"Curdside" parking spot
Maddie O.

Good food; typical quality you'd expect from any Culver's. But it was dragged down by a poor curbside experience. I'd submitted an online order at 8:23pm and received an estimated ready time of 8:29pm. Made my way over and got to the restaurant at about 8:40pm. I parked in the "curdside" parking (which was hard to find) and clicked on the "I'm here" button in the confirmation email. Then I soon also replied "here" to the confirmation text to make sure they got my message either way. But I got no response to let me know they received my message. I waited in my car and noticed car after car go through the drive thru and receive their orders while I continued to wait. When no other cars were left in the drive thru after 12 minutes of waiting, I decided to walk in. It seems like they were about to give me my order, but I managed to catch the person in time and let them know it was for me. Luckily, before I left I noticed there was no drink despite ordering one. The worker tried to dispute it at first until I pointed out the "Sprite" on the receipt. Then I was given a cup to go fill. So yeah, I'd say probably don't bother ordering online since it seems like they'll prioritize all their other customers first instead of having the order ready in time for their estimated pickup.

This Culver's location doesn't help the stereotype that most establishments in Brooklyn Center don't care, let alone prioritize, customer experience and/or product quality. I waited almost 20 minutes on the side of the building waiting for my food - to then see two cars behind me get their food before me. I finally received my food and the kid working tells me they messed up my order and hands me that wrong bag. Once I finally got my burger it had stale onions, an over cooked patty and it was room temperature. Honestly so disappointing considering a meal at Culver's pretty much amounts to $10+

They made the wrong order I sat there and waited for 35 minutes asked five different people to fix it every single time they went in the back came back with nothing asked for the manager they went over there to tell the manager and he didn't do anything. I left without my order or my money back. What am I supposed to do crawl over the counter and make it myself or get myself some change because clearly your employees don't give a fuck about their customers after I got disrspected till I walked out your employees messed up my order and ignored me over and over Keep in mind the manager was the one who handed me the wrong order in the first place I told him right there that that wasn't what I wanted and he set it down and walked away not caring so basically saying you're going to take what I made otherwise you're not gonna get anything at all and that's what happened

The fast and friendly service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness far surpass anything with a drive-thru.

I didn't know what to expect and I originally thought that the dessert I wanted to try was a doughnut. It was not - more of a harder pastry. It is filled with two scoops of ice cream - priced at about $14. Personally, I think it's a little overpriced for what you get. The pastry itself was cruncher than I thought and it tasted a little burnt - and for that price I would hope for more than two small scoops of ice cream. When my friend and I went in, we were the only customers - around 9 o'clock when they close at 10. The employee was friendly enough and confirmed the dessert we were interested in was definitely not a donut. We were really confused when we place our orders and he went to the janitor closet/room in the back for about 10 minutes and came out with the pastry and then put it in a small oven or some sort. We noticed he was wearing gloves but he was using his phone which really defeats the purpose of using gloves. I'd feel more confident that our food wasn't being contaminated if fresh gloves were being used. I'm sure it could be some people's go to, but I think it's just not my type of dessert - although, I did enjoy the ice cream.

I tried several items here - Pistachio Chimney Cake, lotus biscoff kanafeh, pistachio crepe, and waffle with fruit and chocolate sauce. We also had a small baklava bite and Turkish coffee. All the desserts were so delicious, creamy, and sweet ! The ice cream in the Chimney Cake had great flavor too. My favorite items were the chimney cake crepe, and baklava. The Turkish coffee was very strong for my taste but I'm usually not a fan of black coffee overall. I think next time I'll have to try the iced lattes. Service was good - the staff member gave some suggestions and gave me a heads up of how long some items would take. I liked that we got a warning since the crepe took about 20 mins but it was sooo worth the wait. The napkins are small and utensils are kind of flimsy so they are hard to use to cut more dense items like the waffle or chimney cake, but they worked to cut the crepe. I would bring some Wet Ones / larger napkins since there isn't a sink available for customer use and eating the desserts can get a bit messy.

What a darling breakfast spot in downtown Robbinsdale! This is CLEARLY a local favorite for many…read more We were in the area and wanted a quick breakfast, so stopped in. Note: this is inside Wicked Wort brewery now! It's a HUGE space, which is honestly nice because there's always seating available. Great use of shared space. Has an industrial feel to it with the exposed ceiling and dark wood elements. Service was great and helpful! Very friendly, neighborhood vibes. The barista knew most of the people ordering after us by name AND order - you can tell a lot of people come here often. Quite a large retired and elderly population came here for breakfast on the day we visited. Prices are very affordable for breakfast! We got a burrito and burrito bowl for $8-9 each. You can't get hardly anything for under $10 these days! Latte prices were more standard, but we got specialty items. These weren't our faves: the vanilla bean latte was quite sweet, and my peppermint matcha didn't taste much of peppermint (and I'm not sure they're using very good quality matcha). But our breakfast more than made up for it! Food was out quickly, and the rest of their lunch menu (and ice cream) looked great too.

I was hungry so I decided to get the burrito bowl with sausage, and an oatmilk latte again. So good! Oh, and the price again, is a steal, for just $14.00. On the way out, I wanted to get dessert and got the cookies for 2 for $1 and a black drip coffee to go! Yummy! I LOVE this place!
