I've been waiting for a callback from a missed service call I'm about done with these people. Ironically, I saw a LinkedIn ad for a dispatcher I think they need more than a dispatcher. They need more techs. I am not calling them again it's likely that I may replace this equipment with someone else that understands the concept of missing a customers schedule and how important following up is. UPDATE The service outage was an anomaly. Several individuals were ill and couldn't be at work and one person could not successfully juggle everything. I received a call today. We've set up an appointment. I understand what went wrong maybe I overreacted a bit, but it was so different than my prior service experiences. I thought something had gone downhill permanently, but it looks like I was wrong.

We had a whole house water filter installed in early November. Our city water had high levels of…read morechlorine (and other chemicals) which made showering abrasive. Amber and John had high levels of customer service and found a solution for us that would work the best. We ended up settling on a water filter with no softener. The master plumber Todd came out on time, and performed the job cleanly. One small part was missing, and the owner came right over to replace it to ensure the job was completed on time. So A+ on customer service. The water filter did an incredible job filtering out chemicals; it was unbelievable how much better showering and other living functions were with the filter. I am bald so I often get scabs on the top of my head, which was caused by chlorine drying out my scalp. No more! I had a fantastic experience with this company and would recommend for anyone looking for a water system.

Want someone that truly understands water? A company that picks up the phone and can explain their…read morerecommended solution, in detail, for the particular needs of your home and family. Stuart of Exquisite Air & Water is who you want to hire! We have used Exquisite Air & Water in two of our homes now. Our first home in Pittsboro on city water. Stuart came out, tested the water and his great understudy, Jeremy, installed a RO system under our kitchen sink and ran a RO line to our fridge. Our second home (Durham) is were his expertise shined! When we moved into our 25+ yr old home we got 3 quotes as we needed a new well pump, well tank, RO and softener (VERY hard water). We learned the hard way by going with a company that could "do it all" (with good reviews) as Stuart doesn't do wells and our choice turned into a nightmare. The newly installed softener head broke 3 x's thus causing a sulfur smell in our water as the lack of backwash contaminated the lines. Said company chlorinated and even replaced the softener fully, but could not remedy the smell. (Note: smell occurred only after softener head broke.) The kitchen RO tank was also not holding as much water as it could have and lacked pressure. New well pump fried as they forgot to ground it at the head. Back and forth and months of frustration we finally called Exquisite Air & Water for help. Stuart and I had many emails and phone calls determining how to proceed. His patience and knowledge a gift as we were distraught going through what I just mentioned. Under Stuart's discretion, kind and patient Jeremy placed a new easy to use softener system, carbon filter, and big blue pre-filter in. They even got our RO system to hold more water in the RO tank and have a more powerful stream at the sink. How we wish we would have gone with Exquisite Air & Water from the start! Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company for residential well pump service…read more My well water had recently begun to deliver sand and higher than normal levels of fine silt. The 20 year old submersible pump had become mired in sand and was extremely difficult to pull up by hand but was eventually recovered and replaced. From the initial contact to the job completion, the staff were courteous, concerned about the problem I needed to be fixed and prompt to respond. The technicians and office staff were technically knowledgeable and had all the parts needed to diagnose and correct my well water problem. I judged the invoiced price to be fair and competitive.

This is not a company that I would recommend. Very poor customer service, unprofessional…read moretechnicians with no real experience. They arrived at my home and procrastinated for about 45 minutes until Pam the owner had to tell them what to do. Talk about milking the clock! I explaind to to Bryan the situation and he convinced me that the problem was the Check Valve which he said was on top of the well pump. This information was totally incorrect, he really had experience he would know that, Most high quality submersible pumps will have a check valve built in from the manufacturer at the discharge. So again waisted time, trying to diagnose something that was not correct. I think that he must have been on drugs or something because he was extremely figity and bouncing around like he just couldn't stay still. He was saying not so nice things about the boss and he was just on his phone constantly, whispering to the young man who looked to he about 18 and was not talkative at all. So they pulled the pump out put a check valve on the pump didn't even show me what they did before putting it back in the well, which seemed very shady to me. I turned the breaker on for the pump and again it was not fixed. Doing the same thing it did in the beginning. Why was the pump not tested first before installing the check valve, again lack of knowledge and experience. So needless to say the pump is ruined and will have to be replaced. The owner tried to con us into spending $2000.00 to replace the pump which they ruined, Pam acted like she couldn't get in touch with my father so that she could convince me to agree to the repair. I will add that the time they waisted for me was unacceptable and an inconvenience. I did not appreciate the unprofessional approach of the technicians and Pam. I would not recommend this company for any kind of water repair, they can not be trusted.

But apparently they were posting the pictures of the job stating it's "completed" . After weeks of waiting for payment we informed them that we are putting lean on the property and taking them to court for non payment , mean time we got in touch with home owner and informed them about entire situation. Apparently, and we were not surprised, home owner had no idea that there is any "issue" with the work and they confirmed that project was completed long time ago and they paid everything for a project. And at the end they blocked us everywhere. For future clients- think 10 times before hiring them ,because you may ended up with lien on your property.
