Ordered a fish sandwich at Culver's Chesterfield drive thru. The sign stated price was $6.99. At window to pay price was $8.28. When asked why the price was wrong the young man stated new price was $7.60. I stated the listed price was $6.99 on the sign. The manager (another teenager) said new price is $7.60. We left without the sandwich and don't be going back if their policy is to charge more than the prices listed on their sign. Either change the prices on your sign or charge what it states! read more

Culver's has come to Chesterfield valley! If you are looking for good quality fast food, friendly service, great variety at a decent price then this place is for you. I am always amazed at the people that work here and it makes me wonder "wtf is wrong with all the other places who hire rude, incompetent teenagers?" I got the answer, Culver's apparently hires all the good ones. Their employees are courteous, prompt and accurate which is refreshing to say the least. The food? This is what a smashburger should be, juicy and flavorful. I get the double deluxe with cheese which comes with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles but I hold the mayo. The prices are a little more than SnS but since you don't tip here, and if you stick to the value baskets, the price is comparable. The big difference is the portions and quality at Culver's are about 10x better. The fries are good too, crinkle cut style that are hot and crisp and my family loves the frozen custard. The vanilla is so good that my wife, who loves anything chocolate, would rather get the vanilla. My only complaint is the size of the place seems too small, and if you get there during the lunch or dinner rush be prepared to wait for a table or get it to go. read more

Never been here but probably not going back. Cashier was very quiet and shy. He answered my questions with short response and didn't give me a total or a receipt. Then went to find a seat and there were almost none available. All the tables were very dirty and barley any customers there. Just seemed that no one really cared about the restaurant. The food was fast and very good. I will give them that. Just ruined it for me with the filthiness and lack of customer interaction from the front. Hopefully your experience is better. read more

I'll be honest and admit that I need to come back here again and give them another chance. On this particular trip though, I stopped by after a movie with some friends for an ice cream. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their pumpkin mixtures, but I had the pecan fudge sundae and was not a fan. The ice cream was good, but the fudge was scarce and apparently I got the bottom of the pecan jar because my first bite was nothing but SALT. Gross. Ruined the ice cream for me.. to the point where I didn't even want to go get a new one. It was that bad. The interior itself is very nice, clean and well decorated. Friendly employees and they bring your order to you so that you don't stand around awkwardly waiting on your food. Ice cream alone, 2 stars. Overall dining, 4 stars = average 3 star. read more

Culver's is like one of my favorite places to go . . . and you have to get some kind of ice cream treat! Great double cheeseburgers and the crinkle fries are amazing! The basket deals are good, but you have to save room for some size of ice cream treat. I'm just saying!!! Enjoy! read more

We were hungry after coming in from a flight. Culver's hours say they are open until 10:00. We drove up to the drive thru at 9:48. First they asked for our order, and while we deciding, we were then told they were closed. It was super disappointing and we were given no explanation. I can accept that restaurants will make mistakes. The manager here was rude and blamed me for his mistake. Apparently, they forgot/missed my order at the drive thru. When customers behind me were getting their food, I caught him and asked about mine. He was very snippy and said, "Ma'am, I'm sure what you ordered takes longer to cook." I told him I ordered a single burger and fries. Still no food after 2 more minutes. It's been 12 minutes. I went inside, waited another minute and asked for my money back. He quickly went to the food window and threw my food in a bag. What the heck? Blaming the customer for your error? Will not go back to this Culver's. Rude management! read more

We usually go to the Culver's in south county or Fenton and they are always excellent. However, we tried the Chesterfield, MO location today and we were disappointed. The place had numerous dirty tables, trash on the floor in a few areas, burgers were extra thick and not sufficiently cooked(we ordered EXTRA well done), fries ordered Extra crispy but cooked normal. Not sure who owns and/or manages this Culver's but it's not up to par with the others. Icing on the cake, the sheet of coupons they're handing out when they give you your food are all expired! read more

The food was very good as expected but the 5 star rating is for the store manager. We were in a large tour bus and the manager saw that the driver was having some trouble getting around cars in the very busy parking lot. He came out and guided him to a place to park. I frequent this culvers anytime I road trip back home. For me that's an 8 hr commute & what better way to start the long trip than w/ some greasy food! It's on the outskirts of town & probably your last decent fast food stop for many, many miles. While I don't eat fast food often, I actually enjoy culvers butterburgers w/ an order of cheesecurds & a vanilla concrete. I've only done the drive-thru at this particular location (it's a race to get out of town) & in the half dozen times I've come through, they have yet to mess up my order. On April 23, I pulled into the line of two cars at approximately 9:57pm. I waited my turn at the speaker box after the earlier cars had placed their orders. The teen pin head who took my order addressed me by stating "It is 10:00 and we are now closed". Customer service like that can be likened to AT&T/SBC customer service: it is an oxymoron. Let me preface this by saying that normally I do enjoy Culver's. The cheese curds in particular are a guilty pleasure of mine. However, the service at this location is unacceptable. I went thru the drive through tonight for a Mushroom and Swiss burger and some cheese curds. I waited with my car idling by the window for nearly 20 minutes (no exaggeration; I watched the clock as I grew steadily more annoyed) while the staff flashed me weird looks. Finally Someone came up to the window and asked me, "Sir, were you waiting for something?" "Uh, yes. The food I ordered 20 minutes ago." They have the sweetest guy working the drive through there. I couldn't find my kids coupons and he gave us the ice cream anyways. We were passing through driving from FL to MN and I had just mentioned to my husband how rude everyone is in St Louis, and then we get this sweet guy, who not only give us the ice cream, but tells us about the bad weather moving in, tells us to have a safe trip, and didn't get annoyed at all that I was holding up the drive through looking for my coupons. I come to this Culver's a couple of times per month since I work next door and its a short walk; I've never had especially good or bad service, but was always satisfied. However, while doing some shopping on 12/20/14, I remembered this flier hanging at my office that stated Culver's (of Chesterfield) was offering $1 Butter Burgers on 12/20 and 12/21 between 2-6pm both days. I looked at my phone and it was almost 2pm straight up so I decided to go to Culvers. The manager, Bruno, took my order when the person on my register left for the end of her shift. When I asked if the $1 Butter Burger deal was going on, he explained it was only with a coupon, and the owners were sticklers for getting the coupon when they offer a deal; if I wanted to go back and get the coupon, he would honor it, but without that, there was nothing he could do. I explained it was a flier and there was no coupon on it, but he insisted there was and he needed it to give me the special. I didn't go and get the coupon, I just left. At my office party today, I noticed the flier still hanging there, and there was no coupon, just an advertisement. Well, clearly it was a false advertisement. read more

This it's easily the best Culvers around. They are always nice and attentive when you arrive and throughout you stay. The food is always fresh and made correctly to your order. The custard is fantastic avg kids get a free scoop with their meal. This place is great for a burger but they also have other options that won't disappoint. read more
