Went with the classic Butter Burger w/ a side of onion rings. Perfect meal after a long road trip.

I love Culver's. I do. The past 6 times I have gone the order has been messed up. For fast food, it's not cheap. We pay for service and to get the correct order. Tonight was the last straw. I got 5 meals which is about $55... almost everyone something was messed up or missing. Didn't relive it until I got home. If I lived closer I would've gone back. But I don't. I'm just extremely disappointed in the service. read more

I love Culver's food but they never seem to get my order quite right. Yesterday, I didn't get any sauces for my cheese curds or my cod filet. Today, they gave me a cod sandwich instead of the filet (but I did get sauce). Very frustrating! read more

Stopped in at Culver's on our roadtrip on the way to PHX. We had butter burgers, fries, cheese curds, and topped off with some custard for dessert. The burgers were fresh and tasty. I had a double that came with lettuce, tomato and onion - I enjoyed it. Their fries are good crinkle fries and the cheese curds were little balls of fried cheesy deliciousness. The custard desserts were good too and they come in variations with mix-ins kind of like a DQ blizzard. Overall it was a good meal, with good service in a clean restaurant. I've lost count of how many concrete mixers I've gotten here. The custard is so delicious and they know how to load them full of Reece's or whatever mix-in you prefer. Burgers are fantastic as well when your craving comfort food. read more

The food is good, the ice cream is good but the wait is insane. I don't want to wait more than 5 minutes for my food and we waited for 25. I'm sure some of this is due to Covid-19 but as long as the drive thru is full, we keep driving. read more

This is a well-run, but very busy restaurant. I go here periodically to either and get lunch with my family or more often for ice cream runs in the evening. If you go through the drive-thru you generally have to wait for them to bring your food out to you comma but the food is always tasty. read more

I think this a great option for a small community! They have a great variety of food! And the best French fries and ice cream! We get the kids meal a lot which includes a scoop of ice cream for now or later which I love! read more

I went through the drive through with coupons and had a conversation with the cashier about if I could use them and she said yes. She told me I had to wait for one of my items on the side of the store and when I finally got my receipt it said that the coupons weren't placed on the order. I asked them what could be done about this and they said they couldn't do anything. Also, I ordered my sandwich plain and got it with everything. Burgers and custards are great and did I mention she sell fried cheese curd balls . It man... they are SUPER EXPensive. I don't recommend taking you kids. It will cost a small fortune. I have had burgers, fries, etc. a number of times. Wife and I were bit rushed the other night and I was craving fish. I was very skeptical about the Culver's fish and chips and decided I would try it. Well, much to my surprise, OMG the cod was fantastic! It ranks among the best battered cod I have had anywhere! This place is part of a chain based in Wisconsin, aka Swissconsin. As in swiss cheese. This is a wonderful place provided you are not lactose intolerant. Not for anyone on a diet, definitely a place if you want to go all out and splurge on calories, dairy, beef, fried foods, sugar, wheat gluten, etc. You get the idea. My brother eats at another Culver's location often for lunch and now I know where the weight gain is from. As always, exercise regularly and try to moderate when eating. Oh, and the staff are really wonderful and very attentive to the diner's needs. read more

Today my green beans were somewhat cold, and my Reuben sandwich looked like they pulled some sliced corned beef out of a grocery store bought meat package. I love Culver's butter burgers. This location has awesome food. Every time I've been here (which is about 5 times) the food is fresh. It doesn't have that old taste to the fries. I would have given them a full 5 stars but I only gave 3 and here is why. Customer service is just as important as having great food. This location is lacking very badly in this department. Every time I've been here the staff gives me attitude. They cut me off when I'm trying to order. When I pay there is no smiles or hellos. They pretty much throw my drinks at me and tell me to pull up. The most recent visit I had may be my last as the women at the window was very rude because I had asked for extra candy in my ice cream while I was ordering. She didn't put it in the ice cream when I got to the window so I asked her to please add it. She had a very annoyed look on her face then grabbed it and yelled at a women behind her to add more and shoved it at her. She was mumbling things under her breath the whole time. She then left and had the young women finish giving me my drinks. Hopefully the staff can do a better job at having a good attitude while working with the public. read more

I like their burgers & cheese curds but I always have to pull forward and wait for my order. They have also messed up my order the last 2 times I have been there. We never order their fries but for some reason they want to put fries in my bag instead of curds so I have to park and run back in. The receipt clearly said curbs, oops. I have to say, this is the saltiest Culver's I have ever tried. I lived in Wisconsin for 3.5 years, and it is not supposed to have extra salt on the meat after being fried in butter. Nice place and good food but some staff members are unable to process a simple ice cream order correctly. I made my selection, paid, was given a sign with a number, and took a seat to continue reading while I waited. When I paused to realize I still did not have my cup of ice cream, I checked my receipt and realized that 21 minutes had gone by--the place was not at all crowded. I went back to the cashier who could not help me, but the manager quickly realized that the cashier had entered the incorrect "destination number" from the little sign that was given to me, so the server could not find me. How hard is it for the cashier to enter a two-digit number correctly? How hard is it for the servers to realize that there is exactly ONE person sitting and waiting for an order for 20 minutes in a dining area that had only FOUR tables with customers? The manager was very nice and apologetic and offered to have a new order prepared, but I was not interested in waiting any longer, so she refunded my money and apologized again. read more

Very nice dining experience.An upper class fast food restaurant known for their fine Midwestern beef butter burgers and freshly made daily frozen custard and malt.They have a fine menu to choose from that's fairly similar to most fast food restaurants.Although what sets them apart from most fast food restaurants is that the food is freshly made to order.The staff is very friendly and takes real good care of you.The prices are a bit higher than most fast food restaurants although the price is well worth it.Overall the restaurant is normally kept very clean and tidy and offers a casual and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your meal at.I would highly recommend it if you or a few friends are looking for a nice cool sweet treat or a fine burger! read more

This was maybe my second time coming in a long time to a Culvers spot and the guy in the drive thru was very patient when I was ordering. I ordered the Swiss Butterburger. The food was awesome !
