They came out twice for a main drain clog and could not figure it out and was rude. The clog was in between the outside clean out and the street and had zero reason to even be in my basement but wanted me to empty my basement out before they would do any work outside the house! WTH? I called Powell's and 10 mins at the outside clean out and done problem solved! Thank You So Much Powell's for a job well done! https://www.facebook.com/PowellsPE/

Our technician, Michael Tanny, was prompt, impeccably well-dressed, and had a wonderful, friendly demeanor from the moment he arrived--he truly makes you feel like you've known him forever. Michael went above and beyond during his visit. Not only did he thoroughly check our tankless (instant-on) water heater, but he also came inside to test all the faucets and control valves. To top it off, he even went up into the attic to verify the gas water heater's exhaust vent piping--something no technician has ever done during all our years of yearly system inspections! He confirmed everything was in proper working order with no issues. Michael is a consummate professional: respectful, polite, and exceptionally thorough. I would highly recommend him and Summer's Heating and Cooling to anyone needing maintenance, reviews, or replacements for their water heater, furnace, or air conditioner."
