It's on Main Street just north of Roosevelt. This is a view from the parking lot.

I get salad here. They prepare it carefully to avoid cross contamination-- I have celiac disease. The salads are large and often contain components that make me feel as if I am treating myself with love. The service is always friendly-- that's saying a bunch because my husband goes in to supervise my order and they so far have not taken that out on me. Really nice people. Patient and considerate. There was just a panic over *something* David came out to inform me "they had a crisis but they looked it up and it's safe!" I think he's getting surprise ice cream. I married the right guy. Ice cream is love.

Amanda the manager - rude, doesn't care and won't resolve issues. Said I would have to talk to the owner. You feed us bugs and don't care plus called me a liar on the phone!!!! Food - doesn't deserve a star at all!!!!!! We ordered from DoorDash and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was covered in bugs. yes BUGS. The lettuce was totally covered so some employee knew there were bugs on the lettuce and didn't care that they were putting bug infected lettuce on a sandwich for someone to eat. The order came in a large brown bag with handles. It was completely sealed shut with Culver's stickers. Inside was a drink carrier with our two beverages and two brown bags folded over with a Culver's sticker sealing them shut. I opened one bag which had two items that happened to be mine. No bugs no issues. I handled the other bag to my husband and left for my meeting. My husband proceeded to open his bag the fries were on top of the sandwich box. Nothing was wrong with the fries. He opened the box with the Spicy chicken sandwich to see something blackish/brownish. than lifted the bun to see that the lettuce had lots of little black/brownish bugs that were crawling on the inside of the sandwich. Ambiance - awful 100% unsanitary I will NEVER go to Culvers again. ****After posting this negative review the owner of the Culvers located at 1155 S Main St Lombard IL 60148 the Franchise owner David Koch literally said that my negative review is defamation (really feeding me bugs is defamation um no it is a public health hazard) and that he is going to sue me and had Culver's Corporate attorneys involved. SERIOUSLY you feed me bugs and instead of providing customer service this is how your react. STAY AWAY FROM CULVER's not only do they have bad food, feed you bugs, poor customer service and threaten you they don't understand the first amendment of the constitution - FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Proof of just how horrible Culvers owner in Lombard Illinois is attached it the unprofessional non customer service email. Basically David Koch owner of the Culver's Franchise located in Lombard Illinois will call you a liar, do nothing to rectify a situation, no apology and will attack you and threaten you. David Koch is the most unprofessional owner of any company I have come across. See the proof of how this man treats his customers. I can legally leave you a bad review under the First Amendment. If you have bugs on a sandwich that I purchased and you won't do anything to apologize or rectify the situation.

That had to be the tiniest piece of fish they could find on my sandwich. I had placed a large order online and had it scheduled for pick up hours before and I had to go inside 20 minutes after they had indicated they would bring it right out, when I arrived on time for curbside pickup.

I got the fried chicken sandwich with fries from Culver's. The service was friendly and fast. The food was hot and delicious! The chicken was tender on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. The crinkle cut fries were cooked just right and had the perfect amount of salt. There are so many tasty options on their menu and don't forget their custard for dessert! One of my favorite fast food places around!

Garbage service. No accountability. They make a mistake, you have to pay. Customer service 101. Embarrassing.

However, halal burgers are very reasonable in pricing and they're very juicy. They're a little less than those American gourmet burgers ($15-17). There is parking in the back as well as some on the left side. This is not a fancy looking place, it's more of a hole in the wall. Lower your expectations because you're here for the food, nothing else. The staff was nice and helpful. I ordered a mango lassi, gladiator burger, and cowboy (with an extra patty). The mango lassi was good. The burgers were huge so I got my money's worth. I ordered mine medium rare. -gladiator 5 - it had double patties, halal turkey bacon, eggs, coleslaw, etc. It was perfect and very palatable. I really liked that CEO sauce. -cowboy 3.5 - it has a lot of similar ingredients as the gladiator except it has onion rings, no eggs or coleslaw, and bbq sauce. For some reason, the patties taste different from the gladiator, it was kind of bland. Everything else tasted fine.

Situation on a busy corner in the downtown Lombard, this restaurant is pretty tiny but certainly hold its own. I ordered the brie and apple sandwich. The bread was fresh and the flavor combo was absolutely delicious. Even the side salad deserves recognition. It was simple but surprisingly flavorful with crispy lettuce. The fries were also excellent, and I was especially happy to see they serve aioli with them. Yum! The restaurant is housed in a charming historic building with a small interior and an expansive outdoor patio that's dog-friendly. Parking can be a little tricky when downtown is busy. Given the limited seated, I imagine wait times would be longer when the weather isn't kind or during colder months. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food. I look forward to returning or grabbing takeout. Definitely a great, if not the best, little spot in downtown Lombard.

We chose to sit in their outdoor area because the weather was beautiful. For this visit, I've tried: Armadillo eggs- I like the crunch of the crumbs, the flavors were good, but the filling was too heavy Kalbi Short Rib bowl- this was my daughter's dish. it was just ok The Nuremburger- this was the burger of the month (September). It was delicious; the fries were great as well The Smoky Ghost- if you like spice, this is the burger for you. I tried one of the Seltzer; it was okay. My daughter ordered the Raspberry Lime Cola; it was good, although it was a little too sweet for me. Service was friendly and prompt. Our server was very attentive and efficient. The indoor dining area was super loud, so we made a great choice by sitting outside. I wish they had more options for Filipino dishes. I only saw the lumpia appetizer and the beef sisig entree. Maybe next time?
