I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

They sent someone to…read moredo an inspection and provide an estimate immediately after I contacted them and even arrived early. After the inspection, they were able to secure the part (a main circuit breaker) and schedule someone to fix it later that same evening. The electrician that did the fix, Markii, was professional, knew his stuff, took appropriate precautions in terms of wearing a face mask, etc. and after fixing the circuit breaker, inspected my fuse box in the house and walked me through how the system works and how the electrical load is distributed in my house and gave me some great tips. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Markii. The only room for improvement I would bring up is the cost. Although they are similar in price to other companies or service providers, you can find more affordable options with individual electricians, but obviously I can't speak to what kind of service you would receive from individual providers.

I like that the company offers half day and full day deals as they are much better values for money if you have several issues or tasks to accomplish. Highly reccomend asking for Rene and he is 5 electric stars! One star off as trying to get ahold of someone at the company to ask a question was difficult as their listed email returns an error and the phone was not answered, but scheduling through their website was easy and convenient.

If you are looking for a contractor that pairs complete operational chaos with aggressive,…read morepredatory legal action, look no further than Mister Rogers' Electric Company in Alexandria, VA. Specifically Matt Rogers who is either willfully obtuse or too stupid to read past emails. What started as a standard $8,000 electrical panel upgrade has devolved into a nightmare of unfinished work, lost records, and shocking dishonesty. The initial experience felt promising thanks to a customer liaison who handled scheduling well. Kristin, if you are out there, this company is circling the drain without you! I hope you got a pay raise somewhere else! Part of the physical installation was done in early June, but the job was far from over. It required an extra step to set up the point of attachment AND final coordination with Dominion Energy to complete the connection. Around this time, I received a full invoice for $8,000. Knowing the job wasn't finished, I reached out to Kristin, who explicitly told me (via email, I have the receipts) the invoice was sent in error, instructed me not to pay it until all work was complete, and assured me she was coordinating with Dominion. In the meantime, she scheduled the point of attachment work which was completed in mid-July. By late July, my home was left in a state of absurd neglect: My external panel was left wrapped in literal plastic and the unattached wire was dangling from the top of my roof. When I reached out for an update, I was informed the helpful coordinator had left the company and that they had no record of my work order ever existing. After "looking into it," they claimed Dominion promised to finalize the job in under ten days. Unsurprisingly, ten days passed, and absolutely nothing was done. The grand finale? Instead of finishing the project or checking their own internal communication logs, Mister Rogers' Electric Company slapped a mechanics lien on my property for the very invoice their own representative explicitly instructed me not to pay. The lien referenced the entire work as being completed on 23 June, which it was not. To slap a lien on a customer's home while leaving an unfinished, plastic-wrapped panel and loose wiring dangling from the roof is beyond unprofessional, it is completely unethical. Save yourself the headache, the legal danger, and the hazard to your home. Hire literally anyone else.

I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.
