Also another sign of a good place is when I go to the bathroom and the toilet paper is out and I make it a point to tell the people and they thank me and fix it right away. Out of sheer frustration, I drove out here ( not far at all, to this well reviewed Taco Bell VERY good. ( see photos). My smothered burrito was very warm ( she held up the order until I was finished discussing menu/ ordering . ( she was very detailed in describing the menu. Positive friendly ). Tortilla was very very soft fresh. PLENTY of steak inside. Correctly made with cheese etc EVENLY distributed through the whole huge burrito. Very good flavor. Not bland Lots of sour cream on top. ( I put hot sauces on mine before photo ) The chalupa was also very very well made with the correct balance of ingredients. Again not just tossed haphazardly together like all other Taco Bells Place is spotless odor free no at key floors. Bathroom jncluded Staff are close laugh together. A " team" . The staff walked away while I was telling them my concern, then gathered up pointing and laughing in my direction. The Brooklyn Center, MN location should be avoided at all cost. I went to Taco Bell to sober up. So let's be real. Anything tasted good and it's Taco Bell. I love my Doritos locos tacos but I've recently encouraged myself to try new things. My friend has told me about their dollar menu so I'm slowing trying all the new options! So I tried the cheese and bean and rice dollar menu burrito and it was solid for a dollar. Basically warm tortilla with their liquid cheese and refried beans with some random weird textures rice. (Think microwaved Minute rice). It did its job and wasn't bad for the price. Ordered two Crunchwrap supremes and two cheesy Gordita crunches. They forgot one of the cheesy Gordita crunches (thankfully I checked the bag before I left). All four items that I ordered were essentially tortilla with dang near nothing in between. I was pretty angry with the first three items I ate and decided to take a pic of the last item. Unfortunately, as far as proof, this was probably the most filled item I had. I've been to Taco Bell 500+ times in my life, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. I will say I've been to this location about 15 times and never had any serious problems. I guess over time I'd give them 3.5 stars, staff is nice. I want to preface this by saying this is the first time I've had issues with this Taco Bell, usually it's great. But this incident soured me so bad I will most likely never come back. I've done the survey on the receipt and I plan to escalate to the district manager of store 003378. On 11/8 at 6:32 I ordered from this Taco Bell (Store 003378), got home and was found that I was given the wrong order. I called in immediately where the employee "said" he would my name and number, and to come in the next day and my order would be replaced, free of charge-$12.43. I came in 11/9 at 12:30pm the next day and the shift manager "Jen" told me she had no record of my name and even though I had my previous receipt and ID as verification, that she could only give me $5 off my meal. When I said that would not be acceptable as that's not what was promised, she basically called me a liar stating that "if my order was truly wrong that I should've came back to the store that night" (I could not) and "if they gave everyone with an old receipt free food their store would be out of business). Her extremely callous, rude, patronizing attitude towards the whole situation was embarrassing in a restaurant full of patrons. I ended up just paying cash for the same meal I ordered the night before, which they then charged me almost $2 more for. I have just purchased a home in this area and I want to support my local businesses. But if this is how management acts for a simple $12 order replacement I will not be back. Went through the drive-through and had the worst customer service experience. I cancelling my order after being disrespected by not one employee but two in drive-through. YES TWO as they both talked over themselves on their intercom. Where is the manager? I cancelled my order then called to speak to a manager. I came here for a quick and easy dinner before going to a movie last Thursday. It was pretty busy inside, busier than my usual Taco Bell experiences. I very quickly found out why. James the manager. James the manager was talking to each and every customer like they were his best friend. Making jokes, being friendly, making suggestions, and was full of energy. We ordered our food and he was quick to ring us up and give us our number. We got our food and sat down. I noticed how my Cool Ranch Doritos Locos tacos looked way better than normal, packed full of ingredients, and looked so fresh. I found out that one of my tacos wasn't a supreme so I had to bring it up and change it out for the right taco. He had us keep that incorrect taco instead of taking it and throwing it out. Of course I'll take a free taco! Then apologized profusely and gave me a free caramel apple empanada for the inconvenience. That was just too kind and I appreciated it so much. If I lived closer to Brooklyn Center, I'd definitely go back there often just because of my experience with James. It also helped that the food looked better, bigger, and fresher than usual too. Was just in drive thru on my way to work. They hand me a freeze overflowing so I give it back and the guy just hands me napkins and hands me the drink back. Yesterday we went to Taco Bell for a quick dinner. The parking lot look like there'd been some kind of riot! Almost every table was dirty, and the workers were just standing around behind the counter. When my husband said to the cashier how tacky the parking lot locked - he told the manager, a garbage bag was carried out to the parking lot, and nothing happened. Our family ordered a grande meal and some of the chicken quesadillas. Soft shell tacos were all soggy! The paper wrapper broke off and stuck to the soggy tortilla. Slimy lettuce and was just thrown all together, very sloppy! The chicken quesadillas was edible but not much to look at. Total came to $17.19 so I gave her $20.19. The lady at the drive they tried to keep my $3 change and ignored me when attempted to get her attention until was time to hand out the food. Only provided 4 bags of sauce for all the items received. Don't recommend and worth traveling to Fridley or to Brooklyn Park. read more

This one is best for late night, on-the-go, drive thru, or all of the above. As long as you stay within that realm of things, you should be fine. Their drive thru runs quick and smooth. That's pretty good for a place that doesn't have much staff when they do. They manage to do well with the limited means they have. I'm impressed with that because I've run into quite a few situations in places when staff was limited, and they weren't able to work it like they ought to. The food is great. They give it to me within a reasonable amount of time so I can be back on the highway quickly so I can get back home. If I based this business on any other time of the day, I wouldn't be giving it a 4 star review. I'd be more than likely to give it a 3, maybe 2-ish. It's mostly run by people who don't care much about their jobs but only do it well because they're told to, not because they want to. Don't get me wrong. Not everybody is like that, but it's enough people that anytime before late night is affected by this train of thought in their minds. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Service was terrible and the store looked like a pig sty. The drink dispenser looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months....sticky gross. Every employee was rude or had quick one word answers. Food looked like it had been thrown around and hardly any meat from the usual portion you get from TB. We asked for sour cream on the side, so they instead had our food covered in it. You literally couldn't take a bite without it pouring out all over the place. We had to argue with the cashier to get this corrected, despite acknowledging this when we were ordering. I don't care about getting a free meal, but we didn't even get a sorry for the mixup. I'm extremely disgusted at 9:02 pm 7/12/17 I went to this location to order food for my family via drive thru. I received the bag and proceeded to check my bag to male sure all my food was there. I discovered that one of my beef burrito supreme was missing. I informed Chanaya D (the name on my receipt) that I was missing an item. She rolled her eyes and started talking to another girl(her co-worker). I then stated there is no need to argue take the bag and verify for yourself. She (Chanaya) snatched the bag and slam the drive thru window. I see her and the other girl talking and open my bag. I see them placed something in the bag. She balls the top of the bag and hand it to me stating here is your missing item. I started to pull off but stopped to check my bag again. These two idiots decided to think it would be smart to ball up napkins and pretend it was my missing burrito. I immediately parked my car and went inside. When the girl from the drive thru realized I came in she stayed hidden and the other girl she was talking too didn't bother to come up front either. I wished i had the option on here to post the picture of that display they tried to past off. This is who you hired to serve customers. This is unacceptable and I am disgusted. Nothing but rude and unhappy people working. Drive was full so was unable to place my order right away due to not being at the order screen, women on drive was getting mad I wasn't order. By the time I got to the screen and said hello I get a "what do you want" from the order taker. Order a meal with a freeze before I can finish I get cut off and told it's not working. Ok I ask for a bottle water, to be told we don't have any. So I tell her it's ok I would rather go with out a drink. Get to the window and the freeze machine is clearly on, and looks to be in working condition, however I work in food as well and understand looks can be deceiving. Women try's to hand me a glass of water (which I didn't want) and I tell her no thank you if you don't have bottled water I'd rather go without. I come to this Taco Bell all the time as it is close to my home and time and time again they disappoint me. There seems to always be an issue on days I decide to drop by here. Twice I stopped by here the fryer was down. Several other times the credit card reader was down. They even gave me the wrong item once. Well today I decided to stop by here again and as expected I had to wait again at the speaker. I finished my order, pulled up and paid and then the cashier told me "all your items are in the boxes." From time to time I'll check it to see if anything was missing but this time the cashier reassured me everything was in the box and so I drove off without doubting her. Well what do you know, I arrived at home, checked the boxes and of course I was missing my cinnabons. Surely everything was in the boxes.
