For the last few times they haven't been able to add our points to our app. I didn't say anything about it. But the 3rd time it happened I did. The young person at the counter tried and then called for a "manager". To which we were abruptly told "yeah it's not workin, too bad!" And just walked away. The fries have been absolutely sub par. I don't know if something changed but they were pieces of dries, soggy, and not the same quality we have had. Again this has been an issue for a couple of visits. Anything can happen on a single visit, but multiple issues on multiple visits is a tend.On the same visit, I returned to the counter to order 2 iced coffees to go. Both medium. I got 1 medium 1 small, originally even the small was not what I ordered. So they remade it, as a small. We through away our receipt at the restaurant but when trying to find a phone number to call the restaurant at home I could not find one anywhere online. I have always had good or great service here, occasionally outstanding service. The food is predictable Pizza Hut but actually quite tasty. It is always served hot and fresh, and somehow seems quite a bit better than expected from a pizza chain. This location is always clean and the service is fast. I have never been disappointed here. You could do much worse in NV than Pizza Hut, especially since the options are fairly limited to fast food. I also appreciate that Diet Dew is offered here. My favorite soda and not always easy to find in restaurants.
