I've always had great service here until yesterday. First of all the young man who waited on me and took my order was excellent. The problem came when picking up my order. I ordered a double turtle sundae along with our food and it didn't arrive with our to go order so I went to the counter. They gave me a single vanilla with only pecans. I told them it wasn't a turtle sundae or a double. A girl proceeded to take it and put chocolate syrup and Carmel on top of the melted mess. My husband and I go here quite a lot and this was our first issue. A little more training might be in order. read more

So this fast food chain is unfamiliar to me. I mean, I've heard about it, but I always thought it was a distant, far away chain, like White Castle or something. So we were hanging out in Dunedin one day and decided to stop by for a quick meal after catching the sun-sleepies on the beach that morning. The menu has a lot of great looking stuff on it, but we decided on burgers. Can't not get a burger during your first time at a burger joint. The burgers were actually very good. Like, Whataburger quality. Almost. The meat patties are very much the star of the show here, and if you get a double like I did, you will absolutely be full. The buns were nice and soft and strong. The toppings were plentiful. I recommend eating over your fries so all the toppings that all off your burger will land on top and give your fries some personality. I didn't have that problem. I upgraded my side to chili cheese fries, which was a great idea. They were very hardy and meaty and beany. So good. If you like chili cheese fries, get them. But, if you're interested, my girlfriend's cheese curds were no joke either. You get both yellow and white cheese that are so soft and ooey gooey, but not too melty. I was actually very impressed with them. For dessert we got one of the milkshake things with peanut butter cups and chocolate in it. I forget exactly which one it was because it was their daily recipe. I like that they have a new featured milkshake each day. That was nice. It was super chunky, like a Blizzard, so you absolutely can't use a straw. Overall, this was a solid choice for a fast food burger joint. Probably the best fast food burger I've had south of Tally/Jacksonville. I liked it and you should try it. read more

Culver's is trying to do the right thing during this pandemic. The drink station is blocked off. Masks are worn by all. Our trip for lunch had all kinds of goof ups. The order taker was easily confused by simple requests. A more experienced employee came to rescue her. Wife's burger came with cheese, even though she asked for no cheese. My salad came with no dressing even though I asked for Ranch. A nearby family waited and waited for their meals, only to find out their order had not been sent to the kitchen. They received coupons for the mess up. We love Culver's and will give them a pass for this trip. Everyone is always very nice. The food is very good. read more

Went through the drive thru here last night for dinner. My boyfriend ordered a double butter burger with cheese while I tried their new pretzel haus burger as a meal with their crinkle fries, and he got a mint Oreo shake while I had a Sierra Mist. Our total came to about $20, so a bit expensive for fast food but still tasty and filling. My pretzel haus burger was heavily loaded with sliced onions though, so next time I would ask for those to be left off since it overpowered the other flavors at times. But the burger, bacon, bun, & sauce was all tasty, so I might have just found a new favorite. They also gave us 3 ketchup packets which was more than enough for my fries; my boyfriend even used some for his burger. He really enjoyed his shake, but did say it was quite a strong mint flavor so keep that in mind when ordering it. Our food was pretty greasy, which I do expect for fast food and especially at Culver's. That being said, I'd like more than 3 napkins in the bag next time, especially when we ordered two burgers. That's no where near enough to take care of the grease that escapes the paper wraps. Thankfully we took our food straight home and had paper towels handy, but eating it on the go would've just been incredibly messy with so few napkins. read more

I don't normally review fast food joints, well because it's fast food and you get what you pay for. However Culver's is now in my top 5 fav fast food spots. The drive thru lady was kind and helpful being it was our first time there. The burgers are amazing, the pretzel bites are fabulous, and the onion rings are soo good and crunch. My favorite part was the strawberry shake. Something in my heart told me to try it even though I don't normally order strawberry and it was FIRE FLAMES. Real strawberry pieces too. 100/10 read more

How is that you can't even fill an order when your reading it infront of you? I picked up a curbside order and I know, of course it's my fault for not checking, I shouldn't have too! I would not have left this except that their phone sent me to voicemail and their mail box was full. again, what is so hard about answering your voice mail? Are all those customers not important? This location was flawless for a while but Im seeing small things changes. the lettuce was bitter and there was one sliver, not slice of onion. onion rings were greasy too. Decided to stop by this new Culver's on Gulf to Bay. For a change, I wanted my lunch to go, and went through the drive thru. I ordered and was given a number then asked to drive forward to wait for my chow. It was only about 4 minutes until I got my lunch. Once home, I unsacked my lunch and it looked great. (see pic) All of the food was hot and the onion rings and fries were crispy. I know that this is not a low-cal luncheon but every once in a while you need to treat yourself! I will definitely be stopping by this location for a quick fix of butter burgers, fries and great onion rings! read more

I like almost everything about Culver's. They have burgers like you would cook at home. The fries are nice and big. I like their sundaes. The people who work there are friendly. It takes a few minutes longer than some other place. I think that is because they cook the food after you order it. This is by far my favorite burger place. read more

Every time I am in Clearwater...I MUST go to Culver's. I experienced them 3 years ago by accident, meaning? I was SO hungry I didn't care where we went, I just needed food. Thank goodness we stopped here, or I would never know how good this place was. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door; "welcome to Culver's". The front of the house staff are friendly and waiting to take your order. The service is fast and hot. I am a normal butter burger and fries girl, but this time I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich...YUM! I always pair this with one of their amazing ices. I have had the strawberry lemonade, and the strawberry mango....HELLO...this is complete summer deliciousness! I love taking my grandchildren for many reasons, but Culver's has a great happy meal system. You buy 10 meals and get 1 free. The happy meal bags come with a coupon for that and a coupon for a free custard after your meal. win win! I am sorry to say that I forgot to take pictures this time...but I am here for 2 weeks, so I am sure I will be back, especially since we finally hit the 10 coupon mark...free happy meal here we come! The frozen custard is so good. I also like the cheese curds and the butterfly shrimp. The staff here are friendly.

This plays plays the worst music I need to change the repertoire as quickly as possible and get and more updated less annoying playlist. Since I'm a transplant from up North I'm a big Culver's fan. Frozen custard is awesome. Where else can you get it? Nowhere else but Culver's. I'm also of fan of their double burgers. This particular location was very busy on my visit. The manager was savvy enough to have a person attending to the dining area full time. It was clean and kept. The restrooms were also clean. We didn't have to wait to place our order. Our order came out in an appropriate amount of time and was correct. My burger was great. Its a chain restaurant, not much else to say. My second time at Culver's was a hit. Upscale fast food. This time I had the fried cod dinner, fried cheese curds and French fries as a side. Food came out quick and hot. Ended the meal with a chocolate Oreo cement, it was like a blizzard. 10/10 would go back. Known for their burgers but I don't eat red meat. Had a rueben and it was delicious. Of course we had their custard as well. I love Culver's for fast food. I love that they have something for anyone's tastes. I think they have great chili as well and their custard is probably my favorite compared to all the other fast food options available. For years I've purchased their kids meals and until recently, saw that the kids meals come with a free ice cream scoop. The coupon is on the kids bag. I am not sure what the hype is about. My burger was paper thin (even for a double patty). Tasted bland and lacked any seasoning.
