DO NOT USE CULLIGAN! Their customer support is abysmal. They are very nice if you get them on the…read morephone, but they ignore everything you say. I've contacted them about not needing a delivery on a particular month, but they deliver water anyway. Sometimes they don't show up. They have the worst service of any company I've ever dealt with. I know this sounds dramatic, but honestly, do not use them!

Culligan buyer beware. We received: Billing/invoices that…read morewere inconsistent and higher than our written quote from Triangle Water, fees/charges on our credit card after Triangle Water was expressly told in writing to remove the card for this reason, miscellaneous charges that as yet, after numerous written requests have yet to be itemized or explained, delivered water that was in Primo brand containers, water that was in extremely old, beaten up containers that leaked and some that had different (even unpleasant) tastes. A whole lot of hassle, headaches, evasiveness, attempted bullying (consistent with other reviews) from the owner, Jason. Culligan buyer beware. We DID NOT receive the following: Anything back in writing other than charges that far exceeded our written quote for cooler rental of $3/month. Billing adjustments, anything to cite the quality control measures Triangle Water and/or Culligan can demonstrate for water your whole family is to consume as a staple of life. Billing that was consistent with written and binding quotes, explanations for charges, any written response to repeated information requests. Neither a decent experience with this business nor peace of mind on what we were to be consuming. Further, Triangle Water/Culligan IS NOT affiliated with the Better Business Bureau - where there are numerous outstanding complaints filed by other customers. Why would a business not affiliate with the BBB? Before even considering any form of a relationship with Culligan, ask yourself this..."Have I asked for and examined all terms of the corporate residential agreement where this company attempts to absolve themselves of everything from damage to home, electronics, and property (even self) all with no warranties on the product or service...yet they insist on having a credit card with automatic payments scheduled with clauses for late fees, early termination fees and a "kangaroo court" arbitration process at their disposal?" Does that sound worth it or reassuring? There are many, many, public reviews and unresolved disputes/claims citing damage to property, quality control concerns, and certainly, unresolved billing matters. Where is Culligan and Triangle Water when something goes wrong? For many people it does. How do you know you will not be one of them? From our experience, they are going bill you other than quoted, refuse to take your card off file, become evasive and not write you back to repeated requests, do nothing to demonstrate the water they provide has quality control measures for safety or drinkability, provide misinformation, attempt to threaten and bully you.

First time coming here, and I would give 5 stars if not for the exorbitant pricing. Adults costing…read moremore than kids at that, for a kids museum has always rubbed me wrong. But this place is quite expansive with several areas including wildlife, butterfly and insect garden, a train tour that takes 2 laps around (might as well get it for the $6 a ticket), and several outdoor play areas including a tree house and mist/water areas. Place was crowded, but there were still plenty of spaces available at 10:30 in the garage. If I lived closer, I might consider a membership to save costs, but I live too far currently to justify that. The cafe food was mid, and again too expensive. The pricing for me knocks a star off, but if you've never been and are prepared to spend a couple hundred bucks for the day on a family of 4, you'll probably enjoy!

We spent a day at this location while visiting family in North Carolina. We had a lovely experience…read moreand found the location to be quite expansive. There is a lovely wildlife area, butterfly garden, fun little train tour, an outdoor treehouse, and more. The price was quite high, but I imagine based on the number of staff and the animals that this location is quite expensive to maintain. The little gift shop was also great with lots of children's games, clothing items, toys, and more. If I was in the area I would definitely consider an annual pass. All of the staff were lovely from the train driver to the ticket takers. Fun location!
