When we complained to Antonio about the service he promised to send the cleaners back but never came. Our texts went unanswered. We waited for call or any kind of information but never happened. We lost 250$ for vacuuming the floor.

It's a family business and you can really tell how much they care about their work and their customers. They do such an amazing job every time, the house is left spotless and so impeccably clean. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned.
