This is the worst location in the area, I've been here three times and every time it's gotten worse, I drive all the way to Washington instead, bathrooms always dirty, employees don't know what they are doing, one time I called to ask about a product and they literally hung up on me, lobby always dirty, the food is always good but if I'm paying 50$ for two people I want good service and a clean restaurant. read more

Not much to say, just a nice fast food restaurant. I ordered the Kid's Butter burger with the side of applesauce. My dad also got a Butter burger, but he ordered his with a double patty and fries. As for service, they did take a little bit longer than I would have liked because we were on the road. The servers were also very friendly and made nice small talk with us. After we ate our meal, we moved on to custard. I got the vanilla with cookie dough chunks and my dad got his with vanilla and Heath Bar. A tip; since Culver's offers 4 sizes of custard, a small is not the smallest! The mini version is the perfect size if you want a small but- trust me! Another thing; if you already didn't know, Culver's does offer gluten free buns and Pup cups for dogs! Overall, nice fast food restaurant. Culver's has great burgers & good custard. The service is always good. It is always busy at this location. Order at the counter & they will bring it to you when the food is ready. It's clean inside. One of my nephews favorite places to eat. read more

Culver's - Sauceless nuggies - Burgers Near Me - East Peoria, Illinois

Let me begin by saying I eat at Culver's in east peoria a couple times a month. I always order on the app or online for self pick up in the store. Every time I have, I've walked in, went to the right where the self pick up shelf is, found my food, grabbed it and went. Not once has anyone that works there said anything other than have a good day. Well on 9/26/24 at about 12:15 pm I came into the store to pick up my order. The app and email I received told me to head inside to the self pick up shelf to pick up my food and skip the wait. As the pictures will show in this review. When I walked in, there was 1 line of customer approximately 15 or so. They were extremely busy and workers were moving fast behind the counter. I went to the shelf for self check out and immediately the gentleman that was cashiering with the long line of customer loudy and with some attitude said "Hey Boss, you can't just grab your food, you need to get in line like everyone else and check in first." I turned to get in line then thought I need to get his name. I am a paying customer you don't call me Boss, I am Sir, and especially you don't talk to me that way with an attitude. I walked back up to him to get his name and said when I saw his name tag "Ray Assistant Manager" to which he immediately and loudly said "Make sure you spell it right when you complain about me" which was stated loudly and again in front of many many customers, some of them ladies that were shocked how he was acting. At that point I've been nothing but respectful but I'm also a man and a customer and refuse to be treated so poorly. I told him to "watch his mouth" and "not to talk to me that way, I'm a customer." Ray the Assistant Manager Responded "I don't give a shit" and that's when a male worker behind him turned around and grabbed him and told him to "calm down" ray said more things under his breath which I couldn't hear because I was 12-15 customers back in line past the garbages on the left when you walk in. While waiting in line I could tell Ray was saying things about me to other males customers that were ordering and laughing, which again is so unprofessional and not becoming of an assistant manager. Now while waiting in line, I thought to myself I should grab my phone just to prove that I was told to go to the self pick up shelf and get my food to skip the wait, so I did. When I came back the line was divided between Ray and another worker Daniel. I went to Daniel's line to de-escalate the situation. When I got up to Daniel I showed him phone and said "this is my order, I see it's ready on the self pick up shelf, can you please get it for me it for me since I'm not allowed to get my food" Daniel look confused and Ray while still ringing up customers yelled again from the opposite end of the counter "it is policy, you can't pick up your own food on the shelf" in which I defended myself stating "the app and online says for me to." Then Again Ray yelled saying "he doesn't care what it says, it's policy." I told Ray I would be contacting Phil the owner and leaving a review which again he said "he doesn't care" Daniel handed my food to me and I left. How Embarrassing for him, his coworkers and all the customers that witnessed this and for him to be an assistant manager acting that way. I am GM at my place of employment for 11 years now and would never treat and talk that way to a customer. Culver's has lost my business for good and I'm sure many other customers that witnessed how Ray acted that day. read more

Team was KILLING it in a rush. Awesome service on their part. My only reason for a lower review was a man in a hat (possibly the manager) who was the QA/working the sorting window. He was demeaning and insulting "his" employees. He was demanding everyone else run the food as he just bumped the orders instead of stepping up and genuinely helping run the food to the busy dining room. As a former manager at a chain restaurant, I have NEVER seen a person treat their employees as horribly as he did. Shame on him for not uplifting his crew during a busy time. read more

Culver's is what you'd picture as a midwestern slice of Americana - burgers, melts, fries, sundaes, etc. It reminds me of those custard-selling fast food restaurants except with more food items and less selection on the concretes. The later was kind of a disappointment as I was expecting more ice creams choices. On the other hand there's a good variety of meal options from burgers to fried chicken to salads. Being this is my first visit, I took the shotgun approach and tried to sample as much as I could. Also being that I skipped lunch, I felt justified in getting both the fried chicken dinner and the strawberry fields salad plus a fudge pecan sundae (only 1 scoop though). The chicken was good, skin crisp and tasty without being overspiced or greasy. The green beans and mashed potatoes were just ok, sort of bland, but tasted real and wasn't mushy. The salad was also good, the chicken on it appeared freshly grilled. The greens were reasonably fresh and most of it work well together besides the strawberries being sour. Lastly the sundae was good, good texture, even if it was like half melted by the time I got to it. Will have to go back for dessert only next time. read more

My second time ever having a butter burger so amazing! I'm 29 and always avoided culvers because I am not a huge char-grilled burger fan but now I am! The vegetables and ingredients on their butter burger is so fresh and so buttery! Their fries are okay better with cheese sauce. Their custard never disappoints me! Had their smores flavor and I was on the moon!!! Still want to try their shakes and malts though! Now that I am older I am not saying no to new restaurants!! read more

Extremely unfortunate drive thru visit to this E. Peoria Culver's establishment. We ordered 4 chicken tender snack packs with bbq sauce, ranch dressing and a side of gravy. When we arrived home we realized none of the condiments had been given to us, which was surprising because we were the only ones at the drive thru at the time. I called the establishment to let them know of the inconvenience and the manager named Annie did not even apologize, for a customer service job she had no consideration or cared to help us at all. I will stick to the Peoria establishments from now on! read more

Great service and friendly staff. Enjoyed our dining experience yesterday during lunch. The food was as well prepared as you can expect from Culvers. Also, since we are from out of town, my youngest daughter was pleasantly surprised with the generous serving of the Oreo topping on her ice cream. They prepared her kid's ice cream the same way it's prepared at our local Culvers, with plenty of topping. read more

Went to Culver's for a nice family dinner tonight. Was surprised to see my son's (age 6) crispy chicken sandwich was missing the top bun. Surprised isn't the right word, more like disgusted and in utter shock. My little son (age 6) turned to me, tears rolling down his face, and said "What kind of sick human being leaves off the top bun of a sandwich on purpose?" I didn't know what to say to my son (age 6). It's your average culvers but in East Peoria. Most associates are very friendly however to say it nice the parking lot sucks.

Fast food, but a little better. Good selection and pretty prompt service. No complaints.

I took my 18 month grand daughter. I like that they bring the food out to you. I had the strawberry salad which was good. She had chicken strips and applesauce. They were great with all white meat. Her meal came with ice cream. It was nice of Natalie to go get the ice cream so I didn't have to carry my granddaughter up to the counter. I love Culver's in East Peoria and Ottawa Illinois read more
