Culver's has become my favorite "fast food" place in recent weeks. I received a coupon in my email after signing up to their little mailing list which granted me a free Combo Basket with the purchase of a Basket. I ended up getting their shaved prime rib sandwich w/ cheese & pickles only w/ sweet potato fries. The misses got their Mushroom, Bacon, & Cheddar burger w/ reg fries. It's safe to say that WE LOVED IT! We've been back several times since & have gotten the same thing each time. read more

The husband, kid and I stopped for something cold and sweet. I'd never had custard and I must say, we're fans. I got the flavor of the day on a waffle cone and I was very pleased with it. I scarfed it down to the point I got brain freeze. It was that good. My son nabbed an Oreo sandwich and he loved it. My husband really enjoyed his Smoothie. We will be back. read more

Fast and friendly service! We were some blubbering first timers almost ordering half the menu while we made up our minds. But the cashier was calm and helpful. My double burger was huge but remember to add your condiments because they come plain. Also got a butter pecan shake, it wasn't on the menu but he made it for me. I was happy with my lunch choice. My bf however was disappointed because his smoothie was really a shake. Which he didn't want. So he's pouting for the rest of the day. This is the only fast food with a drive thru option on this side of Hamburg. You can cross over Man O War and there are more options, but if you're shopping and wanting a quick bite, this is your place. I've never been wowed by anything that I've ordered here. The last time that I checked in here, I cheated because it was a drive thru experience. I was picking up two combo meals to take to a quick dinner date. After I ordered the simple meals I was asked to pull forward. At least ten minutes later they brought me the orders. Both meals were ordered regular, nothing extra or no extra requests to add or take away anything, so I thought that the wait was too long to be considered fast food. $15 for 2 fast food meals seems a bit steep, but it is what it is. My grilled chicken sandwich was pretty tasteless, it didn't come with mayo or any sauce. I didn't care for the onion rings either. My husband tasted my onion rings and liked them, but he didn't want to trade out for his fries.Note to self, stick with fries and a shake the next time that I need fast food in the area. read more

I have been to many different Culver's locations and this one is very nice and good service that you should expect from Culvers. For Culver's newbies, If you don't like the flavor of the day you can easily select and make your own creation and the are many topping choices. This was beside our hotel. Food was hot and fresh even for to go. We had traveled and I was tired. Sent the hubby out to get some food. Any food. I could not find menu and pricing online. I had figured out it was fast food though. He ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. It came as a double and was plenty and filling. We also ordered the tenderloin sandwich. It was hot and fresh and filling. Fries were fine. We somehow got and paid for two orders of the cheese curds Instead of one. Overall, it was $19, no drinks. In part I think to the two orders of cheese curds. But the food was good, hot and fresh. A little pricey for fast food though. But good quality. Didn't try any custard. Went through drive through ordered my kid a a grilled cheese kids meal. Total $6.15. I asked why so much she said they charged everything separate so she said she would get the manager. I'm not sure if he was the manager but he was so full of crap. said the prices went up and I was being charged for the free custard!! Same custard that comes with the meal every time. So watch what you are being charged because apparently when I go inside the prices are cheaper. Of course I drove off I'm not paying $6.15 for a grilled cheese. read more

Nowhere near as good as it use to be.. I use to go get the shaved prime rib sandwich and it was always amazing but it had been a while since I'd been here. So I pull up and look at the drive thru and didn't see it on the menu anymore so I ordered just a regular ButterBurger and a order of fries. When I FINALLY make it to the window and I asked the young lady if they still had the prime rib burger and she looked at me dead seriously and said " we gots pork tenderloin, and something else but we don't have no ribs."..... lmfao!! We don't have ribs.. I was literally shocked and couldn't even say anything other than oh ok and just drive away lol... But anyways lol the food was horrible. The burger was extremely dry, the toppings seemed right on the verge of being bad but not yet, so I will never eat there burgers again. The only good thing about my trip other than the great laugh I had in the drive thru was the French fries. They where actually really really good.. but unless you only want Fries for dinner I'd stay away from Here! read more

I have to say I ate twice at this location yesterday, once at about 12:30pm and again at 8PM, different staff both time, and the service and food quality was great. The place is clean, the person who took my order in the evening, he had to ask me twice if it was for here or to go, as I had told him earlier. It had become a weekly family event to go to Culver's on Sunday evenings. More than once, we would hear the employees complain when we walked in. We were always courteous, if we put tables together - we always moved them back, and we never stayed past close. We would have anywhere from 10-15 of us at a time - so we would spend a good amount of money there weekly. We recently went and we will never go back after this visit! We were in the dining room (about 8 of us including my 3 year old granddaughter), and an employee started coming out at 9:00 p.m., an hour before they close, and started cursing and saying that this is s***, and she is so tired of it and wished we would leave - and she wasn't quiet about it. We finally just got up and left because of the cursing around the 3 year old. My brother in law spoke to the manager on duty about what had happened, and the manager sent the employee home. So while we were walking to our cars, she came out and yelled at us using the f-bomb every other word - in front of my 3 year old granddaughter!! If she hadn't jumped in a car, I would have called the police. The next day when I called to talk to the GM/owner, she apologized but took up for the employee and said she understands that we may not want to come back. What kind of owner does that? What happened to the customer is always right? I would understand if we were inconsiderate, rude, or caused problems, but we would spend $100+ every week there. My dad even on several occasions gave everyone that worked there a tip! I guess if they don't want our money, we will not be giving it to them ever again! read more
