Update- we finally received a response from the owners, who cited an emergency with one of the crews and stated that, while they were still trying to catch up from yesterday, today's conditions would prevent them from servicing us today and for "the rest of the season." To summarize- we signed a seasonal contract with them, they not only didn't show up but also didn't communicate anything about an emergency or change in plans that would allow us to make other arrangements, then canceled our service. Terrible customer experience.

The large washers are around $7.25 per load, and the small ones were around $3.25. Dryers are only $1.00 (if you wash your clothes there), but unfortunately the coin dispenser was broken so you'll have to provide those on your own. Personally I was looking for either a cheaper wash or somewhere that you could pay with a card, so I'm marking it down a bit. Again, perhaps these are standard for the area, I don't know (but in that case I think I'd also rate the standard with three stars lol).

On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Greg ably took care of the challenging task of getting the equipment up through bushes, onto our 2nd floor balcony, and into the living room.
