I got more of a response here than I did when applying, there was never any verbal conversasion over the phone with anyone other than Dave. You can lie all you want but you knew about all assets ahead of time. We wanted a rental so that we can sell our home. You never checked our credit report because our reports were frozen and when unlocked there was never a check done. I had and still have a $10,000 available in my checking like I did back then but you never verified anything at all. As I am reading other reviews, I clearly see my error I should have read them first! We too were taken for our credit check fee, the company states they are running a credit check on you, while you await the "hit" on your credit report you get the denial email yet our credit was never checked and when you call the company for an explanation you receive some sort of misconstrued information of how they manipulated your numbers in order to come up with a score that disqualified you for their rental. This manipulation cost us $120.00 - had we been made aware that our real credit scores were not going to be used we would have not applied at all. Yesterday, David, visited my home. I do not know him nor this company. As I opened my door there was a phone in my face with a man standing back about 2 feet with his hand outstretched. He was telling me his name I think but also saying "she want's to talk to you", pushing the phone in my face. I was confused as this man was disheveled, in shorts and t-shirt, unshaved and hair unkept. No identification or company uniform. I kept asking for clarification who they were but he just started saying I have to pay him directly and don't send money to my landlord. I told them to leave 3 times but they refused. I then raised my tone loudly and added f-bombs top get them to leave but still he refused. After 13 times of telling him to "get the F*#k out of here, Dave turned and told me "that's your problem, you think this is your home and its not, I can come here anytime I want and enter your residence". The person on the phone was telling that me she would call the cops on me (a person of color) for telling them to leave my property because she said I was aggressive. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND THEY REFUSED TO LEAVE. Threatening to call the police on me is a threat based on my race. He then walked to the sidewalk and said "I'm not on your property I can do what I want right here and you can't do anything to me". I told him that I wasn't doing anything to him and that this whole thing could be resolved if he just left. Not until I started filming his car did he jump in and take off. read more

Parker integrity completely screwed me and my family over. We moved into a house January/February of 2023 and our landlord Mary was who we were dealing with first and it was going smoothly until parker integrity got involved and we had to go through them. By April the same year they had to come do a inspection to look at the house so my mothers section 8 would approve her and that would help us pay rent. And so they came over looked in the house and right before they were gonna leave they made us let them look in our sheds. We found it odd why do they need to look at our stuff? And my brother was at the house with us that day helping us unpack and get situated. He was taking a break in one of the sheds and Dave just started freaking out telling us he HAD to leave and that only we can be on the property and we were like wtf why can't I have people come help me unpack everything? And so because we told them he was gonna stay and help us unpack they got mad. We told them he wasn't staying there which he wasn't. And so a week later we get a months notice to get out. Mind you my 67 yo mom and 82 yo aunt live with me and my kids so they illegally tried to evict us they had to give us extra time because we have elderly and children with us. So we sued them got all our money back and left. And mind you we did nothing wrong we paid first months last months our deposit AND we paid an extra month for a month we went even staying in the house yet. We paid them $2300 a month for a TINY and broken down three bedroom two bath. The master bathrooms toilet always got clogged and would come up in the bathroom. it happened the first time the second day we lived there. So we had them call a plumber to come out and they didn't even pay him. We didn't know they didn't pay him untill they called him back a SECOND time and did it again. So we did bc he was really nice. And yet the problem still wasn't fixed because the pipes were so old they had stuff crusted stuck inside the pipes so badly water could barley go through them. And they told us it was our problem. So we had people come out to find the problem and give us an estimate and they wanted $3000+ to fix what needed to be fixed cause it was everything. So it never got fixed. Please if you ever consider going through parker Integrity for a house DONT! they only care about the money your giving them not you or your family. They were gonna make sure me my mom aunt and kids were gonna be homeless if we didn't sue them and get extra time in the house rent free so we could save up bc every bit of our savings went into there house. I have moved and worked with a lot of real estate management companies before, and this is the worst. I don't think I had that much problems until I met them. For starters, I requested for an information before signing the lease. I got that answer after a year. Before getting that answer I tried contacting Korissa, the secretary, many, many times, by phone, email, and even going into the office. From all that I received the same answer. It was either that she will get a hold of the owner or that she was busy. Oh by the way, she says that she was the only person I could speak to. How is that even possible? Does that even makes sense? On top of that, the company wanted me to move out during the covid season when there were no places to move into. They have harassed me by messaging me and coming to the house, asking me when I will be moving out. They (Dave was one of them) stopped until I mentioned that what they were doing is a harassment. I know the laws and rules of the county and they are trying to kick me out because they screwed up with the owner. Overall, they have a horrible communication with their tenants and with the owners of the houses (at least thats what I gathered from the owner of the house where I stayed). I think the only person I really communicated more with was with Jennifer, but she was no help and was very rude. If you are not going to rent or buy from the company, be warned, she will act very rude and will try not to pick up your calls. Oh, another thing I would like to mention is, that they will charge you $600 for the cleaning fee after you left. Never had to pay $600 for any cleaning company, but I am not going to complain any further since I do not want anything to do with them. If you want to work with them, good luck. If you want to rent with them, might be ok, just don't ask too much and if you do, ask them before signing the lease. But who knows, even that might take another year before you sign with them. read more

I had to give myself some time before I wrote this review to make sure it was coming from a genuine space. This place is unequivocally the WORST place to rent from! They pretend like they have your best interest at heart but truly do not. I experienced so many problems with lack of communication, lack of support and not to mention that they are having unlicensed individuals showing properties and discussing contracts with future tenants. They have imposed fines and fees unjustifiably and without cause. I had to hire an attorney to get them to back off from trying to charge me for rent when I had already vacated the place. I adore Dave however he is caught up in a family of people that are dishonest and does not have the consumers best interest at heart. I moved out of their property in May 2019 and had nothing but drama with them about the deposit and fines. This company did nothing to support me when I was in a tough spot with the HOA community that I moved into. They admittedly have zero knowledge about HOA and did not properly prepare me on how to deal with them either. I would seriously look at the other reviews while your considering. I believe with all my heart that this company does not have any integrity. I reported them to housing authority and I'm hoping for a investigation into how I was treated. I was told by my attorney and the housing authority that there were violations of my rights by Parker as well as the HOA. yes I will admit that I too was in violation of the lease agreement, however any attempts for me to rectify it was ignored and not taken into consideration. I pray that someday they will see how hurtful their practices are to consumers One of the owners Jennifer actually had the nerve to ask me to write a positive yelp review for them because they were getting hit with so many negative ones? if you have to ask someone to write a positive review then your probably not doing something right. also watch out for this line she likes to give people to make them feel safe. Because they were so good to us WHILE we were renting, but once we decided to move that's when it started to get ugly! Let's start with "Dave" the owners "husband" he will tell you one thing and then turn around and say he didn't say it. (Thank god for having multiple people in the room while you were on speaker) and when you call him out for lying he gets mad and becomes very angry, rude and treats you like shit! Like others have said they will take your whole deposit and basically run with it! $1600 down the drain!!! ( now don't get me wrong we did do some damages but not $1600 worth of damages! That's absurd!!!! ) and now they want to charge me for carpet replacement/repairs, yes we did dirty the carpets but had them cleaned every 6 months!Due to THEM not following city rules and putting in rocks sooner! So we were left with dirt in our front yard for over a year that we would track in! After they finally put in the rocks the decided to increase our rent and our deposit! I rented from them for over 10 years. They sold the rental so I had only 30 days to get out. The house was left "rental ready" except it needed paint after 10 years. They kept my $1,000.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT and billed me for $648.00 saying I owed them. They billed me $350.00 for trash, $46.00 for 5 plastic wall plates, and $600.00 to repair patio (hell, you could build a brand new patio for that amount). After a few complete fails trying to lease on our own, Integrity found a wonderful family that loves our home and our renters are very happy - they pay their rent on time which makes my husband happy. When a repair is needed, they have a qualified repair person go right out and the cost is always fair. They even do occasional drive-bys to ensure that our yard is being kept up which was part of our renter's lease agreement. I get on-time monthly reports outlining any expense and a P&L at the end of the year which makes taxes nice and easy. Great staff and I guess it depends on the property you rent. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews about this company but I have not been treated like that at all. They only complaint against them I have is if you get paid on a certain day and they are closed you still receive a late fee for paying that Monday following the weekend. Integrity? Ha! This place is the biggest joke and scam... they will take your money but will do no work! They are going to show you some properties and after you find one you like they will tell you it's available and you have to pay a "fee" for the next steps to get it such as processing your application. What they don't tell you is that the property you want has already been taken and the money you paid to cover the "fees" is being pocketed. I have been a victim and now that I have spoken to many others with the same story about this place I know now they are only here to steal from people who are maybe struggling financially and are I need of a home.
