My only complaint about this company comes from the fact that you can't always be sure what to expect because you won't always get the same people. Obviously when you use a person, rather than a service, for the most part the quality is consistent. You don't have that same quality control with this service, BUT they do seem to hire very diligent people. For me, the pros of this cleaning service outweighs the cons mentioned above, and the biggest pro is scheduling. The first time I used them I was able to get next day service, the second time I was able to get SAME DAY service, and the third time I called in the afternoon and was able to get early morning. I have cats, so the idea of leaving the door open/giving a key and letting someone come in terrifies me (one of my cats waits by the door and tries to dart out whenever it opens) so I always want to be home. As a law student, my schedule can be extremely inconsistent, so knowing I can schedule with very little notice fits perfect with my lifestyle. Overall its a great service. I am satisfied, and I will most likely continue to use them.

I bought a Gilt City for this company and scheduled a "deep cleaning" for my small 2 bedroom, 1…read morebathroom apartment. Overall, I would say the cleaning was superficial- under all the dressers in the bedrooms, the bathroom mirror, the shower, and stove grates were not touched. I wasn't too upset because I have read about their satisfaction guarantee, but after I did not hear from them after my first email, I was disappointed when I sent another email with no response. The ease of booking them online was nice but it also makes you think since I have a relatively small place, that it would've been the same price as another 2 bedroom, 1 bath of different dimensions- not sure if the pricing is fair.

Honestly I don't know what they were trying to do and then they claimed it was "like that when they arrived"), and they left my back porch door WIDE OPEN when they left. There was more -- It was like a joke. Then I tried to get a refund, but when I told Jorge I had paid through a Yelp voucher he said he "couldn't help me" and that the additional cost for appliance cleaning was non-refundable (on these they also did a lackluster job, and then the shelving for the oven was put back in in a way that was so lazy and obviously wrong that it was silly). I won't be using Dmaidspro or recommending them to anybody.

In getting ready to have family in town for our wedding, we just didn't have the time to make our apartment look presentable. Luckily, I found Jorge and his team on Yelp. We made a list of things we wanted to make sure got cleaned and Jorge and his team saw to it -- and more. We've never had a cleaner bathroom or kitchen, something that makes it clear that we will be repeat customers. Jorge and the team were prompt (arriving right on time for our appointment) and they were done when they said they would be, too. Can't say enough good things about Dmaidspro. We were super impressed!
