We used Nick and Jaime to survey our lot in Redlands to determine the accurate property lines with our neighbors. The lot dates back to the late 1800's, so it involved alot of research and work. I did obtain three bids prior to deciding to go with them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with constant communication and they were both always available to answer questions. I received a quote so outrageous I almost couldn't believe it. I'm sure they do good work, but grossly overcharging people is unethical. Update: 10 May, 2021: Thank you for your response below, however, as I write this my property is being surveyed and my review stands. The Company that is doing the work at my property right now is charging 50% less than your proposal and I am receiving both a boundary and a topographic map: you were only quoting for a boundary. So you were going to charge me 50% more for half the services. This survey is also being done by a licensed surveyor, the company that has been in business for a very long time, and has an excellent reputation. read more

I don't have enough great things to say: Extremely easy to work with, very responsive, quick and overall a positive experience. Nick and Jaime did an amazing job surveying my very difficult property. I live in an old neighborhood of LA which has never been surveyed. I usually don't write reviews but I definitely have to leave one for Nick and Jamie. We hired Nick and Jamie to do surveying for our property. We had no clue that our property actually went further back than expected, and Nick even located one of the original markers buried in the dirt. This made it all worth while since we're planning on installing a pool. He even went over everything with me explaining how he gets all the measurements. The scheduling was super easy with Jamie and she was even able to squeeze us in sooner than originally scheduled. Top notch company for all your surveying needs! I would definitely use them again.
