Did a drive through order at Culver's on Browns Ferry Rd. for a cashew chicken salad, honey mustard dressing, hold the cheese on the salad, Arrived home to find buttermilk ranch dressing instead of honey mustard. Lettuce was wilted, there were a few pieces of cheese in it, there was one croton and it was soggy, as were the slices of cucumber. It seemed the salad had been pre made and had been sitting somewhere. It looked like someone tried to remove the shredded cheese. Will not be going there again. read more

Not sure what is going on but it took forever to get our drive thru order when there were only two cars in front of me. Get more order handed to me with no communication and did not take my sticker off my mirror which has never happened. Get home and my order is missing multiple things, burger is two paper thin charged patties with gold cheese on top. I call and get a "yeah we'll fix it and discount it if you want to come back". Wife drives there, gets a ticket and then leaves after 20 minutes with no food... it was a plain burger and pretzel bites... I'll just stick with home cooked meals for now. Really hate that, this place used to be good with taking care of customers and communicating. Hope they get their act together. read more

I went to the Culver's on Winchester Road today. It was 2:25 on a Tuesday afternoon. The dining area was spotless and well lit. No dirty tables, no trash laying around and the drink dispenser was clean and shiny. The young ladies behind the counter were cheerful and friendly. Being that this was my first experience with a Culver's I had some questions about the menu. I ordered one Colby double burger, one spicy chicken sandwich, cheese curds, fries and a drink. All for carry out. So far great, right? I sat down to wait for my to go order. Suddenly all hell broke loose in the kitchen. Two males and a female, in the food preparation area began screaming and cursing at one another. They got into each other's faces and continued to scream at the top of their lungs. Apparently someone had been accused of doing something, which they denied vehemently. One of the young ladies who had been working the front counter appeared with my order. The ruckus in the kitchen had quieted somewhat but it all erupted again as I stood up to leave. I assessed the situation and sensing no immediate danger to myself, I departed out the closest exit. This is not what I expected to witness. The food was hot and tasty. The selection was good. I cannot say at this juncture if I would go back or not. Fighting amongst employees should not be tolerated, especially in the presence of restaurant guests. read more

Tried Culver's for their fried Cod platter. Dining in and dining and counter area were clean. Not busy, early Friday evening and not really busy, staff were friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and hot. A little more breading than I would like but was crunchy and tasty, fish was well cooked and flaky. Tartar sauce was decent but was truly commercial grade, nothing special. Fries were ok (krinkle cut and just shy of crunchy) . Noise level was acceptable. Overall a good experience and fairly good for fast food fried fish. The fish is pricy for quick serve. I would recommend trying it if you are a fried fish fan and rate it here. read more

We've been super excited to visit this Culver's. Love the Culver's brand having been many times in Wisconsin. This one didn't disappoint and had the same great service and delish custard ice cream. Going back to the service...the place was PACKED while we had to wait a bit for our Mixers a manager came over to check on us and let us know they'd be out soon. In the days when good service is hard to find, Culver's is a oasis of quality. We can't wait to go back to try everything on the menu! read more

I was invited to score a burger for Culver's and their New Location in Albertville, AL, they may be the New Kid on the block, but they come to play in the big leagues of burgers. Fresh, never frozen, no "Preformed" patties with the "Meat Glue" in them like most burger chains use. Fresh topping that blended well. This will be my Go-To place for a great burger. It's definitely not fast food. I went through the drive thru and it took 35 minutes to literally get a deluxe burger meal! One meal! That's all! I could have went to a restaurant and sat down and ate a healthy meal in the amount of time I waited for the burger! I finally went in and asked and the employee said he was busy and didn't have time to run it out. Hate it for the other 10 cars sitting behind me. They may never get their meal if they don't go inside. One and Done here! read more

At Culver's the food was amazing I love their burgers and fries and their cheese curds are amazing. The cashiers are always kind. And they have a nice clean area with some Halloween decorations inside. read more

Burgers are great! Service is great! The restaurant is very clean which is great! The air conditioning/heat very nice.

So I had just ordered 2 concretes both with extra strawberries. One was chocolate & the other one was vanilla. I got the chocolate one & as soon as I tasted it there was nothing but a sour taste. I called up there to explain & the female manager argued with me & wouldn't listen. At least they made me another one as vanilla cause that one tasted perfect. My thing is if a customer calls to explain something wrong with their order don't argue with them & interrupt them while they are explaining it to you. I thought that y'all would be better but I guess I was wrong. So my husband brought back my new vanilla & double strawberry concrete but come to find out they didn't even give me the double strawberries like I asked cause they refused to listen to me when I specifically told them it wasn't the strawberries!! So I am beyond furious now!! read more

I love Culver's! I switch between the Pork Loin sandwich, the Fish plate, and a Reuben, also several other items. Oh yea, and the roast beef sandwich which I get plain with mayo, yum! read more

We visited Culver's for lunch. They have opened up a lot of different chains here in our area of Huntsville, Ala. They food wasn't good that day. It looked nothing like the tv food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it looked liked it was beaten too much and fried too hard. Let's not talk about the lettuce and condiments that were on it. My husband had the double cheeseburger with bacon. The burger meat was thin and also cooked too hard. The fries were the only thing that was good. We understand you are just getting it together in our area but please get better with the food. read more

The drive thru process is a cluster and seems so disorganized! First time at this location not like my other Culver's experiences!

Great fish my husband loved it. but they put so much salt on the onion rings they are inedible. And my burger was really over cooked. Not going back not worth the money. Best description is...yuk read more

Highly disappointed experience. Was charged for multiple items I never received. Specific ingredients I asked not to be on my burger were left on it. Was extremely slow. Food quality was poor. Overall would not recommend to anybody, especially if you don't want to waste money. read more
