I was on vacation and have never tried this place. We went to the drive thru and first I really liked the menu. My son ordered a hamburger with cheese curds. The service was pretty fast and they were really nice. The hamburger was really good. They use quality meat and bread. I loved the cheese curds a nice change. Culvers is better fast food but it's sometimes kind of slow and the workers are trained in these annoying scripted responses instead of properly good customer service. This one is better than most except that it is busier than most. This one is open later, and between the Illinois border and Milwaukee it might be the only place that you can eat and not suffer from food poisoning after 8:00pm. Too much plastic, very hard to stop them from unnecessary plastic straws. read more

Very nice staff and location! Shhhhhh!!!! This place is super nice and brand new. Came in for some frozen mixers when we needed a treat and this place did not disappoint. I had a Reese's mixer with whipped cream and my SO had a Heath with marshmallow creme. Both delicious!! Very convenient location and good easy-to-navigate parking lot. Our work schedule often means we eat dinner after 9 pm. In Kenosha, there aren't a lot of options for eating out. Fortunately, you have this fabulous Culver's that is open until midnight. Friendly crew greet you when you come in, prep your food fresh and promptly, and thank you as you leave. If you're looking for a burger, I recommend the Culver's double deluxe, which has mayo, lettuce, red onion, tomato, pickle, and cheese with a two gummy patties and a sesame bun. I also like the Buffalo chicken tenders, add blue cheese dressing. The regular tenders are equally freshly made, but the Buffalo have a special crunchy crust that adds a bit extra if you like spice. We also enjoy their soups, which change daily. Personal favorites are the chicken noodle, stuffed pepper soup, chicken wild rice and tomato florentine. Culver's chili is always an option as well! I like to get the chili and the cheese curds. Drop some of the curds in the chili -- they serve as a cheesy crouton and just the two together will leave you full. No need to order anything else. In the summer, I highly recommend the Strawberry Fields salad. The fresh-made custard is a great option if you want dessert. read more

I am 45 and have NEVER been so disgusted in my entire life. My young son orders a Culver's Double Deluxe with everything on it. Opens it, it's two patties with cheese, two pickles, ketchup and NOTHING else. We bring it back in, and got BERATED. I ask for a manager. Young girl who looks to be in her early 20s, Brunette, says she is the manager. Proceeds to walk away and go whisper something to a coworker, then comes back and accuses my son and says, "Well maybe your son should order properly." I was FLOORED. "Excuse me?" I told her. "I don't appreciate you using that tone toward a child, ma'am," I added. "I listened to him order." She lets out a HUGE sigh of attitude. She then lies to my face and tells me that's what the burger comes with. At this point, I have lost my calm demeanor and patience. I show her the receipt. It says, "Double Deluxe, everything." I show her her OWN menu that shows lettuce, tomato, onion and I think mustard as well. Even that doesn't phase this girl, who clearly has some sort of anger issues. She snottily looks at my son, then actually has the nerve to ask him, a child, "Well what the heck do you want?" He calmly looks at her deadpan and says, "What I ordered please." She doubles down and says, "Then you should order right." At this point, her behavior is drawing a crowd and HUGE attention. I tell her I'm done, then ask for my money back. She SLAMS the cash register open, then hands me the money back. You don't treat customers this way, EVER. And ESPECIALLY not a CHILD who did NOTHING WRONG. Shame on this daytime manager. read more

Clean location although it's very busy here. They have a bus boy cleaning tables and literally sweeping the floors and carpet. Multiple registers open to take orders. Food came within 8 minutes. I ordered a veggie burger with onions, tomatoes, and lettuce which contains 580 calories and was very tasty. I also had a garden fresco salad which is 190 calories and contains shredded cheddar cheese, croutons, and tomatoes. Raspberry vinaigrette is very sweet and contains a lot of sugar so be weary of that. Overall great food. read more

My family and I love coming to this Culver's! We always stop here first on our way through the Illinois-Wisconsin border and specifically make sure to stop at this Culver's. The staff is very nice and friendly to everyone who walks through the door. They even heard me talk about almost having enough scoopie tokens to cash in for one of their plush rewards and just gave it to us! Worst Culver's we have been. We ordered two pot roast sandwiches what we got were two buns flavored with meat. As you can see from the photos we wasted $ buying a $6 bun. We weighed the meat for each sandwich and both weighed just over 2 ounces of meat. Highway robbery. read more
