The owner, Michael Knight was there to help through all the snags, even using his own attorney to get things straightened out. Unfortunately, my family's experience with this company was far from positive. They represented our…read morelandlord, and instead of acting as an effective middleman, they often added to the confusion. There was constant miscommunication between the landlord, the management team, and myself. I'd get calls directly from the landlord even though I was told management was handling things -- clearly, they were not. One of the major issues we dealt with was recurring electrical problems in the home. Management acknowledged that the main light box (where the house receives its electricity) needed to be replaced, yet they allowed it to remain unfixed for an extended period. Many of the other issues in the house were also not addressed in a timely or professional manner. Despite always paying rent on time -- and even fixing several things out of my own pocket -- we felt completely abandoned as tenants. The workers they sent out were never from reputable companies; they were more like temporary handymen doing the bare minimum to get things working -- until it all broke down again. While management did at least answer their phones, they rarely took meaningful action to solve problems. They failed in their role as intermediaries between us and the landlord. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on our experience. Their lack of follow-through and care made our time renting with them very difficult.
