We used to come here about 18 years ago with our oldest girls. It is nestled in the corner of the shopping center. We had a Cotton Candy with sprinkles, Strawberry with strawberries and sprinkles, and a Cheese Cake with Strawberries. It was yummy and my girls were happy. They could really use a deep cleaning where they set their display cones and some new ice cream trays as theirs are pretty beat up. Maybe even line up the ice cream under the correct flavor names. Just a little pride of owndership. I am sure the items that needed to be clean are just presentation and cleanliness around the station. The girl working today was masked and friendly. I don't mean to be negative, I would just like to see these special places continue to thrive. We have good memories here. read more

Ordered 3 ice creams last night on Uber Eats for my husbands birthday dessert. Honestly it was the weirdest tasting/consistency of ice cream we have ever had. We took one bite and all 3 ended up in the trash. It was super thick and goopy almost like eating cold glue. No creaminess to any of them and the 3 we ordered were different base flavors vanilla, chocolate and strawberry and all had the same mouth feel that was unsatisfying. What makes it worse is we ordered on uber so paid even more for nastiness that ended up in the trash. $40 down the drain read more

The workers seemed to be in a terrible mood because they were not friendly or welcoming, trying to rush us and get our orders out as fast as possible. I had ordered the Dubai chocolate ice cream for it to only come with a tiny bit of the pistachio on top. read more

shitty experience, my girl wanted to try cold stone for the first time, we went into the store 30 minutes before they closed and they acted like we came in a minute before they did, shitty customer service from a curly head guy, btw they chose to be there lmfao and this is suppose to be somewhere where you expect to get good customer service, first time i'm leaving a review somewhere i'm never this pissed, that's how bad this place is loll, icecream was made rushed and tasted a$$ read more

I'm sure everyone would say the same thing but with all the hype around dubai chocolate I thought the experience would of been better. The staff were unpleasant even with no business. One door was even broken. But most importantly, I paid for the largest size of ice cream and am unsatisfied. There were less than a quarter size of my topping. read more

My husband & I ordered via Uber for pick up as a treat for ourselves on today on our warm day. Our order was ready when we came & when we got home I noticed my order for 1 of our ice cream's was which was the Reese's peanut butter awesome sauce lacked the 2 main ingredients; which was Reese peanut cups & Reese creamy peanut butter in my ice cream ( it was mostly all sweet cream ice cream & none of the items inside). My ice cream was barely mixed up at & I am highly disappointed especially since I paid over $10. This maybe my last time coming to this location read more

I visit this location on 2 separate occasions, neither times did we receive great service. Due to issues with our bill. The first time I did not receive my money back from the guy after handing him a twenty. The next time was 3/13/26 the guy rung up my granddaughter twice. Do not plan to return there! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - YUM. Forever my favorite ice cream place - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Goodyear, Arizona

Great service and ice cream but store looks horrible. Frequent customer and store has been torn up for over 6 months with no progress. No place to sit inside makes it very inconvenient to enjoy your ice cream. Workers have no idea when construction will be done. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Firstly, I'd like to say, this is a "creamery". A creamery is a place dealing with cream. The place is existing for ice cream and also shakes. However, this very place seems to hire kids with a "BurgerKing mentality", in which, when you ask for a shake, they see it fit to explain that they cannot make shakes, either due to the machine being broken, cleaned or, believe it or not, they're out of milk. Hiring people that just do not care is running this business into the ground. I never returned. I will not do so in the future. It's more expensive than anywhere else anyway. Other places do shakes that are just as good, if not, better. Also, the atmosphere sucks. Not recommend at all. Ps, I gave it a second shot, making sure by asking if they could make shakes before even reaching the counter (already a bad sign ey?) They made me a shake but didn't have straws. They sniggered. Luckily a mom or two had some in her car and she gave me some. "I always come prepared!" read more

Service was great. Girls behind the counter were very friendly and helpful . Only downside was there were no chairs outside, so unable to sit at tables and enjoy ice cream read more

They don't always have some of the things we ordered online so we're changing things when we get there. But always love the brownies and ice cream! So delicious read more

The ice cream is delicious. The seating area is small dirty and the chairs are inexcusably in bad repair. Light fixtures, vents and fans all disgusting. And dot think about using the bathroom s. Gross gross gross! So if you're looking for take out this is the place. read more

Awful! They close at 1100pm on Saturday nights, so they say. We showed up just shy of 11 (5mins) hoping to make it and they locked the doors. I knocked and the two workers wouldn't even look up to acknowledge the us. If you close before 11, change your signs on the glass and online! Absolutely crap! Previous two visits a month and two ago, the workers make you feel like your orders are an inconvenience! If that's the case, get a new job! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'll give it at least 6 months before I go back to see if management makes changes with the multiple visits being a horrible experience. read more

To the young man working July 13, 2020 around 9pm. I'm sorry if you've had a bad day but that's no excuse for you to treat my husband and I so badly with your customer service. Also, I get that we all need to wear a mask in the establishment making it difficult to hear each other. However, this young man was rushing(we were the only ones there) and dropped the ice cream that he scooped up right before mixing the ingredients. Karma must have wanted you to slow down and be nice. But instead continued to rush my husband to order. My husband asked for his ice cream to be in a cone. This young man only gave us the option of picking from the waffle cups. Even though we told him that's not what we wanted he continued to argue with us. We gave up and we were not satisfied with our order. His customer service made my husband's first visit, his last. read more

My first time purchasing from Cold Stone in Goodyear and ordered 2 "like It Size" ice creams sundaes. Wow, what a joke of a size. It was a size fit for a little child and it cost $25.00 and the extra side toppings was a joke. So for that price at Cold Stone and a larger size, I should have gone to Brusters Ice Cream because Cold Stone is a rip off. read more

Over priced and no taste. With tax it was over $50 for an ice cream cake! It was mostly just a plain cake with very little ice cream. The cake was not moist. The only part of the caked with a nice taste was the very top. read more

F- for this Cold Stone. They messed up our order by giving us 2 different sizes, ice cream was melted and they asked if we still wanted it, they charged us for 5 when we only asked for 4 and it took awhile to fix it, the two girls were really rude to us.. I don't know both of their names because they wouldn't tell us(receipt says Chelsea R).. I asked for 1 of them to be comped and they wouldn't do this. read more

Went to this location with my family and was refused service. The website says they close at 10pm but they refused to serve us 15 minutes prior to close because they started cleaning. Sure this location is good if you happen to just walk in for some ice cream, but both times I've ordered a birthday cake (same time of the year both times, as a matter of fact) their truck has been *delayed* and they're either out of frosting or chocolate cake. Why advertise custom cakes when you're always out of ingredients to make a custom cake. I ordered the cake a few days ahead of time and they cancel my order and send some half hearted voicemail a day before I'm supposed to pick the cake up. I won't be ordering or giving this location my business again. read more

Waited forever, ok that's fine. When got to counter they were out of many flavors so I chose vanilla (which had no flavor). Wish I'd taken a picture, very disappointed, paid $6.29. read more

This location is tucked away near the corner of litchfield and indian school. If you don't have GPS you may get lost trying to find it but, once you do you're in a good spot. I've come here more times than I have ever checked in because I'm always sucked in by the welcoming ladies and gents that work at this location. Their energy is always great and they know what they're doing. Is it a smaller creamery but, the flow and ebb of the place is rather great so it never gets or feels too crowded. They offer everything any other cold stone offers as well as a military discount. The one thing i did notice recently is the water faucets are not in working order. I'm certain they'll get it fixed in a timely fashion. read more

So sad. Coldstone used to be clean, friendly and inviting. Today it was dirty, dark and not inviting. Banana ice cream had ZERO flavor, frozen not even close to fresh strawberries. Won't go back read more

It's AWESOME that they have curbside pick up and delivery. This location has hand sanitizer out for customers and I haven't seen that anywhere else. The two young lady's and young man that was working tonight were so patient with me, they could not give samples but still did their best to help me decide which flavor! Also I added a pic down below because I saw about 5 people pick out cakes before I ordered and one of the employees replaced the cake every time! Must be a bad day but I'm right here Saturday night at cold stone, with two young girls at the register laughing at a long line of customers 18 to be exact. For some reason they seem to think it's funny not helping and taking their time .... moving very slow while they both laugh at customers. Disturbing because I've been coming here for years on my way home to pick up my husband's favorite ice cream and never had a problem in fact never seen a line like today, usually staff is very friendly, do your self a favor ...stay clear until these rude employees are gone. they seem to laugh every time customers walk out the door angry and in discuss of their obvious behavior. It's unfortunate, we are military and this has always been a very military friendly place we love meeting up here with friends from Luke Air Force base... sad it's taken a turn for the worse. read more

It's been a while but it's still good. If you like ice cream (and who doesnt) and you are not afraid of the calories. Then Cold Stone Creamy is the place for you. Coldstone has good Ice cream and you get to create your own custom ice-cream creation. As we entered the store we were greeted with a loud "Hello". There was a bit of a long line however, the folks at Coldstone kept the line moving. As we waited in line, it was obvious that the staff at Cold Stone enjoyed working there and working with each other. When it was our turn we were served and given suggestions by the staff. Its been a while since I last visited coldstone but it was still as good as i remembered. Coldstone has awesome service, lots of choices of icecream, so if your in the area give it a try read more
