Went here when I was in town for a family vacation. Have never tried rally's before but I had heard the fries were the best in town. Decided to throw wind to my diet and dive in. Being a true yelper I felt obligated to think back and write a review for all to read. First off let me say the service was impeccable. A nice gal named Hope announced her name as "welcome to rally's this is Hope would you like to try a combo?" When I said I just wanted a burger she asked if I would like fries with that. YES I WANTED FRIES that's the main reason I was out trying this fast food chain. ( was checking up sales by only ordering a burger) I was greeted with a smile at the window by a girl named faith. She said "look ...see I have put in your napkins and double checked your order for you" . The fries were well seasoned and crispy not greasy. The burger was excellent. I'm so going back next time I'm in the area. Until then if you want your order done correctly ask for Faith or Hope to make it. Isn't it cool that even in fast food we still have Faith and Hope. Kudos to the manager here for training your staff so well. I will be back. If nothing more than to get the fries which are sooo yummy or just to say at Rally's they have Faith and Hope. We paid $40 dollars for 3 small sandwiches 3 medium fries and 3 cups of ice with a couple of drinks of coke in each! The girl at the window couldn't have been any less friendly if she'd tried! The great part was upon arriving home we had 3 half raw burgers, DISGUSTING! we'll never go back! read more

I had to go through the line twice. The first time the robot got my order and my total was 14.10, then I got to the window and it was 10.05. They got my friends order but not mine even though it was all together. The second time they didn't give me any sauce so I had to go to the window and the manager was so rude. She said "what do you want now?" Which I think is rude. And then when I got to eat my food they only gave me 8 chicken nuggets and the rest was fries even though I got a chicken basket. read more

Took ten minutes of waiting after ordering to get food, the line was empty, and we ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo with fries. This isn't fast enough to be called fast food. Tasted good though. read more

Not great quality, even for fast food. The fries were just okay, same with the wings. I tried a bite of my husband's burger and same thing. Everything was very plain and not saying it tasted "old" but definitely didn't taste fresh either. read more

My family and I normally don't eat at the Madison Indiana location because it's been unsanitary in the past. Well last Thursday we ate out after a kids school even well my wife said she seen on Facebook Rally's is under new management and ownership here. I said ok let's try it. Well we ordered and the lady taking money was wearing gloves and took our card to pay. Then she went to the back line and started making our food with the same gloves on!!!! When my wife seen that she ask for a manager witch was also on the back line making food. He comes up my wife tells him what she saw and ask for a refund. he didn't say a word to us voided it out and walked away. That was very unsatisfying and gross really with all the sickness going around. I believe if it's not brought to someone's attention it will never change. read more

So, I had a interaction with the assistant General Manager of this store last night that was not good at all. Went back to complain about him because he was a pompous ass, and told the General Manager as much who informed me that was her husband. She was also very rude and refused to give me the corporate number. Also, the girl at the window closed it in my face. I will NEVER go back to that rallys ever again and I hope they go out of business soon. Too bad, because prior to this I thought their customer service was second to none. If the General Manager and assistant can act this way, how can they honestly get mad when employees or customers are the same way with them? I think I may just not ever go to rallys again. Trust me, I didn't go back to a Taco Bell for 8 years. I just hope corporate takes me serious and gives me a call back as I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the gentleman complaining. read more

After 25 minutes (nope, not exaggerating) waiting in line behind ONE car, we got to wait 8 more minutes for the WRONG ORDER. I'd give them a zero if I could. Only 3 working and the guy at the window was not moving very quickly, probably because he was wearing his pants around his knees. read more

I went there to get a baconator for a friend. I asked for only ketchup on it. If course, as usual, they messed it up and only put Mayo on it. No big deal, accidents happened. But, when I took it back they laughed at me even though I was super nice about it. Then they handed me another one with the bacon not cooked. The employees were rude. read more
