Tres chic dinning room worthy of any rock star or russian oligarch.

Quite possibly one of the finest restaurants we've eaten at is (surprise) located in the Charles de Galle airport. Hang out in the stylish bar or wait until after 19:00 for dinner. I recommend starting out in the bar for their wonderful wine selection. For dinner, the house burger or the bouerf skewer were tres bon! Stay for the chocolate mouse and chessecake. Although the meal was superb, the service was a little uneven. The new Pullman hotel just opened last fall and contains an outstanding bar and restaurant. Forget the Sheraton (although its quite good) take the tram to terminal 3 and treat yourself to dinner here. We stopped at CDG over night because we had an early flight back to SFO in the morning. Because we were too tired to make the train trip back into Paris for our last night in France, we decided to simply stay and eat at the hotel. We were not dissappointed.

Excellent address if you are staying at Charles de Gaulle airport and looking for very good food. There are very few places that serve excellent food and this is one of them. Menu is French with a touch of international inspiration (for example they have burgers too). Nice modern decor and great service as well. The restaurant is located inside the newly built Pullman hotel and conveniently located a few minutes from each CDG terminals. Best is to exit to the CDG Val station, which is a 2 mins walk from the restaurant.

This is the chicken dish with lobster sauce and black truffle. Magnificent!

This was not a very friendly Avoid at all costs!…read more Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. We came as tourists in France, hoping to enjoy a simple evening with family, but instead were treated with shocking rudeness and hostility. From the start, the woman working there (possibly the owner, medium height, black hair, very thin) did not act like she wanted to help or serve us. For example, when one of us asked to get another Orangina, her response was dismissive and rude--"another??? what do you want?"--instead of the basic courtesy you would expect in any restaurant. Later, when one of our family members brought food from elsewhere (something we didn't realize wasn't allowed), instead of calmly explaining, she immediately began yelling at us in an aggressive and humiliating manner. Her tone was not just unprofessional--it was hostile. When we decided to simply take our food to go and leave, she chased after us outside, shouting, "What's the problem?!" in a threatening way, making us feel unsafe. Other customers looked uncomfortable as well, as her behavior was not only directed at us but created a negative atmosphere overall. It wasn't the restaurant itself--it was her. She clearly did not care about her place, her business, or the people trying to enjoy a meal there. This wasn't just bad service--it was a complete lack of respect for customers. We left shocked and deeply disappointed. If management cares at all about their reputation, they should seriously address this behavior. Until then, I strongly caution others against going here.!!! ‼‼‼‼‼ I would not like to put any review stars at all !! Does not deserve any !! ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

The risotto were perfectly chewy, very umami and a nice comfort food before an in flight nap 5/5 Teriyaki Salmon: The other specialty of the house! (The risotto being the "side order" specialty of the house). I don't think I have ever had salmon so perfectly cooked. I didn't use any of the accompanying sauce because the salmon on its own was just dandy - melt in your mouth to be precise. 5/5 Complimentary bread was the only less than satisfying component of the meal - I had grown so accustomed to incredible French breads! These were hard little hockey pucks - I ate one just because I needed the calories for my upcming Norwegian flight. Overall this is an expensive option, yes, but you get what you pay for in this regard. I have never had a more satisfying airport meal. Tip is included in the charge, but the waitstaff will ask you if you want to add more. I added 3 euro more because I am easily badgered into giving away my money :) but that awkward exchange and the blah bread were the only downsids to the meal.

It took a while to get service; lunch was just starting and the place was immediately packed. Once my order was taken the food arrived very quickly. I've never had such delicious food in an airport, the chef's Michelin experience shows. I had the teriyaki salmon with a side of mashed potatoes for 29€. It was worth every penny to have had such a fine meal. The salmon was flaky and cooked a perfect medium, I liked the balance of sweetness in the teriyaki. I'm a sucker for some pomme de terres and their mashed potatoes were so so rich and creamy. I left very satisfied.
