While replacing it, they dropped it and laughed... A few weeks later, I found a gas leak INSIDE the thermostat of the water heater. IT has been three weeks again and still no replacements. HERE IS MY WARNING TO YOU: The customer service staff are trained to lie. I have been told "we will call you right back" more than 20 times and have never received a call back. I have scheduled 2 appointments with no show ups. I had my water heater broken twice and both times it takes 3 visits before deciding what to do. Each visit I make it very clear I want them to come out and replace per last visits findings. The person either does not show up or comes out and does the same thing the person before him did. If you have to go through them, never accept "I will call you back". Also, if you wait till 5pm, the phone system goes to a different company. That company is very well mannered and get things done. It's funny that a company hired to take care of after hours ends up being the better company. I recommend going through them if you want to actually be called back. I also recommend using different phone numbers everytime you call because they will remember your number and will tend to avoid you if you tell them they are doing a bad job. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We need more people to complain about them. Our water heater broke in March and we had a home warranty. Our warranty company said we had to use this company to fix our water heater. It was Friday around 5pm when I got home from work and noticed that there was water all over my garage. We called right away and were told if they had time they would come out tonight. Nobody ever showed up, called, nothing. They had told us to shut off the water supply to the house so we spent a night running back and forth to a gas station to use the restroom. The next morning my husband called at 7am and we were told they would be out around 9. They didn't show up until 11:30am. When I answere the door I had to ask 3 times for them to cover their shoes before entering my home. The guy whom I thought was a plumber ended up confessing while looking at my water heater that he was an HVAC technician and that the company had sent him out because everyone else was busy. He literally looked at my water heater for less than 5 minutes and said we needed a new one, took a picture of it, and left. He said their office would be in touch. Flash forward to Monday. We still hadn't heard from this place - which is a 24 hour company. My husband called and we were told they were completely out of stock of all water heaters and that they had to order one and the soonest we could have one installed was FRIDAY! We asked several times for them to get a different brand, purchase one from another water heater company and they wouldn't. We were at the mercy of this place since it's the only one our warranty company would let us use. I went an entire week without hot water. I had to shower at friend's homes, couldn't do dishes or laundry, nothing. We received no apology from this place. I hate to accuse a place of this but I read on some google reviews that the same thing happened to other people. I honestly feel like this company has somehow been partnered with home warranty companies and are defrauding them by saying everything needs replaced and that they can only use certain brands. We complained and the front desk was very rude. I was so stressed out over this place. If I have to pay out of my own pocket, I will never ever use this place again.

Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. We've had an almost 3-year HVAC issue, where five different technicians kept doing leak searches (and charged us for all of them) with no offers for long-term solutions. After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. They all hide behind the veil of their customer experience team who unfortunately don't make the decisions. I've never been so relieved to move on from a company whose leadership doesn't value their members.
