When my boss came back from Subway he handed me my salad. It was literally shredded lettuce, buffalo sauce, and some chicken. I called the location and asked about it. The individual I spoke with explained that when a person orders online the salad gets everything it calls for but when they order in person they have to say what they want. I thought that was nuts but the individual said I could bring it back and he'd make me a new salad. I did and everything worked out. What I've learned is that if you send someone to this location for a Buffalo Chicken Salad tell them to be specific about what you want or don't want on the salad unless all you want is Buffalo sauce, chicken, and shredded lettuce. I put that to the test this week and it worked. Again, my boss offered to buy lunch. I told him to tell them make it like the picture. Kudos for getting it right Subway.
