He claimed he couldn't do the job because I have a broken pipe under the house and I need major work done which he proceeded to schedule later in the week. Reynolds Plumbing sent Jim and Sam over to check out the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly. They looked at the pipes under the house and said there was no problem! Then they fixed my original issue (kitchen sink draining slowly) and gave me pointers on garbage disposal use. Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!
