They misdiagnosed a problem and ended up rerouting our water main when that was not the issue. When we called to let them know the problem still persisted, they just told us to wait and see if it would eventually clear up. Later we got them to come out again, and the estimator was exceptionally rude. He cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem. He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. I told him we needed to get the situation resolved, regardless if it was covered under warranty or not. He just said it would be a lot of work and wouldn't give us any options other than a basic snake. He said they would be in touch with us to set it up. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great.
