The man came to the house, walked into the bathroom and refused to do anything. He claimed the floor was too rotten. He didn't even inspect the floor. My husband called "Devon" to ask if he'd been to the basement to check the floor because in the panic created claiming the floor was rotted, we'd had a contractor go look. "Devon" hung up on us and won't take our calls. His voicemail says he won't be back until July 8th. It's mid October. Real professional, guys. Anyway, fast forward to yesterday, a toilet was delivered. We tried to call both "Devon" and "Dave" but no answer. According to the home warranty company, good ol' Devon billed them for replacing the toilet, claiming the job was already done. If you want actual work done by someone who actually knows what they're doing and isn't too lazy to do the work, don't call them.

But he couldn't snake the clog, because he claimed it was in the main line and left. (I paid a different plumber and they pulled a whole toilet brush out of the toilet, so it wasn't the main line.) I'm most annoyed that it took them a week to talk to our home warranty and then claimed that he had done the work. I know this because I called the warranty people daily to check, even though there was over 1 hour hold wait times. Finally he contacted them but he claimed he did the work. I've asked our warranty for a refund but Hoosier Plumbing claimed they fixed it... they did not and I'm stuck paying for literally nothing. Would not recommend at all, mainly because they are not honest.

    I have never written a negative review before (That's how bad this company is). I used this company…read morethrough HSA to replace my water heater. After three weeks, they replaced it. While replacing it, they dropped it and laughed... A few weeks later, I found a gas leak INSIDE the thermostat of the water heater. IT has been three weeks again and still no replacements. HERE IS MY WARNING TO YOU: The customer service staff are trained to lie. I have been told "we will call you right back" more than 20 times and have never received a call back. I have scheduled 2 appointments with no show ups. I had my water heater broken twice and both times it takes 3 visits before deciding what to do. Each visit I make it very clear I want them to come out and replace per last visits findings. The person either does not show up or comes out and does the same thing the person before him did. If you have to go through them, never accept "I will call you back". Also, if you wait till 5pm, the phone system goes to a different company. That company is very well mannered and get things done. It's funny that a company hired to take care of after hours ends up being the better company. I recommend going through them if you want to actually be called back. I also recommend using different phone numbers everytime you call because they will remember your number and will tend to avoid you if you tell them they are doing a bad job. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We need more people to complain about them. Our water heater broke in March and we had a home warranty. Our warranty company said we had to use this company to fix our water heater. It was Friday around 5pm when I got home from work and noticed that there was water all over my garage. We called right away and were told if they had time they would come out tonight. Nobody ever showed up, called, nothing. They had told us to shut off the water supply to the house so we spent a night running back and forth to a gas station to use the restroom. The next morning my husband called at 7am and we were told they would be out around 9. They didn't show up until 11:30am. When I answere the door I had to ask 3 times for them to cover their shoes before entering my home. The guy whom I thought was a plumber ended up confessing while looking at my water heater that he was an HVAC technician and that the company had sent him out because everyone else was busy. He literally looked at my water heater for less than 5 minutes and said we needed a new one, took a picture of it, and left. He said their office would be in touch. Flash forward to Monday. We still hadn't heard from this place - which is a 24 hour company. My husband called and we were told they were completely out of stock of all water heaters and that they had to order one and the soonest we could have one installed was FRIDAY! We asked several times for them to get a different brand, purchase one from another water heater company and they wouldn't. We were at the mercy of this place since it's the only one our warranty company would let us use. I went an entire week without hot water. I had to shower at friend's homes, couldn't do dishes or laundry, nothing. We received no apology from this place. I hate to accuse a place of this but I read on some google reviews that the same thing happened to other people. I honestly feel like this company has somehow been partnered with home warranty companies and are defrauding them by saying everything needs replaced and that they can only use certain brands. We complained and the front desk was very rude. I was so stressed out over this place. If I have to pay out of my own pocket, I will never ever use this place again.
