This place was horrible, I asked for a drink and they made me re order them and then I went to the fountain drinks got my Mountain Dew I payed for and it tasted like slightly flavored water, I asked them about it and they that's all we have, they did nothing to help or anything. was craving 2 supreme burritos come to Taco Bell at 12:03 girl in drive thru handed us the wrong food first was a mobile order or something with their name on it and it was a girls name my very male boyfriend who drove and paid had to wait for her to come back to the window because she was walking around talking with coworkers when we gave it back to her she said sorry and immediately laughed to her coworkers and then finally handed us our food after a like 20 minute wait for our food i know it was after 12:20 because I was wondering why it was taking so long and why they didn't pull us around the people behind us were honking at us and mad but it wasn't our fault and then I open the bag one of my burritos were half out of the wrapper the other one wasn't even in one it was in the bag next to it this is before we left the parking lot by the way we didn't do that both of my burritos were cold like the tortillas were cold and you know harder and breaking it they were very poorly made not even shut one had no sour cream the other barely had any and my boyfriends burritos were the same way I don't like confrontation or I would've went back in or called and left an unpleasant message but you're welcome read more

I just wanted to let you know how much you suck. Taco Bell on Frank's drive has been a continual disappointment for years and years. slow service and their debit card machine is literally down 95% of the time. I can't wait to drive by there and see the building on fire. you suck so bad. read more

I love Taco Bell and today after a 12 hour shift at the hospital I was really looking forward to a quick and yummy dinner. When I got there the menu was totally bare and they had taken off like half of the menu including the one burrito that is my go to. Since the burrito wasn't on there anymore I ordered just tacos, my next go to. The tacos were awful. This rating is just for the long lines. We have many fast food restaurants in my city and Taco Bell is by far the only one with the longest line. I sat in the line for 20 mins, which feels like an eternity in the fast food world. However, the food is always amazing. read more

The drive through needs improvement. It took me approximately 13 to 15 minutes to get through and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. They need to hire more people and use both windows to make it more streamlined. I've always wondered why there was so many cars in the drive through, now I know. This place has a reputation for 45-60 minute waits, but I went mid-afternoon, thinking it couldn't be that bad. The drive-thru was stacked, and if you enter, you cannot exit until you cycle through the line. I went in, and was immediately asked for my order. The boy did not know how to ring regular menu items up (I ordered nothing special). Then I realized that nearly everyone in the dining room, seated at the tables, was not eating, but waiting on their orders, and it was packed! I then stood to watch the show that they call their 'line.' I waited for 20 minutes for three Mexi-melts, and they managed to fill six orders ahead of me in that time. Two of those six came back because the orders had missing items. I knew the last one before me was going to be wrong, because the 'cook' burned one of two quesadillas, and threw it in the trash, and sent the order out without a word about the missing quesadilla that he threw out. The woman came back to tell him she only received one of the two that she ordered. I watched an old man feign sweeping in the back, so as to avoid having to do anything in the front. He reminded me of a demented Ronald Reagan with Alzheimer's skimming leaves from a pool. There was a girl that was stocking the line with wrappers, tortillas, etc., and with every five pound box she heaved up, you would have thought she was heaving sacks at the feed mill. These two definitely knew how to keep expectations low so that they wouldn't have to jump in to expedite any orders. Two of the boys on the line had to ask the third boy that burned the quesadilla how to prepare nearly every item. They seriously have staffing problems that ruin this place. It is a mystery as to why it always so busy. After finally receiving my orders, the Mexi-melts were made with about triple the portions they should have received. They were oozing messes and did not taste right, because the proportions were incorrect. But part of the puzzle did fall into place: if they are using 3x as many ingredients as called for, it's not wonder they run out of food so fast, and then take so long to recover their inventory in order to fill the new orders. read more
