CCV catered our wedding in August at deCordova Museum and they did an outstanding job. Walter and his team accomodated all our desires and offered many suggestions to insure our menu offering would be in line with our budget and well received by our guests. During the reception the food and service were excellent. The food itself was of excellent quality and thoughtfully presented. Many of our guests commented that the food was the best they had ever been served at a wedding. We would highly recommend Cuisine Chez Vous for any catered event. read more

Cuisine Chez Vous catered my daughter's wedding a week ago at the Charles River Museum of Industry in Waltham - the entire experience was OUTSTANDING! There were no details left unattended - everything from communication to execution was flawless. Walter helped us to choose everything to work within our budget; from the linens and stemware to the right mix of foods. We met Nora and Weiwei at our walk through a few weeks before the wedding. They answered all of our questions, we always felt that we were in competent hands. Weiwei was our day of coordinator - she was so wonderful. She handled everything with a huge smile. I didn't have a single concern or worry and could just enjoy the day. Kudos to the entire staff: bartenders, wait staff and of course all the people who created the most amazing food! The food! Oh my the food! It was so delicious! There are not enough superlatives! Rave reviews from everyone, even our foodie friends! Thank you Cuisine Chez Vous for helping to make my daughter's wedding so special. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Hired CCV for my wedding. Unbelievable! They are very experienced, very professional, the food was outstanding. They were very accessable the months leading up to the wedding. Treated me like our wedding was special. We had lamb or sea bass as our dinner choices. They did the cake too (looked traditional on the outside and was the best chocolate cake I've ever had on the inside). So classy. Our guests were impressed. We worked mostly with Walter prior to the wedding and with Michele on the day of the wedding. These two are masters of their trade. Michele was a calming force during the evening, presented questions to me about keeping us on schedule, basically was the coordinator for everything! She even helped the men with their boutonnieres ( I saw the video later and it was very sweet). I can't say enough positive things about them. read more

Had a very small birthday party last night, and Cuisine Chez Vous wowed us yet again. Food was fantastic, staff were amazing. Every time it occurred to me that something needed to be done, I turned around to see it was already taken care of. Could not have been happier. Plus, the price was more reasonable than if we had taken the group out to a restaurant. Wishing I could have them taking care of me every day. read more

Walter and his team at Cuisine Chez Vous were the absolute catering DREAM team!! We got married in a pretty DIY venue and shopped around for a caterer that would be full service and ensure that all the details from the rentals, to the set-up, to the timeline were taken care of. Not only was the wedding day executed flawlessly with spectacular food for 200 people, but Walter made the wedding planning process easy. He was always available, and would double as a therapist during my more anxious moments. Down to the last detail, Walter and his staff are true professionals. My fiance and I and our entire families cannot thank the team at Cuisine Chez Vous for allowing us to relax and enjoy the wedding knowing that we were in good hands! read more

We had a very negative experience with this caterer. They were very responsive until we told them our budget, and then ignored our emails and followups thereafter. And then, a full two months later, they sent us a cursory email to "check in" on whether we were still interested in hiring them. Of course, by then we had booked a different caterer (which was a significantly better value, by the way). While I understand that some caterers are unable to work with people's budgets, the professional response would be to politely tell you so, rather than ignore you abruptly. read more

Cuisine Chez Vous exceeded all expectations in their work for our wedding. The food was creative and of the highest quality. Nora and Laurie were kind and patient during the planning process. Our group had several special food related needs which we asked to be accommodated, including wanting a buffet menu which could work for vegetarians, carnivores, gluten free eaters, and people with certain different food allergies. Cuisine Chez Vous came up with a menu that offered ample deliciousness for everyone. The waitstaff on the night of the wedding was terrific-my husband and I felt very tended to. They created a cake to top all cakes...a beautiful three layered/three different incredible flavors cake (vanilla with lemon curd and raspberry/chocolate with ganache/and carrot). Besides that cake, they served a small gluten free cake, and had dairy-free cupcakes...we heard rave reviews about everything! They also coordinated décor, flowers, lighting, tables, linens and the bar. I cannot praise them, or thank them, enough. read more

We just had Chez Vous cater our wedding in July. I would like to add another extremely positive review to the ones already posted. From our initial meeting with Walter, who helped us with food choices, table linens, venue issues, to the Head Waitperson the night of the wedding, Michelle, we were bowled over by how professional, accommodating, helpful and enthusiastic EVERYONE at Chez Vous was. Of course had the food not been absolutely amazing all the kindness and professionalism may not have been appreciated. But to have both tremendous service, with such attention to detail as well as delicious, fresh, quality food is beyond what I thought possible from a caterer. Best of all Michelle (she was so sweet, warm and attentive on the wedding day) and her staff were so enthusiastic throughout. Finally I felt that I had nothing to worry about before or after the wedding regarding set up of tables or even guest behavior as Michelle was clearly in charge in a responsible, non-intrusive way. In the end it felt as though she was the wedding planner on-call for that day, although we had hired someone from our venue. Walter, who helped with all the prep before the wedding day, made us feel as though he had just started in the business (which I am sure is NOT the case) and was excited to plan this event with us. Chez Vous has clearly earned its great reputation. I am so glad we decided to use them! read more

Our wedding last April at The Commanders Mansion was a huge success! They worked with our budget and provided an amazing, vegetarian friendly cocktail style reception my family still raves about! Nora's organization and attention to detail were excellent. It made my big day run so smoothly. Five stars CCV! read more

There is a reason this company has such high ratings. After shopping around for various caterers for our wedding this past summer, and finding that most of the cost estimates were right around the same pricing, I decided to go with the company with the best reviews and best website. Right from the beginning, I felt that Walter Davis was extremely knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented, and fun and easy to work with. We had a smaller wedding, around 60 people, at Habitat in Belmont. We tried to keep things low key and were not too picky about things, so we really appreciated the guidance that Walter, Anna, and Fiona gave us in planning the wedding. I felt very confident through the whole process that we were in good hands and that everything was going to be taken care of by the Cuisine Chez Vous team. Not just the food, but they handled the entire schedule for the day, the timing of what would take place and when, so that my now husband and I could just relax and enjoy the day. The food was really excellent, top quality. We really enjoyed the tasting and picking out the hor d'oeuvres and entrees. The guests were all impressed and commented how much the enjoyed the food. We especially loved the wedding cake. We were initially going to go with the chocolate, but after going to the tasting, we chose the vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry. Probably the best cake we have ever had, and people were still taking about it for weeks afterwards! The folks Cuisine Chez Vous are really great people. It's a great business, and I was very impressed and happy with how the whole day went. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever needed catering for another function. read more

Cuisine Chez Vous helped us through the wedding planning process and accommodate to our different needs. We had one of the most wonderful day of our lives thanks to this great partner. We specially appreciate Anna for her exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Everything went perfectly and smoothly and cannot be better. More importantly, Anna is so nice and pleasant to be around we felt as if she was part of the bridal party. read more

We hired chez vous for our wedding and they are UNBELIEVABLE!! We loved working with them - great communication, nice people and fantastic food. EVERYONE at our wedding raved about the food - even people in the food business! We also got such great comments about the service. We felt we got such a tremendous value for the price. Yep, walter is the best. We also worked with michelle who was also fantastic. Can't say enough! read more

We hired Cuisine Chez Vous after looking at the many catering options Boston has to offer. We hired them initially because our interaction with our original catering manager Walter and their willingness to work with us and our vision for the day. We wanted to have food trucks for our cocktail hour and dessert and bring in our own alcohol. Cuisine Chez Vous was happy to oblige and even helped pass the appetizers from the food trucks themselves (even though it wasn't their food). Unfortunately, happenstance caused a change in our catering manager halfway through our planning process, but Fiona, the owner, took our account over from there. Fiona, her assistant Shiva, and her crew were absolutely on point for the entire day. They did absolutely wonderful setting up the museum and reception with all of our handmade decorations. They graciously moved some rustic oak barrels and bar sets ups from the cocktail hour to the reception so we didn't need to rent doubles of everything. Fiona even helped us manage the timing of our ceremony. She made us feel at ease and helped everything move smoothly. A huge shout out to Shiva as well as she was right there all night to caterer to my husband and I - making sure we ate, had drinks, and even making last minute changes to the seating chart while at the cocktail hour. Besides handling all the specifics of the event - we cannot say enough about the absolutely delicious food Cuisine Chez Vous served up! We had all our guests coming up to us to tell us how delicious the food was! A huge shout out to the Cuisine Chez Vous crew and their delicious food but also going over and above whenever possible. Thank you! read more

We used CCV for our wedding on June 14th, and truly couldn't have been happier with everything that they did from the preparation to the cleanup. It was absolutely amazing to watch them in action.... They had 25 things going on at once, and never broke a sweat. The entire staff was amazing, and all of my guests cleaned their plates and raved about the food to my parents... and my family is EXCEPTIONALLY picky about what they eat...AND they were the most reasonably priced out of the 4 caterers we looked at... I am a self-employed bride, and my husband works at a hospital, so it was very important to us to hire professional, self-sufficient people that we knew would handle everything without much direction from us, and CCV did just that.... Don't bother hiring a wedding coordinator (something we seriously considered) and just hire the unbeatable team of Walter and Nora! We offered a choice of the grilled Salmon with Fennel cream and the Steak with Zinfandel sauce( daytime ,summer wedding) and every plate going back to the kitchen went back clean. Lastly, the cake that their bakery made was included in the price and literally knocked the socks off the cakes we tasted at specialized bakeries both in taste and appearance.... If you decide to go with CCV you wont be disappointed! read more

I just attended a friend's wedding that was catered by Cuisine Chez Vous, and the food was incredible! The hors d'oeuvres were bbq chicken on little cornbread rounds, vegetable spring rolls, parmesan-crusted artichokes, mini burgers, and mashed potato and bacon pizzetti. They were so delicious and plentiful that we were full before we sat down to dinner, which was equally fantastic! I would definitely recommend Cuisine Chez Vous! read more

We LOVED working with Cuisine Chez Vous for our wedding this fall. Walter was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event; the food at the tasting was delicious, and everything we chose was displayed beautifully at our wedding; and Nora made the whole thing run smoothly. Everyone was warm and receptive to our ideas (and even my former-event-planner wife's need to control certain things), and basically acted as our wedding day-of-coordinator as well. They did a great job working within our budget right from the beginning all the way through. I would highly recommend Cuisine Chez Vous! read more

My daughter's wedding was just perfect, thanks to all of the vendors we used in Boston. Cuisine Chez Vous was the caterer and they were perfect from beginning to the end. We are from a family of caterers and 'foodies' so the food was very important to us. Walter, Nora and all of the staff were most accommodating and kept us calm and focused during the planning phases as well as the wedding day. They are the perfect caterer because they know the business, the area, food and hire wonderful staff. Thanks and we will use you again if we have to plan another catering event! read more

Cuisine Chez Vous has catered my firm's holiday parties for the past several years. They have provided us with endless suggestions for interesting venues (The Fogg Art Museum, The Epi Center, WGBH) and our employees cannot say enough about the parties. The food is superb...interesting, yet also approachable for folks who are a little less adventurous...and the service outstanding. CSV always makes terrific suggestions for linens, decorations, floor plans, etc. The parties have just gotten better and better each year. I honestly can't imagine using another caterer. read more

My husband and I just got married two days ago and I couldn't wait another minute to leave a glowing review for Cuisine Chez Vous. They are professional, organized, easy to work with and they think of EVERYTHING. It helped that they had worked our venue before, but I honestly think they would be perfect at any event. The staff made sure to attend to me and my husband throughout the ceremony to make sure we were taken care of and were eating their delicious fare. The best part is the food is AMAZING. I can still taste it and honestly, who remembers food at a wedding? We got so many compliments on it, even the next day people were still talking about it. We are beyond pleased with them and I highly recommend you use their services for your next event. read more

I am not at all surprised this caterer has a 5 star review! They catered my mother in law's 70th birthday, my bridal shower and the brunch after my wedding (all at my mother and father in law's house) as well as my rehearsal dinner/welcome reception (at 9OFS in downtown Boston). These folks will absolutely, positively continue to be our family caterers without a doubt. Wonderful staff, easy to communicate with, delicious food, no issues with accommodating any dietary issues, the list goes on and on. Don't think twice about working with this caterer - you will not regret it. My only wish was that they were the exclusive caterer to my wedding venue then we could have used them for yet another event! read more

A huge ripoff and poor quality to boot. I placed an order for a dinner I planned to host and sent a check for $1,120, the amount quoted. Then, out of the blue, I get another call from them saying I was given a wrong figure and I'd need to pay another $856. By then it was too late to make arrangements with another caterer. I made the payment and ended up with dishes I'd consider sub-standard. read more

Walter, Nora and Shiva went above and beyond my already high expectations at my recent wedding. They were absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with throughout the entire process!!! They responded to my many emails promptly, carefully and thoroughly. The food was not only delicious (best wedding food I have ever eaten), but also the presentation of the food was GORGEOUS - like a work of art. I received countless compliments from guests on the food and service. The staff at Chez Vous is on top of it -- everything went so smoothly and flawlessly because of them. They got every single detail done well (and I had a lot of details!) I cannot thank them enough for all they did...from setting up the items for my wedding, coordinating the bridal party, making sure important items got to the right people, working well with the other vendors, to packing up various items at the end of the night, boxing gifts and cleaning an heirloom cake topper. I cannot put into words how pleased I am with Chez Vous -- if you are looking for someone to cater an event, this is the group to use!! They are absolutely AMAZING!!! CHEZ VOUS, WE LOVE YOU!! read more
