An extremely unprofessional team and I strongly recommend nobody use either the rental or sales department. They charged me $25 to have my door unlocked once and the maintenance person who showed up demanded cash on the spot (after I had been locked out on my porch at 7am) I only had $20 and he said that was enough for the lock out and would cover his gas. The office then continued to text me for the $5! And then we're upset thag I included it in my rent instead of giving them the $5 separate! Beware of Leis realty!

Not just drips, but substantial amounts that you have to MOP UP. Their response says the issue is resolved.... THE AUDACITY!!!! The first plumber they hired when this issue surfaced in FEBRUARY was ill-equipped and didn't have the tools he needed to complete the job. He did a terrible job and the issue resurfaced a month later. When the issue resurfaced, I put ANOTHER MAINTENANCE REQUEST IN on 3/3/2021. From 3/3/21 until now 3/11/2021 RAW SEWAGE HAS BEEN FLUSHING INTO BOTH BATHROOMS OF THE HOME. The SECOND plumber, who came out on 3/5/2021 (two days after reporting that RAW SEWAGE was AGAIN coming into my home), did absolutely nothing but dig holes in my back yard. He did not try to clean the line going to the septic tank, nor did he even find a septic tank. All he literally did in my back yard for 8 hours was dig holes. And not once has Vinebrook offered to knock off rent, put us in a hotel, or even CALLED US TO SEE IF THE ISSUE WAS FIXED THEMSELVES. This issue has escalated to the tipping point and lawyers WILL be involved. I will report VINEBROOK HOMES to every government agency, website, or anything else I can as they do not even deserve to be in business. Lastly, it would be nice to see Vinebrook Homes take some accountability for their sub-par customer service. Instead of arguing with tenants online and saying how you guys were not wrong, HOW ABOUT YOU RECOGNIZE THERE IS SERIOUS NEED FOR IMPROVEMENT AND START WORKING ON THAT? She is excellent on her communication and follow up, day or night. She is dependable, and she truly cares about client satisfaction. Being 1800+ miles away from this last out of state property, makes getting little things resolved that were raised by potential buyers hard to get done. She recommended someone qualified and reasonable, or just did them herself. Next you are thinking of course, big commission,,,, wrong, as this sale was the second least expensive (only $115,000) I owned. The only bad thing about my experience with Cindy is that I didn't choose her. I inherited her from the former owner who listed with her; and from whom I had to repossess the house. She assisted me with that, getting the tenant out as the owner (an emotional basket case) couldn't make payments after his break-up so he rented it. The owner also took off with the deposit, and didn't pay the taxes. Many extra issues to help me work through, and none related to selling a house as I hadn't listed it yet. She saved me $$'s from not having to fly in; but more importantly at my age she saved me time. 5 Stars is not enough. I'd have to put the traits together of the best 2 realtors I ever worked with to equal Cindy. You would be making a foolish choice not to use her. It too bad I never found her sooner as I may have purchased more properties in Dayton. I have to say, I felt multiple times she was more concerned for me than the commission.
