thursday evening. The drive up was crazy and I waited for over 15 min without moving. I was lucky enough to be last in line so I backed out and went inside to place my order. They only had 1 register open but the young man was doing a good job moving people through. I young man came up and open an addition register. He seemed a little unsure of the items, I asked him if he was just coming to work, he stated he was just coming back from a break. I ordered 2 3 piece Atlantic cod fish & chips and 2 milkshakes. 1 strawberry & peach and 1 peach. I had to repeat my order several times, he seemed so confused! I got my order and headed for home. When I opened the bag, only 1 order, no roll, but a pat of butter. I called to speak to the manager. It rang and rang and then a message came on. I left a message explaining what how unhappy I was with the service I had received and my order being short. I was really just wanting an apology for the bad experience ( we eat here often). I never received a call soooo we will not eat at this Culver's again and I have shared my disappointment with the friends in our park. Just a phone call is all I wanted. Very disappointed! read more

First, they got my order completely wrong. Didn't repeat it back resulting in having to pay more than I would have if they had gotten the order correct. Secondly, waited a total of 35 minutes!!!! No apology or consideration of wait time. I used to work at a Culver's years ago and all of that was completely unacceptable. We would go out of our way to ensure best service possible. I have personally never eaten Culver's food, but I have eaten their ice cream. I think their ice cream has an amazing texture and fills my sweet tooth every once in a while for the perfect ice cream. Culver's smoothies are also very blended and not chunky which is a very nice break from all the chunks in my smoothies at other places. read more

No place better for a family dinner! I can home after an 8 month hiatus from AZ. The first I visited was Culver's with my family. The super friendly staff made us feel very welcomed. This is a great place to get a butter burger. I go here often as I live just down the road. I would have to say that if you like ketchup or have any sides that you order such as their Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce (YUM on my fries), make sure you check the bag before you leave... it's about 50/50 chance at this location that they forgot to put something in the bag or just didn't put enough hence the meme I am including with this post haha. read more

This new location opened in late 2016, right out in front of Mountain Vista Hospital near the corner of Southern Ave at Crismon Rd. They got it right from the start. I was surprised by how fast even complicated orders can get delivered despite the place being elbow to elbow customers and an entirely new and very young staff. I especially like their dinners and sides, which is mostly what I go to Culver's for. Having grown up in Wisconsin I know a thing or two about butter burgers. Their burgers are nothing to write home about, but their fries are very good and all the other stuff on their menu, including soups and chili and their dinners are an excellent value. I like the North Atlantic Cod with sides of cole slaw and green beans, it's better than the food in the hospital cafeteria! Don't let the lines inside scare you away, it moves much faster than it would at most other fast food places. Easy access off north or south bound Crismon Rd. Their parking lot is a little cramped. The drive through moves slowly, I suggest always getting carry-out food inside at the counter. Oddly enough, they close early at 10:30pm. Research the menu online before going. read more
