Before Primo bought Ready Fresh the delivery and communication was very good. Now it is non-existent. Delivery is very unreliable and communication is via a call centre where the representatives are not helpful -through no fault of their own. If there was a competitor in my area I would change immediately. I am sure cancelling my contract is going to be a massive headache as everything is so frustrating with Primo. Just got off the phone with Primo (they hung up on me). My account is gone, they couldn't find it. No one knows anything, no one would tell you why your water wasn't delivered. They mentioned "Deer Park" for spring water. I googled it, and apparently Deer Park adds flouride IN THEIR SPRING WATER. Rat poison in my water - no thank you. That was the whole idea to order "spring" quality, with no industrial chemicals. Primo, I won't be creating another account, and won't be your customer anymore, as I can get filtered water (that's what Deer Park does, filters spring water multiple times before adding chemicals to it) at any grocery store. read more

I skipped the last 2 scheduled deliveries via the app and still had product dropped off on my doorstep both times. Each delivery was $29.95 for ONE 5 gallon bottle. Since I skipped the deliveries I did not have my empties out. Now I have more expensive water then I need and a bunch of empties taking up space. I cancelled service today. I used to love this company. We used them for many years. We had a wonderful driver - Stacey - who was so sweet and you could set your watch by him. Then about a year-and-a-half ago, he was assigned to a different route and it has been a nightmare ever since. We typically either don't get our delivery or it's incorrect. They bill us regardless. I have been a customer of theirs and while the service has been decent ( a few missed deliveries with no explanation, lack of communication from employees, etc) my latest issue is what I am currently going through with them now. I called an agent to close my account and schedule a bottle pick up. When the delivery driver picked up my bottles, he dropped off new bottles that I didn't ask for. Now I have a balance on a closed account for bottles I didn't ask for. I have been calling the number to speak to agents about this error and all they can say is they will send a message to the branch. I have emailed with no response. Well, I have not heard anything from any branch. No phone call, no voice mail, no email, no text message, nothing at all. I can't look on my account for a date they will be in my area bc my account is now closed so I may not even be on their route anymore. If I did receive delivery, instead of leaving the number of bottles on my order they would leave the number of empties, and since they neglected to deliver for months at a time the empties would stack up so once in a while I would receive way more water than I ordered, which they charge you for also. After the 3rd skipped delivery in a row, I cancelled my account and they still charged me even though they owed me credits of over 50 dollars. I am still being charged and I have not received what they owe me in credits from their multiple mistakes. If I can just end this relationship that would bring me peace. We used to love this service and have been customers for 9 years, but over the last year it has been worse than terrible. First the deliveries were just delayed, then they would skip one here or there - the last time they delivered to us was April and that was after a couple of missed deliveries. We canceled our service in June and have had 15 bottles and a water cooler sitting outside our garage for almost a month now. I've called more than 3 times - we can barely get in/out of our garage with all of that sitting outside. The person on the phone calls the local branch and they always have to leave a message - nobody ever answers the phone. I just spoke with them again and told them that I'm taking it all to the dump if it isn't gone by EOD tomorrow. Local management has serious issues and I've escalated through the parent company as well (clearly the local office doesn't care at all) - they need to refund customers and voluntarily close accounts if they cannot provide adequate service. We loved having the water in our home and I'd like to find another option, but we'll just do without at this point. Since Jan 2023, delivery has been a now show 4 times, the driver arbitrarily changes my delivery date and notes my account that he's been here and picked up an empty bottle, yet didn't stop by. I have NEVER had a business to be as petty and unprofessional as this! Besides countless missed deliveries without communication (once for 8 weeks!), they were still able to top it with foolery! I called immediately and told them to come get all of it...empty, new, dispenser...ALL OF IT! They said they would come Friday...NOPE! Then they had the audacity to bill me for not having the empty bottles out there. I called today to cancel and complain. What a nightmare trying to deal with them I ordered service via Costco and initially the offering look good and it was a savings over the other company I've been using since 2015. They arrived the day early with my cooler and the water I requested but the dispenser was not the correct one. I called customer service and they were very helpful and told me somebody would be by the next day to replace the cooler with the correct unit. The delivery guy came by and just left me two more bottles of water that I did not request without the correct dispenser. I called support again and they assured me that it would be delivered today and I would get the correct one. The new unit arrived the driver told me it was the correct one and he drove away before I can unpack it. They brought me a different unit but still not the correct one. Contacted support a fourth time and got a supervisor who told me the issue would be corrected and he would follow up with me by the end of the day. He did not follow up so I called back and was told they do not have the dispenser in stock and they could not give me an ETA of when they would have it. I requested service be canceled since they've never actually provided it and was told the mixed available date would be the 14th to pick up my equipment. The guy has been here literally every day for the past 3 days and now I'm being told he won't be here for another 2 weeks. Customer service, (specifically Carice) was very helpful on the phone. Delivery is another matter. They rarely deliver on time, and we are often out of water for days before we can get them to show up. Our machine isn't great either. It trickles the water and we have to open up the dispenser and move the bottle around to get it flowing.
