He listened to my story/dilemma and took down the information. While talking to him he was already in contact with the mortgage company getting things handled. His whole attitude about helping me was wonderful. I also have my car insurance with them and Julie is just as wonderful. She has stayed over hours a few times helping me add/remove vehicles as well as drivers. I have never been with an insurance company that handles things EXTREMELY fast, thorough, and FRIENDLY as Vineyard Insurance does. As long as they are in business, I will be a part of the family.

I told her I did use a computer and I didn't have a printer. She told me that would not be a problem she would personally call me and I could come in and sign the paperwork. This never happened, she would say well I emailed you. Over and over again. Really I told her I had no computer. Hello then she would go on Vacation and nothing would happen. We would talk in person and she would say things to me that she turned it in and that I need to pick up every call over the next week because of the CA fair plan act. Then after nothing for a week and a half I called her and she denied she said that. Then said she never turned it in. If you need the CA Fair Plan do to California. Do not use this business. I had to go to another Insurance company to get insurance. These agents don't make money off the CA Fair Plan act so you will get no where with this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

For at least two decades they have taken fantastic care of my parents. My father just passed and now they are assisting in the claims side of the transactions on our schedule. It is a joy to have financial advisors who have taken such good care of your parents for years. I live in another state so I cannot do everything for them that is needed but as a retired CPA, I review everything that they are doing. Archangel has never suggested anything self-serving. Everything was correct for my parents situation. On two occasions, I met the principals and was impressed with their professionalism.

In fact just recently my landlord wanted a copy of my liability insurance along with them listed as "additional insured". I realize that this is normal, but they never requested it before in the last 8 years. I forwarded the e-mail to Guy and ask can you take care of this, his reply was yes. two days later I got another e-mail from my landlord and said everything was taken care of. This is what happens when you do business with Guy Burnett!

I never BK'ed I just had struggled with being self employed with my own company at the time and was left with rotten credit. I started out 630s-640s. After 8 months I have a 795 FICO. That's real and that's no joke. If you want to buy a house, 580 is the typical min, These guys will probably get you better then the min, and that means lower interest rates etc. I STRONGLY recommend GTS credit repair. Seriously, If my 160 point improvement doesn't convince you, I can't imagine what will. I will continue to keep them on tap for some time further into the future. I expect to hit a FICO 800 plus soon. I NEVER dreamed I would get that.

This company is now Vista Tax Service. My husband and I have been going to Lisa for several years…read more This year, we were told that they didn't want to do our taxes since we complained last year. At first, we were confused then we recalled what the issue was, they made a $5000, error on our return last year. They originally quoted us an estimate of how much we were getting back and when it was so low my husband questioned me about it. I wrote an email to Lisa inquiring about the dramatic difference from what we received the previous year. Lisa reviewed the return and found that my husband's out of state information did not carry over. She also indicated it changed the refund amount in our favor. When we came in to resign the returns, we saw the $5000 difference. Lisa never came out of the office, I asked if we could speak to her we were told she was with a client. That was a lie because we saw the assistant come out of her office upon our arrival and NO ONE was in there. We never received an 'I'm sorry for the error', or a 'good catch' nothing. I could have and would have been completely justified in complaining but we didn't! All I said, was that was a huge error, when we were signing. Despite that, we took our business back to her this year only to be turned away indicating that it was me who was unsatisfied. I believe the real issue is that it was the second issue we had because of their errors and they didn't want to deal with us anymore. I mean what kind of professional makes such a huge error and will not even come out of her office to speak to you, apologize or anything. We probably shouldn't have gone back but I figured it was caught whatever. It really bothers me that she would turn away a customer because of HER own errors. So, they changed the name this year, now I wonder if perhaps I'm not the only one they have screwed over and want to get away from the stigma. I rarely go online and write reviews but I felt that people should know what kind of business individual she is and the type of business she runs. I'm sure some people have had very positive experiences with her but if you have complicated returns involving out of state work I would be very careful and make sure to really pay attention. And don't complain about their inadequacies or you will definitely be turned away.
