All I want to do now is cancel my service, because the time and frustration are simply not worth it. Primo needs to seriously improve its billing practices and customer support. Technician came out on Christmas Eve and figured out the exhaust vent was blocked on our porch area. Fixed it in 10min. Nice guy- but I'm glad it was not part-related as they don't have parts for Rinnai heaters in stock (not what I was told on the phone BTW). It was the Techs knowledge that made it a quick fix. Service call fee was worth having hot water for all our Holiday guests!!!
