We had an issue with our reverse osmosis system not working after we changed the filters. I called Culligan of Richmond early (Saturday morning). Adam Schneider called me back and asked about the problem. He came to our house, checked the system, and saw that it was an RO membrane that needed to be changed. He had one in his truck. He installed it, then looked at the water softener and made some recommendations about salt, then took care of that issue as well. He was very professional, answered our questions, and gave us great advice on our system. This guy knew what he was doing. Kudos to Adam and Culligan of Richmond for a great experience. read more
