I let Alyssa know that I was doing this to see if the fence is mine or not on my property,because I wanted to take it out. I was told it may take three weeks to get out. They ended up doing the job in about 2 weeks with no communication. Joe put up 4 corners on my property. Which honestly did me no good, I could not properly determine if the fence is mine or not. I paid $1200 and was told to "eye ball" the sticks to see if its mine or not. My property curves, so its ridiculous they would even say that. Also the stick is only about a foot above the ground and there are trees making it impossible to see the other side. I called and they said they would come out Tuesday in the afternoon to put a middle stake up. No one showed up and no communication. I called letting them know my disappointment. They eventually came out the next day without me there, my whole reason was to speak to Joe about the property lines. I cant tell you how upset I am with their whole process and lack of communication/professionalism.

We too were…read moretaken for our credit check fee, the company states they are running a credit check on you, while you await the "hit" on your credit report you get the denial email yet our credit was never checked and when you call the company for an explanation you receive some sort of misconstrued information of how they manipulated your numbers in order to come up with a score that disqualified you for their rental. This manipulation cost us $120.00 - had we been made aware that our real credit scores were not going to be used we would have not applied at all. All I would say is be advised and forewarned- The one star is a requirement of YELP- FYI
