Wow. Where do I start? This location used to be awesome! We frequented on most Wednesdays before…read moregoing to church. But I tell ya, things have changed. The service, the food, have ALL taken significant steps in the wrong direction. As I said we visit a lot. So we collect points. For the last few times they haven't been able to add our points to our app. I didn't say anything about it. But the 3rd time it happened I did. The young person at the counter tried and then called for a "manager". To which we were abruptly told "yeah it's not workin, too bad!" And just walked away. The fries have been absolutely sub par. I don't know if something changed but they were pieces of dries, soggy, and not the same quality we have had. Again this has been an issue for a couple of visits. Anything can happen on a single visit, but multiple issues on multiple visits is a tend.On the same visit, I returned to the counter to order 2 iced coffees to go. Both medium. I got 1 medium 1 small, originally even the small was not what I ordered. So they remade it, as a small. The same young persons significant other was at the counter and they were talking.....perhaps the "manager" needs to be more aware, and take a course in customer service,
