This Culver's was very clean and the service was great! They added where you can order from your table which we did and so simple to do. As a vegan there isn't much options except for the fries which were hot and crispy. Definitely a great option for something fast and hot! read more

Custard is excellent! Deluxe hamburgers are very good. Chicken strips are too processed to eat again. Shrimp are large, but have too much breading. I love their custard, but their food overall is average at best. read more

Worst service we've had at a Culver's. Waited at the drive thru for several minutes and started driving away before someone popped up on the intercom to take our order. Drive thru attendant was extremely rude, and probably needs several hugs. But, I definitely wouldn't hug him. He had a horrible attitude. While I understand working in the service industry during a global pandemic sucks, treating people with a little kindness goes a long way. Definitely not what we expected based on any Culver's we've visited in the past. it's not very bussin me personally... last time i ate it, it went down the wrong way. i started choking and i couldn't breathe i ran inside and asked for help but nobody would because they didn't know the Heimlich, like still try and help i'm about to die over here, anyways there food made me throw up after that and made me shit myself while driving back home.. i got home and i could just smell the stench coming..from..my...butt. it burned a hole through my floor and landed on my sisters head it was so steamy and wet and running i will never eat there again. read more

I've been to many Culver's locations and I'd say this one was pretty average BUT they DO offer a SPAMburger if you're ever in the area! I'm still giving another above average though because this location was just average compared to other ones I've visited. I'd say above average for comparing to other fast-food places and Culver's restaurants are generally clean. :) read more

Visited this establishment on a Saturday around noon. 7-8 cars were lined up at the drive thru. Another 6 cars were lined up waiting for food that they had already ordered but wasn't ready when they arrived at the drive thru window. So we decided to go inside. Big mistake. All the registers were manned and each register had at least 6 people in line waiting to order... So we went to Perkins which was right down the road. Went through the drive up to grab an order to take home. Ordered a small flavor of the day to go along with sandwich and pop. Handed me my pop and tried to hand me my frozen custard order. I told her it would melt could they keep it cold while I waited for sandwich order. She gave me a look but kept it. When they brought sandwich out and gave me the frozen custard you could tell it sat out on counter the entire time as it was half melted. I knew pork tenderloin takes awhile and that is why I requested they keep it in frozen state for me. If I knew they weren't going to I would have taken it. By the time I got home I had to throw it away. It would have made the trip home if they'd done as I asked. Don't think I'll be back to this one. I love Culver's! We don't have them in Maryland so we stop when traveling to get a taste of the buttery goodness that drips from their butter burgers. And the fabulous cheese curds. Don't know what they are but they seem to be balls of cheese fried in a batter. Yummy!!! But the best part of Culver's is the people! Best business model I have seen: hire the friendliest, most clean cut and customer service oriented people you can find. You cannot find friendlier fast food service anywhere. They smile, they are concerned about you and your food happiness, and they make you feel welcomed and wanted in their restaurant. Never a bad experience at such a friendly place. We were told by the woman at the museum's front desk that this is the only Culver's that offers SPAM burgers/sandwiches. They're not advertised, so you have to ask for them. They offer a SPAMburger (cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and pickle), SPAM BLT, SPAM and Swiss, and SPAM Melt. We got the classic SPAMburger, and it hit the spot! read more

This was my first experience at Culver's and I must say, I'm a fan. You order your food like a typical fast food but it gets hand-delivered to you, whether you are a dine-in guest or take-out customer. I had the double culver's cburger; piping hot upon arrival and v good. In my pantheon of fast food, this is probably on wendys level, still below fuddruckers though. (and above shake shack btw) We also had the 'cheese curds' which is basically mini mozarella sticks. All in all, good experience. A must have read more

My wife craves Culvers when we visit the midwest. Raves about it. Of course every time the family goes, I wind up not being around. But I've had their cheese curds (from another location) and they were pretty good. But never really sat down and ate their food. But one day, I decided lets just try it, and my son, having had good food from Culver's before was elated for the cheese curds. Austin Culver's! WTF are you doing? Plopping a seemingly partially predigested green mass and calling it greenbeans did not look appetizing and giving my son rock hard cheese curds you seemed to collect from the ground or fight with the birds for didn't help. Holy cow! As a gift for my wedding, the owner is ordering in a soup they don't normally order for me to purchase the week of! Its my absolute favorite soup and I've never imagined somebody would go so far above and beyond at a culvers! read more
