YOU HAD ONE JOB! Went to Culver's to have the Rocky road flavor of the day. We ordered 3 single scoop flavor of the day in waffle cones. What we got: Cone one, was very broken and leaked everywhere in addition to that no marshmallow which is a fundamental part of rocky road! Cone two, chocolate custard, two nuts and also no marshmallow. I did get a bonus chunk of waffle cone mixed in. Cone three, this one had chocolate custard, one nut and did have marshmallow drizzled on the top. I was so excited for Culver's to build close to home and have been disappointed again. This place has some really good custard and you can do whatever mix ins you want to create your own. The ones they sell in pints are pretty good too. Their burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches are also really good and I love the cheese curds! The only problem is how extremely expensive this place can be. We can only go once every two or there months because we can't afford it otherwise. read more

I wanted a good burger and I did not find it a Culver's. I'm absolutely disappointed with what I got. I asked for a burger with everything on it and what I got was a burger with onions and pickles. The burger bun was squashed as well. If I wanted a burgger like this I would have gone to McDonald's and got a burger off of the dollar menu. read more

Culver's has one of my favorite burgers! The fries are good, cheese curds are great, and the custard is delicious. However, there is one certain employee who's B.O stench can be smelt from 20 yards away. I'm only writing this so management can be aware of this one issue. If you're not sure who it is then just line up all the employees and take a sniff. It'll only take a few seconds to find out... for real though. read more

This is my second time here, and my last. Once when they first opened, not impressed. And today. The hamburger paddy was wafer thin, like they were running out of hamburger and trying to stretch what they had for 3 days. And my burgers were burnt (no surprise) and crunchy. I tried to keep this short. I have a brief opinion of the food and another of parking. Food: The burgers are smashed down and not any tastier than Logan's other options. The ice cream was good! Parking gripe: I get the parking has been full with the novelty of Culver's just opening, but the EV charging spot is almost always taken by a gasoline vehicle. As an EV driver, this put me off to visiting them sooner. I don't agree with them charging a parking fee after 6:00 for an EV to charge here (energy is a separate cost, which is completely fair) but a gas vehicle can sit here anytime and not be charged parking during the same hours...? When I can park and get a quick charge, I'll consider stopping inside again for an ice cream. read more

After all the hype. I was excited to try Culver's. After trying it I'm not impressed one bit. I tried the pub burger and the patties where overcooked and dry although they did have a nice crust. The burger lacked on the sauce. Bun was OK, but not great. Without the bun the burger is almost flavorless. The fries needed more salt and a little longer on the cook. The cheese curds where not anything special. I know they are the same ones A&W uses, but A&W's are better. (different oil?) I expected more flavor being called a butter burger, but the only evidence of butter is the fact that the burger pattie has a crust. I will skip this and go to five guys. read more

Usually this place is awesome, but the drive thru lady, Autumn was actually the worst. She gave us so much attitude when SHE messed up our order and we didn't want caramel. Like is it going to kill you to just remake it? It was just a mini concrete! After she rolled her eyes we just couldn't help but laugh! read more

I should have just had the concrete, I have always been a fan. But, I ordered a single cheeseburger as well, not impressed. The bun was good, however the burger was scant,not even a quarter of an inch thick. I ended up taking it apart and eating only half the bun so I could taste more than bread. The concrete ice cream is what pushed my review to three stars, otherwise it was a two star review for food. Do you want the best chicken strips you've ever consumed? Then go to Culver's. They are so delicious I forgot to take a picture of them before I devoured them! They come in a 4 piece which is enough for a small woman like be but I would eat 400 of them if I had the chance. The outside is crunchy and the inside is juicy. After eating most of the chicken tenders in Logan Utah I would rate these very highly. I also always crave their concrete mixers! I usually get the mini one and it fills me up and gives me the satisfaction I crave. I love how creamy and soft the icecream is and they never go lightly with the toppings. I found a half of a heath bar in mine last night and I wasn't even mad! Great job Culver's! read more

I came in 20 minutes before I had to work, and I bought a Culver's Butterburger with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. What I fool I was for thinking they were capable of making one burger fast enough for me to make it to work. They continually said they were sorry and that they were working on it, but 17 minutes later, I still did not have my one burger. I had to leave to make it to work with no food! The absolute fastest I've ever gotten my food is 12 minutes after ordering, which is complete trash considering I've never ordered more than one item at a time. Culver's has to be the slowest fast food chain I've ever eaten at. I do give them 2 stars for their food, however, because by the time you've been waiting 15 minutes for your food you're so hungry that it tastes amazing. They have to get their act together if they are ever gonna compete with any other fast food place. read more
